Limited functions
Why would you suggest users to use an app that does not even cover half of the functions of the web version? It’s doubly frustrating as with the app installed, putting url in the browser opens the app which is useless.

The interface is totally different working in Line app. And ... is there any iPad version? It’s a bit hard to reply message in a small phone (especially this is for Official Account).
