I love this app, but it always glitches and prompts you to upgrade for different features even though you have already upgraded!!!

This is a huge fail for this app. I will be finding a new app for my personal and business links. Some people actually like to think and do things for themselves without robo interference.

I’m subscribed and have been paying monthly to keep my links valid and to have more then two link in bios but it’s not letting me make anymore links or use templates

New customer
Like concept but freezes a lot! I am trying to set my profile and can’t finish setting up. Every time I try to link my website it freezes. I will have to cancel and get refund. I figured I try it maybe they fixed the glitching but not fixed yet!

How hard is it to make a link work?.
I put the bio Link in my search browser. I put it on my social media and when I click it, the Internet, can’t find it.
Then a few hours later, it works, and then it doesn’t work again
so trash. I pay for this and I can’t even get the link to work.

SCAM! Do not purchase
I have been trying to get in contact with someone about me purchasing the pro version. The templates don’t load it continue to advise me to restore the purchase, when restored it tell me the payment is successful but still doesn’t pull up the templates.
My email needs to be verified, after endless attempts to verify my email I have yet to receive a verification email from your app/site.
I’ve tried 2 ways to contact the company, still no luck.
Just read a review from someone two years ago with the same exact issue. So clearly this is a thing.
Rather it’s $4 or $40 a scam is a scam.
I should not have to go through multiple channels to contact support to resolve this matter. Yes I will be disputing a $4 charge because what a waste of time!
Refund me my money so I can move forward with a company who actually values their customer.

finished doing the PERFECT bio link and pressed save then it all got deleted. I spent an hour on it thanks a lot.

This app is great but there needs to be a store and media kit in this app for people to use that lots of link tree bio have otherwise than that this app is great just needs a media kit and store elements like other link tree bio apps have!!! Also if people want to add elements the elements should attach when they press on the element!!!
