Can’t check wait times outside of the park
I’m very disappointed after buying gold passes for this season to discover wait times are geo blocked to inside the park. I’m sure they don’t people to be discouraged from coming at peak times. But we want to see wait times on weekend and holidays days so we can better plan out our next trip. Lame.

This Lego Land has to many buying stuff
Park is fine but
The app is so user unfriendly! Not at all intuitive or navigable. From making reservations to transferring info from email confirmation to the app to using the app when leaving to get free parking as a season pass holder. Had to use the help button on the parking kiosk when leaving the park to get the arm raised to leave. Also, the food is pretty awful and horrendously expensive. The staff is wonderful though. Friendly and conscientious.
Wrong Ride Restriction Info
After waiting over an hour on the Dragon was told unable to ride. The restrictions are completely wrong and the ride even showed our full group eligible for ride even after giving youngest height info.

Inaccurate wait times
Most of the app was useful but the reported wait times were completely inaccurate. We waited 60 min for a ride that showed as 25 min and 0 min for a ride that showed as 65 min. This was really disappointing because the park was packed and it would have been really helpful to know the actual wait times of rides. I wonder if it just shows the average wait time instead of real-time data.

This app is not great. The map is too small and the font color is horrible and so hard to read. Please look at Disney’s app and copy them.

Wait times were not accurate on app
Cannot access tickets
I booked tickets weeks ago, but I’m unable to add them to the app. It says to put in an “order number” and my e-mail address. I definitely have the right e-mail address (and it IS spelled right), but I can’t find an “order number” anywhere. I tried putting in the “booking number” and “customer number”, but neither work. Really frustrating! I hope when we arrive at the park someone will be able to help me out and give me the right info to enter!
Don’t trust the wait times
The app is useful for the map and navigation but completely pointless as to wait times. I stood next to the kiddie coaster waiting for my son and husband. They waited 45 minutes for two little laps around the coaster. The app said… five minute wait. Such a joke. Don’t recommend the app OR the park
Not what I was hoping for
I was hoping to be able to make a reservation through the app as I am an annual passholder. It would also be helpful if my pass could be uploaded through the app so it’s always handy. I have not tried to use the app while in the park yet. Maybe I’ll find it more useful when I do.
