I am trying to cancel my membership and it just tells me that my request to cancel has been received, but it has said that for weeks and it keeps charging me. Terrible.

I downloaded the app and kept for less than 30 mints. I cancel at the same day the subscription, we supposed to have 3 days free trial. They charged $49,99 anyways. I Already open a claim with my cc
Unethical Billing Practices - Beware
I signed up for the free trial of Lúcida AI and made sure to cancel before the trial ended (well before September 13). Despite this, on September 14 I was still charged. I submitted proof to Apple that I canceled prior to the charge, yet they denied my refund request even after I appealed.
I never used the full trial, never wanted the subscription, and was charged anyway. This feels deceptive and unethical. If a company cannot honor its own trial terms, how can customers trust them?
This is a rip-off. Buyer beware - don’t expect fair treatment, and don’t expect Apple to protect you if the company mishandles your cancellation. Extremely disappointing experience.

I tried the trial version for greetings in Spanish. It kept telling great job. Then I intentionally pronounced wrong and answered the question in English. Still keep telling good job etc. Therefore, a money trap and useless app
don’t waste your time or money
couldn’t even do one lesson cause it was lagging right away like the whole app is completely ai generated. it’s as if no one even double checked the app before uploading it.
