Clickbait all the way
The game is nothing like the ads. This plays like any other merger game…also what the heck is with the plot-line for the ads? It doesn’t make me wanna play the game, it just seems like they do whatever and pray it gets attention.

Went from one of the favorites to one of the worst games! So tired of the additional games they add for play. Game freezes up often, mostly because of the ads, especially, Monopoly, go! Hello, Kitty! It really has to go! You might as well sign out if this is the add you get, you are always locked up and having to sign in again. Very difficult to win games, unless they let you, skill has nothing to do with winning. If you have a lot of time to waste, this is the game for you! Believe me, you won’t win!
Game Crashes
I’ve been playing this game for years and have accumulated a lot of stars. 3 days ago the game crashed for 2 days (Error in game, developers notified). After it was up and running again, all my stars were gone! The game has been crashing a lot and this is not the first time I’ve lost items that I’ve won or purchased.
Great game - HORRID COMPANY
Game is great until they start gaming you. CS is absolutely horrid and insulting. Small thing - they mix old me a package, and instead of addressing the issue, I received a pile of dung and no refund. That’s one way to turn a 3.99 profit and lose a gamer. Rotten service under a pretty game.
Trying to report a problem…..
I have been trying to open my game for a week now, but there is a window that pops up stating there is a problem and that it’s been sent to the developers and that the game will close. I try the “report a problem” link below. But there is no option to report an actual problem. No way to contact the developer on their website. They want you to go on to their instagram. I don’t have that. Tablet just updated and the game looks like it’s been recently updated with “bug fixes”. I still can not open my game.
Fun game until it stops loading after you’re pretty far into the game.
I was enjoying this game and I’m pretty far into it when it suddenly stopped loading. A search on the Internet indicated that numerous people have had this issue over the years. Don’t bother playing you as can’t finish the game.
Update wiped out years of progress !!!
Over level 15,000 and boom did an update and it wiped me out!!!!

Fun, but…
This game is fun and has good graphics. HOWEVER, once you‘ve reached the last levels and you play the mastery levels while waiting for the latest update, the algorithm is a JOKE. You get fed the same hard levels (the ones you really struggled with) over and over and over. You’re telling me that when there are nearly 16,000 levels, I just RANDOMLY get the same levels I struggled with the most, over and over? It is SO frustrating!! Why is it like this? Because they know it’s incredibly frustrating and they want to push you to spend more money to get unstuck?! So awful. I wish they’d change this aspect.
Waiting for a new story line
It’s a slow process waiting for a new story line and then they throw in a side game and you can not complete it in their timeframe.

Annoyed
Been playing this game for years. I liked the simplicity and storylines. I’ve finally reached the point where they changed the combos system (to make them hit hardly anything) and lowered the moves significantly. They created a power flask that you have to activate by winning ten levels in a row. Then they also started dropping the amount of moves per level the later you go. I’m over 15k levels in and they’re giving 14 or 17 moves and if I can’t pass it…they start increasing moves slowly. This is straight up cheating so I’ll use more boosters or spend coins. Luckily I have never spent one cent on this game. Finally quitting for good. Had enough of the tricks.

So many ads keep popping up, and recently the ads won’t let me exit out of them. And if I close the game, the benefits I get for winning multiple games in a row. It’s like they want to ruin their game with ads

I agree they don’t give enough coins!!!! They also don’t do a lot of what other games do when you reach higher levels with extra bonuses and have unlimited hours of lives like they use to especially when they constantly update the game! It’s fun to play and can be addictive!! I play other games when I’m bored or have free time & I do a lot of comparing!
