I have tried to contact support via text with no success. I called the contact number and reach a robotic voice mail, I leave a clear message with my name and phone number. No response or call back, I need someone to contact me. Next contact on my part is to the better business bureau
Cannot verify my phone number
I have resent this code multiple times throughout the day to verify my phone number and I am still not receiving the text. Been resending the code every 60 seconds and still nothing. I can’t contact anyone in the app without my number verified. If you are going to make your whole platform app-based instead of web, make sure your app works flawlessly.

Who knows how many listings or what is even on this thing. Probably none if you MUST sign up to see anything at all. DEFINITE DELETE. Waste of time.

User interface is a joke. Filter is useless. Ads are outdated and make no sense and not real. No responses from ‘owners’ and no way for owners to list vehicles anyway or be reached directly. Contact is thru a chat function in the app that no one every responded to. 1-2month old ads, sometimes even older than that. Vehicle locations not shown. The whole app is a scam and useless. Get the 3 day free trial and see for yourself if you must. It’s a joke.

Stay away! No way to cancel subscription and they keep charging every month. I am having major issues getting my money back for past months. I might have to force chargebacks and flag this merchant with my card issuer.

Was told I’d have a 3-day free trial, but instead I was charged instantly. Turns out the app wasnt for me at all. Have attempted to contact support but the app isnt allowing me to even create an account, verify my phone or email, or take any steps necessary to be able to even chat with support. I'll just seek a refund through my financial institution.

Then there is the misrepresentation of the site - they have very old cars - low inventory stale ads they don’t take them down for months. Like someone in October who is leaving the country has waited for four months and hasn’t left yet. Ridiculous. I will cancel. Good idea. Not working also not enough support.

Website forces you to download app to inquire about a car. App forces you to pay $20/mo to contact seller. Can’t even tell if listings are teal or just baiting you to subscribe. Feels like a scam.

It’s a deceptive app. I called many of the short term lease cars that are still showing active but we’re indeed gone 5-6 months back. They just charged me monthly fee $24.99. They need to give me money back. It’s horrible they are running business like this. This app should be banned.

The app loads a full-screen modal for its premium subscription, and there is no button to cancel out of the modal and use the app without subscribing. So you feel forced to subscribe in order to use it.
After testing, I found that the cancel button on the subscription modal does exist, but it’s on a time delay and only appears after 20-30 seconds. It’s a faint purple X in the top left corner and is easy to miss.
No one is going to sit on a screen for 20-30 seconds when they’re trying to use an app - they’ll just hit the subscribe button to keep going - and the developers know this. That’s the point. Any company that encourages dark patterns like this shouldn’t be trusted.

Appears scammy. Not clear on operation
Not clearly stated if this is paid or not. It says you get unlimited messages for $20/month. So what do I get for free? And what service assistance do I get?

False Advertisement
I have contacted 3 people to find a number disconnected and the cars already leased to other parties. However, these listing have not been removed. Terrible experience in just one day!

I downloaded this app yesterday. That evening I had two people text my personal cell phone number. They are trying to get my social security number. My thing is how did they have access to my address and phone number? This app is not safe. Do Not Download This App . The ppl act like they work with this company and are trying to help you r trade your lease.

I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. It says you get UNLIMITED messaging if you get the premium for $20 a week lol but really it doesn’t let you do anything but save cars without getting the premium. If you really want to try it out just get the free trial then change your subscriptions in the App Store and you can get it for $4 a month.
I messaged about 30-35 lease offers and not a single one responded. It’s been three days. Some new some old but all had zero response.

Useless
Out of the 16 vehicles that I was interested in, 10 already sold/transferred, 4 never responded and 2 had bad email or phone numbers. Literally 100% of the listings I was interested in were not viable. What’s the point of an app with pretty pictures and a good interface if none of the listings are legitimate? I paid for the app for find a vehicle and all this app did was waste my time.

The app is crap, they would subscribe you for expensive subscription just to see the listings. I did not even know they were charging me until I got my statement . Just use Swapalease instead, much better service

I cancelled a month ago and it just charged me again for this month. Do yourself a favor and try a different app, this one does not operate above board. When I called support they claim to have no live support and you have to leave a VM. Not a chance I ever hear back from this company
