DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY
My family and I have used this app on and off for a while. The locations are always wrong. There’s an app playing in background that wants to refresh all the time. definitely not worth the money
Horrible service
I actually am very mad with this service, I was not aware that my daughter with mental health needs could pause her location so it looked like she was at school when she was not she was found several hours later and could have lost her life so I don’t recommend this at all I was a paying customer.

The tracking isn’t only incomplete, but it’s also erroneous!

Distracted driving is misleading
The distracted driving notices are wrong so frequently that they are useless and should be removed from the app until fixed. You don’t have to touch the phone nor use CarPlay and it will show as a distracted driving regardless.
Location never updates and they removed the refresh button
I feel like with every update, Life360 has been getting worse and worse. Even Find My is updating locations faster than this. The location will literally stop updating for over 30 minutes or more at a time and they took out the refresh button so there’s literally nothing you can do. It is so frustrating since I rely on this app very often.
OK app
I am not happy right now because the app says you should be able to hear your tile but I couldn’t You ought to think that you would hear your tile but it should let you know if your battery is dead on your tile for the longest time. I didn’t hear my tile and lost my cane things to this tile. I’m sorry, but this app really deserves two stars in my opinion. This tile was really a scam and I was very excited because if I lost my cane, I could find it but now it’s game over I was about to put it on my braille note but I think I’m gonna look for a different tile. I hate Life360.
Crashes
There has been two wrecks that Life360 hasn’t alerted of. The airbags deployed on both and there was no alerts. I pay money for this service and it doesn’t do what it says it does. It also lags on locations more often than none.
Lags
The app lags when notifying where family members are by up to 20 minutes almost daily. Not a big deal… but if you’re using an app to know where they are at it probably shouldn’t lag paying a premium for a lagging app. Would not suggest this if you’re trying to keep real time tags on your teenage. In this crazy world we live in now.

Age verification
I was confused on why it asked to verify my age I hit done but it was today’s date but I didn’t realize it was saying I was underage and it would not let me go back or edit my age back to my real age even tho I am an adult so now I have a parental control on my account
Still having Issues
App is up to date.What’s that phrase squashing bugs!Accuracy is an issue. Still Not getting notifications from circles members consistently My circle members can be in one place stationary not driving & it has them driving anywhere from 7to15 mph& in circles.Notified life 360 an all boxes are check(that means everything is on)log in log out, power phone off ect….lets now add not getting weather notifications for people in my circle.There should not be constant issues for something we pay for
Very inaccurate
There are better options than this. The app consistently pins incorrect addresses, and does not allow you to correct them. Also, it constantly reports distracted driving and phone usage even when phones are in pockets or handbags and are not being used. This app definitely needs work.
