Like seriously why do you have to? It’s just coaching there’s nothing to pay like why do you need to pay? I’m deleting this app for the rest of my life.

This chess app is alright and is free, but limited. For the full “training” experience it glorifies in (this includes guidelines, tips, and even move take backs) you must pay a monthly or yearly subscription that costs way more than what this app offers. In short, its kind of a scam.

Needs more content
At the price point being asked there is just not enough content, I’d pay at max half of the annual sub. Otherwise it’s very basic instructions on movements with too few total lessons on openings (focus on the most popular and effective ones) and defense strategies. Which is what I mainly want to learn and drill and get an understanding for. Also the games Mr Wolf plays the same opening moves way too often that I can anticipate it.

Not great. You just don’t learn when it beats you all the time. Even moderate is aggressive.

In the fundamentals 1, I have been stuck in the lessons of “capturing and defending hanging pieces” for months. No matter how many games I play, the number to qualify for the next lesson never comes?
