Ads keep popping and interrupting ur game, and h@ve to wait , plus the chat when u try to open and see what they replied u the app logged u out completely, very bad app

I’ve encountered several issues with the app: when purchasing coins, they disappear immediately, and the RNG seems to favor the app. Additionally, customer service does not respond within the timeframe indicated. This has been my experience when I’ve raised concerns or encountered problems. It’s also impossible to achieve significant wins or maintain your balance with larger bets. The app has proven to be quite stressful and nerve-racking .

How do I go from 42 million in one game to nothing and not win once? I even got suckered in and bought 20 million more credits and lost all of those too. Didn’t win anything. Worst game ever.

If this app were a real casino, it’d be shutdown
As someone who works in an actual casino, I can testify that if this app paid out in a real casino the same way it pays out in this app, the Gaming Commission would probably shut it down. The stinginess of the payouts are on a level that rivals actual fraud. It’s beyond horrible. It’s damn neat criminal.

Genuinely the worst slot app on the store. The worst hit frequency. The worst bonus payout (usually 1-4x your bet) and the absolute worst customer support I’ve seen. You’ll ask a question and get a cookie cutter response that has nothing to do with what you’ve asked.
There is no RTP per the in app AI so they can just cut your wins off whenever. And they tend to do so if you are close to completing challenges which is so scammy. But remember, THEY ONLY MAKE MONEY WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF COINS!!

Holy Money Loss
Got hooked on this game and have been playing for 2+ yrs now. Recently started making purchases and have quickly surpassed $2k invested with the WORST possible luck after becoming a paying player. The more you spend, the less you win…it’s almost insulting.

Avoid this game
It’s great to play games that you find in actual casinos until it bombards you with “buy more coins” buttons every 5 seconds. The payouts are terrible and nothing like the actual games and the coins that you do win are gone within minutes. The tier rewards are impossible to achieve unless you spend hundreds of dollars buying more coins.

Last review was deleted, but by golly, they have done it. They figured out how to not pay anything. A daily goal to get four wins of 1.5 million credits and I spun over 150 times with a 200,000 bet getting one lock n link and one free spin and still did not even hit one 1.5 million win. Couldn’t pay one time of 7.5 times my bet. Play 150 spins on new slot Fire Link Eruption at 90,000, hit 6 free spins 3 times and win 390,000 all 3 times, spun 100 times with 1 million a spin on best bet, get 1 free spin, total of 15 spins and win 4.6 million total, I won 600,000 on 15 free spins with 1 million bet, this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Finally have completely gotten out of hand. 15 million points to start, daily task to win 3.75 million on Buffalo and when broke spinning 50,000 a spin, won 52% of goal. Receiving 1 free games and chose 9, when bonus was done I added 15 more free spins for a total of 24 winning absolutely nothing. JUNK JUNK JUNK.

Absolute garbage
Has a lot of the slots you would see in a casino but the way it’s designed there is pretty much no way to play for free long term. They flood you with offers for more coins but when you buy them they are gone almost as quick as you buy them. Hate to admit but I’ve spent probably $500 on this horrible app and it’s always gone so quick. Save your time and money by not installing.

They do not give any more ads to get more money so whenever I try to play, I play for about four minutes and then I run out of money and then I can’t play again. What happened to the ads? I’m definitely going to uninstall this game because I don’t feel like it is beneficial for me because there’s no ads to get more money and I’m not gonna pay for any coins. Bring back the ads or you’re gonna lose a lot of people to play.

I’ve enjoyed this App for many years. A few days ago, I was excited to get a huge bonus win of 52 million at a 500k bet on the very fun Gold Jackpot/Geisha slot. But my excitement quickly turned to shock and frustration when the Lightning Link App gave me no credits whatsoever for the win at the conclusion of the bonus. I wrote the developer (actually a chatbot), which basically said too bad if I did not take a screenshot to prove the win. What’s the enjoyment or point in playing if our biggest wins are “lost” by the App? Was it truly a glitch or instead a built in “error” to get me to purchase coins out of frustration? Anyway, there are so many other great slot apps out there, I’ll be deleting Lightning Link.
