Glitching Concern
Since the latest update came to be; there are moments where the game will glitch uncontrollably, if you scroll to a different part of the land (one your working on) or a character moves just right…it will glitch and everything on the screen will “bounce” or “float” in unnatural ways. I’m starting to wonder if it is because there are too many in game promotion screens, tasks, etc that could be overloading the bandwidth of the game. I’d really love to see something done about this because it makes playing the game a struggle.
Took away all my energy
I got 1600 energy from completing challenges for over an hour and it said disconnected as soon as I started using the energy. Once it disconnected all the points went away down to 80 energy. And all the challenges said completed so I couldn’t even try to get all my energy back.

'Download-I hate advertising for the game. It is not what advertising showed when I downloaded the game it started out like FarmVille. Disappointed in all these false advertisements to get you to download their games.

The amount of energy on something is just too much. I’m running out of energy in the game in a second. It takes like 5 days to level up and that’s even logging in a lot. Not worth it. It went from fun challenge to stall tactic. It is only a time trap. The tasks barley level you up. Also I think more tasks should also reward you with energy.

The whole thing is one giant money grab. You are constantly bombarded with ads and it is very hard to get to the next level without spending money constantly.
Changes
Why would you change the set up of daily tasks and why would you have the gold chest popping up every couple of minutes for a week and then stop it? And why is Tanya in your response team so condescending to the people who play your game?

while this is part of a group of energy-based games, this one stands alone as the worst that I have encountered. roughly 5 minutes of ads for less than 10 seconds of "play". if you want to do anything off the main plot (get that treasure chest over there), add multiple days of waiting ...
I encourage you to download and experience this uniquely poor game design for yourself ... it'll make every other game you play seem better by comparison.

Don’t waste your ENERGY with this one
It’s one of those games with the dreaded energy system. You literally do 2 things and the energy is depleted. It’s a cash bait. Avoid at all costs!

You’ve got to be kidding. I simply shut the game down when they come. But, it’s beginning to look like they are necessary to move forward. If that’s the case, I’ll delete the game. Thirty seconds is more than reasonable to pitch a game.

Your game app won’t load up on the screen of my IPhone . It is crashing. Reverts back to the intro screen. But won’t fully load up.
There wasn’t a problem when I originally downloaded your game. When it originally was debuted for IPhone App Store.

Every time it gets to the middle of MAPS and freezes.I’ll try a little longer and then DELETE!

Next, you get stuck on level 5 for several days if you do want to collect materials from the island you can currently since you can’t come back because the only get experience from quests as far as I can tell, maybe also selling stuff, but the market quickly turns into stuff you can’t sell until the next level and you can’t change the requests which seems like a massive oversight to me. So since I can’t complete the request board right now I can’t tell if I get experience from that or not. And because I can’t level up, I can’t get the items I need to move forward. It’s utterly ridiculous.
You basically log in a few times a day and spend a few seconds clearing stuff, run out of energy and then wait or buy more. Things use a lot of energy and your capacity also doesn’t increase with your level. This quickly becomes a pay to play. I get paying for bonuses and I get wanting to make money off of your game. But making it so people constantly have to buy energy to play kills the fun of the game.

Impossible to play without paying
The developers in this game are extremely greedy. By around day 3 of playing this game it becomes tedious and not very fun to play unless you want to pay. Even then, I’m sure that the amount of money needed to get anywhere in the game would also take away from the fun.
That being said, if you are willing to watch a lot of ads, it is kind of okay to play, although the amount of ads you have to watch really takes away from the game. By day three the ads are pretty much gone so you won’t get anywhere. It’s good if you don’t mind not finishing the game and just have some time to waste. Would not recommend for children due to the high pressure placed on getting you to spend money in the game.

Ok. I’ve started playing the game. There are some things will have to improve me to keep playing… It’s takes too long to level up. It’s not the money that bothers me but if you need energy, you have to go too much stuff! I’ll continue to give it a chance a little while longer and if doesn’t appease me, it’s gotta go. IJS. Also, I purchased the first pkg. of crystals/diamonds and had 9 bombs, I’ve only used 1, where are the other 8???? I can’t find them anywhere!
Can’t advance
I was playing the game and I needed to buy a sawmill but I had to buy other things before it would let me buy the sawmill but now I don’t have enough coins to buy it and all the orders on the order board have wood in the order which I can’t make because I can’t buy the sawmill. So much for this game I guess I will delete it.

Jumping from one area too another CONSTANTLY is a pain in the tush!
Energy requirements are way to high. Bush 19, tree 44. You can’t get anything done before you are out of energy. Forget the juicer. It wastes resources. Fruit from a green bush is stupid.
You should be able to pick and choose from the order board.
Animals should have pens.
Need more open space to put stuff.
Jumping back to the Order Board rather than the Mansion would be better.
