I love this app, but it always glitches and prompts you to upgrade for different features even though you have already upgraded!!!

App was perfectly fine, until i went to make a new link and couldn’t do so without “letting AI create a perfect link for me.” Most people dislike AI for very obvious reasons. This is a huge fail for this app. I will be finding a new app for my personal and business links. Some people actually like to think and do things for themselves without robo interference.

SCAM! Do not purchase
I have been trying to get in contact with someone about me purchasing the pro version. The templates don’t load it continue to advise me to restore the purchase, when restored it tell me the payment is successful but still doesn’t pull up the templates.
My email needs to be verified, after endless attempts to verify my email I have yet to receive a verification email from your app/site.
I’ve tried 2 ways to contact the company, still no luck.

Rather it’s $4 or $40 a scam is a scam.
I should not have to go through multiple channels to contact support to resolve this matter. Yes I will be disputing a $4 charge because what a waste of time!

finished doing the PERFECT bio link and pressed save then it all got deleted. I spent an hour on it thanks a lot.

Login Issue
I have been trying to login/create an account for the past 10 mins. It loads and nothing happens. I thought maybe you have to create an account and go to the login page and re type the login stuff there. But still nothing. Every time i click the Create button or the Login button, a small grey square pops up and then disappears? I don’t know what’s that about.

Did not enjoy it at all :/
What happened is that i didn’t really have good options on the free mode so i got the “PRO” it said that it was a yearly plan $35 meaning $2 each month except i got removed $35 from a bunch and it wasn’t even worth it because i still didn’t have many options to customize my own page. I don’t think it gives back your money so I don’t recommend it. (Also i just downloaded it like three days ago)

Not a great app
Basically u have to pay for everything linktr.ee is way better this one u have to pay for the back ground link tree to but they have free ones this one dosent plus linktree u could kinda change the link and this one self promotes and there is also a big where like the text dosent show 👎🏽

Was looking for Linktr.ee which is not in the App Store. This one is more expensive & not nearly as good.

Do not download. I can’t put links on tiktok so I thought this could help, welp I didn’t, every time I tap a link for the stupid app to find, It never finds them, I’ve tried to put links for blm, my youtube etc, it can never Find the links, very disappointed

Was working just fine for awhile, not it just says system error on app and my link says bad request...

Was really disappointed to download the app to see that you pretty much get the app for free with very little choosings. Their advertisement is misleading. Also while trying to change the picture the app crashes every time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I can’t make the picture mine.

This app is great but there needs to be a store and media kit in this app for people to use that lots of link tree bio have otherwise than that this app is great just needs a media kit and store elements like other link tree bio apps have!!! Also if people want to add elements the elements should attach when they press on the element!!!

My link won’t work for my customers anymore. I’ve been using this for about 2 years and one day a few weeks ago it stopped working.

I have the Pro paid version and typically love it. I’ve not been able to add a new Instabio for over a month and no one replies... or rather I’ve had a reply (2) but only to tell me “It’s not an app” “we don’t have an app, we only have a website”.
No reply to my problem as this apparently isn’t an app (yes, true story). They seemed to be more concerned about semantics than helping a loyal paying customer resolve a problem.
If they improved customer service I’d give them 4 stars.
