Can’t sign up and support is worthless
Trying to sign up for the app. Willing to pay full price for the year. Will not let me create my account, keeps saying Unexpected error and to contact support. Support does not respond. No way of calling it’s only email. It doesn’t save the set up questions so you have to constantly fill in the initial forms, it is tedious and annoying. This app was recommended by a friend and I am very interested but I will be canceling and moving to a competitor if it’s not fixed in a timely fashion.

So I got the year membership…and since I bought it on a certain Apple account, which I switched. Even though I’m logged in on the liftoff app it took away my year membership and I want it back. Can someone give me the membership I payed for please.😔

Cool concept, but recent update broke it. No customer support.
I initially bought the annual subscription after enjoying the brief trial period and really liking how the workout builder and rest timer kept me accountable during my lifts. I also liked the ease of using the calorie tracker, however during their most recent update the calorie tracker is now completely broken and assuming impossible caloric burns even before you’ve logged anything to the day. For example: I go to the nutrition tab and it says I have 8000+ calories remaining for the day I can consume because I have already burned 7000+ calories, despite having logged nothin for the day.
I’ve emailed the app developers twice since the update and there’s been no response. I feel like I’ve sunk $90 into an app that essentially lost its most central purpose.
There are plenty of other apps out there that probably have better customer support.

Scam
100% a scam. All they want is your money. They suck at responding to emails. They act like they want to help until you request for a refund. $80 is a lot to take from someone when they cancelled the subscription. I hope this app gets taken down

You cant even become ranked because there is no free way to rank your workouts, and you need 10 ranked workouts to get a global rank, but the app only gives you 3 uses of the rank calculator

I enjoyed the app for over a year, but when my streak died and I tried to revive it, it only gave me 60 days back instead of 400+
Causes iPhone to freeze
I got this app this morning and throughout the day even when it wasn't open or anything my phone would randomly freeze up, apps wouldn't respond, including messenger and calls, and my home screen icons wouldn't load. I could restart my phone and it would work again for anywhere between an hour and a few minutes before freezing again. This happened somewhere in the neighborhood of 7-12 times throughout the day. Uninstalled the app and my phone hasn't frozen up since.
No warning for free trial
Signed up for free trial and asked to be reminded the day before it ends. I received no notification and canceled the day of renewal but was still charged for the full year and denied refund

Already have a routine and been going to the gym consistently for years. Just wanted to try it out cause it seemed fun. Not free though so stopped after the setup process. I hate apps that make you do all the setup bs to then tell you you have to pay. Waste of my time.

Charged 59.98 instead of 19.99. For a year subscription. I just want to use the app. Poor development. I want my money back.

Not Free
I tried the free trial that they aren’t supposed to charge for and they advertised they will let you know before getting billed. I was billed for a year of service and I have tried to get a refund but service team ignored me and told me to contact my bank.
They took my money
I got a free trial and they claimed they would remind me two days before it ended that never happened. Luckily I still remembered to cancel it so I clicked restored purchases in the app assuming that would work and it did not.
Bad experience
Made me lose in brawl stars when notification popped up still mad uninstalling
Everything behind paywall
Watched one of their official Instagram ads, stated that you do not need to spend any money if you don’t want to. Every feature is paywall blocked.
Trash slop
App literally does not work when you select equipment that you have at home and want to do workouts. It shows equipment that you don’t have. literally AI slop and the app is incredibly frustrating to use. I probably only has all these five star reviews because it asks you a rating during set up before you even start. Trash.

Unable to cancel subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription after signing up for a free trial that I was only able to access after signing up, so I went to request a refund and was denied twice. I haven’t opened the app since signing up because I didn’t like the interface. Again, denied a refund and now it’s sitting in the ether with a whole year paid in full. Would love my money back but also support doesn’t get back to you either. Thanks Apple, thanks Liftoff.
Infinite onboarding
The onboarding never finishes, if you get your first rank as a non signed up, restarting the app will have you go through the onboarding again. 40+ questions of non relevant information. Terrible first experience. Just wanted to play around with ranks… immediately uninstalled

Garbage snake oil scam app
Account creation takes 10 mins, just to block you from using the app unless you pay or do a free trial. Plus it adds long loading bars which pretends to calculate your body statistics, like come on… you need to take 30 seconds to calculate my strength based on the fact that I ca do 20 pushups? This app is pure snake oil.
Just stealing info
First they run a huge survey then they tell you its a paid app so end up getting your info and not actually giving you the app. Diabolical

I’ve had many bugs using this app, and they keep trying to get me to subscribe. It’s a gym app, it shouldn’t be complicated to make it good and I don’t wanna subscribe.

I hate the streak system
That’s all. I forgot to end a workout and my streak ended and it won’t let me continue my streak. It started it all over. How does that motivate anyone? Probably delete this app tbh

I started this app awhile ago I tried the free subscription and then it wouldn’t let me cancel it in time it charged me a day early and then wouldn’t give me a refund after that I tried. Using the app more and it’s just kinda confusing overall
