What makes it worse is the condescending tone. They basically implied I didn’t understand the game, despite me clearly explaining the issue multiple times and providing screenshots. If customers are spending money on your game, the least you can do is properly investigate concerns instead of gaslighting them.
The game itself was fun at first, but the support experience completely ruined it for me. Be careful spending money here because if something goes wrong, don’t expect real help.

The concept of the game is for sure 5 stars but it is obvious the creators made it so that you’d spend more money because of course you want to advance. And that makes the game an absolutely horrible experience.

Your resources do not run why u are off the game only why you are actively playing I sent a ticket in to ask for help and got no answer the adds keep popping up every time you touch anything an add pops up you can’t even play

I loved this game at first. I paid to remove the ads but then everywhere I went on the map there were options to buy materials that kept popping up. I finally unlocked something but to proceed had to pay actual cash to obtain the helper and I could upgrade him immediately if I pay $29.99. I paid for level 1 thinking maybe in the future I will be able to upgrade him through progression but you can’t, you pay for every level or you can still pay the $29.99 - it’s not reduced even though i bought level 1. Everywhere you go it wants more money. Yes you can progress through the game with objectives but I have 65k in game money from selling things and that doesn’t help obtain the extra workers or perks. Now I unlocked something else and the game wants $39.99 to use the option that I unlocked and it makes it seem like it’s necessary to move forward you have to buy this item. I didn’t. I reached out to support and was told you can progress through without spending money but the ads are everywhere and to upgrade the warehouse or the clam catcher or hire the captain all of it costs actual money. This could have been a great game if I didn’t feel like I had to pay cash for everything. I am uninstalling it. It’s sad because it’s exactly the type of game I was looking for but the company is greedy and not helpful. You can develop and keep games up to date without forcing or making people feel obligated to spend hundreds to progress. Heck I’d consider a subscription option to be able to play the game fully but I will never spending $40 to progress one item in a game. It’s ridiculous.
Intrusive ads
I get the game can’t be free. You already have the ads we would expect from these games. The little item helpers and speed ups. What you don’t have however is my permission to take over my phone with the ads that pop up and can’t be escaped without killing the app. Well you got paid fir that one ad. But now the game is uninstalled and I have your dev/pub name. Won’t happen in another game either. Does that sound like a smart business model?? Greed is not a good look. I also see you for popping up the rate out game veggie you start with the intrusive ones. So don’t act like you don’t know what you are doing.

When I first started playing I really enjoyed the game so I ended up buying the ad free (btw you still get harassed with buying workers and upgrades) and a couple of small upgrades, but now it’s just getting impossible to do anything. Takes 20 minutes to grind recourses for a shipment just for that to take an hour for it to get back and then another hour for whatever you’re building just to have to do it again and the weight times just get longer and the request get longer and longer.
If you want people to continue to play the game stop making it such a cash grab, and keep it simple. I’ve put in a ton of time on this just for me to probably delete it

Pumpkin Doesn’t work when game is closed
Tomato, wheat, orange, eggs work great. Pumpkin not working and you need to crate a lot of milk this issue make game not fun
Bummer after update
Before this last update I would have given it FIVE stars, but the developers screwed the pooch! It’s no longer enjoyable. Cutting down the amount of water I can collect from 20 to 6 and not being able to water the fields sucks! And making me use the watering station for the carrots is UNACCEPTABLE.
Pumpkin Patch Worker
I think this game is so fun, but the pumpkin patch helper does not work when the app is closed! The other helpers work and have things ready when you log in. 😞

Like everyone else says, the ads are totally relentless. I played for one day, deleting the app because apparently there are issues even after paying a ridiculous amount of $8. Cute and fun game but not worth 8 bucks and ads are just unreal, I’ve never seen a game with this many ads before. And why do y’all advertise other games that makes me quit playing your game? I don’t get it.
Done with this game
Don’t fall for the no adds for 8 bucks or whatever. You won’t have the video adds but every single time you run anywhere near the endless prompts for money they will pop up on the screen and force you to stop what your doing and x out of them. Over and over and over every time you come through. I’d be ok with the prompts there but it literally stops you in your tracks and takes over the screen. I’ve had enough. And I really liked this game but that nonsense gets overwhelming when you just want to play. Oh well on to the next nonsense.
Greedy devs are greedy
I log in and am asked to spend a lot of money before I can even touch my character. $49.99 to automate the game processes with workers+ 7.99 for a mount for a week only + 29.99 for consumable resources. I refuse to play a game that begs for $75 before I start being allowed to play.

Initially the game is fun and cute. You will get to a point where you can’t get any further unless you pay for resources or tool upgrades. They force ads in the middle of play without warning. Complete waste of time. Do not download and install.

Too many good mobile games out there with far less sporadic ads. Devs could make money on in-app purchases and banner ads but they got far too greedy and serve a lengthy video ad every 90 seconds of game play. Uninstalled. No thanks

I really like this game. It’s fun, easy paced, and addicting. But the ads are driving me bonkers. I’m usually pretty patient with ads but I’ve had this game for a while and they seem to be getting more and more frequent. I’m just gonna delete it. It drains my phone battery, my phone gets hot when I play for a while, and if I’m listening to music, every time an ad pops up it stops my music even with the game muted. 3 ads in one song. Not worth it…

i heavily dislike the ai covers, the audacity you’d have to code a game with such potential and then not even hire a real artist? (its also not even in the games style?? lol.. kind of false advertising if you think about it) we’re right here! i’d have gladly drawn a cover had i been commissioned!

Number of forced ads is ridiculous
The game is kind of fun, the amount of ads ruin it. You spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game. You can pay to make the ads go away, but for as many ads as I have been forced to watch at this point it should be free going forward. The $7.99 to make the ads go away is steep for the quality of the game.

Game would be fun, but it’s takes a long time to earn any coins and progress. When you get to level 2-3, the ads force open randomly so much during play there’s no point in playing.

If I’m lucky enough to not have the ad crash the game, I’m stuck with buggy ads that take forever or never end so I have to force quit the game. If I’m able to play for 10 minutes before it crashes, it usually doesn’t save my progress. The side quests are the worst especially the ones that require the hot air balloon. What should be 10 minutes of game play to achieve the goal takes me days because of the crashes.
Unplayable
How can you make a game with this many adds? This is what ruins games. Look at supercell. They don’t have adds unless you want bonuses, and their games make good money just from in game currency packs. Ads make games unenjoyable.

Way too many ads. You have to sit through 30-60 second ads constantly, sometimes 2 or 3 back-to-back. It completely ruins the experience. The game could be fun, but the nonstop ads make it not worth the time.
Scam of a Game, EXPENSIVE Pay to Win
Game itself is pretty fun, but it has so many ads. Luckily I have a network wide ad blocker, but once a minute you will be given an unstoppable ad, as well as constant pop ups to watch ads for rewards, that are terribly balanced (a 30s ad saves max 2 mins of gameplay effort), as well as terribly balanced microtransactions, which $5 will save like 30 mins of work, max, and none of it is permanent, except if you pay $7 to not have your every minute unstoppable ad. So I would give it a higher rating if it was at least balanced. Less ads, better value. I would actually pay money if I could get meaningful time saved (like at least permanent boosters, and more resources), coming from a mobile app developer myself.

Bugs need fixed
Very disappointed! This game has stopped working for me. Level 13. I can’t advance because I am unable to get the hot air balloon game to work. It was fun for about three weeks. I messaged support never heard back. All research indicates they never fix bugs.
Fun but frustrating
Growth rate and storage size upgrades do not reflect even when reached max level. Wasted a bunch of savings. Only cash pay option for upgrades. No option for using the coins earned or game cash earned. Will probably not continue playing unless improvements made

Stuck on Visit santa’s farm
Game is good but for some reason It says visit santa’s farm but it doesn't tell me to do anything when I get there. The area is maxed for me. So it’s literally no point for me to be there.
So much pay to play
This game is a lot of fun and I got hooked went up to levels 11 but even after spending nearly 70$ (don’t judge) you get stuck and even with watching non stop ads, currently to move forward I can spend more money or take three weeks to do a small mission that gives me 6-8 diamonds when you need 30 or more.
Milk
All I’m doing is collecting the annoying pumpkin seeds and making milk. 11 pumpkin seeds making 2 milks is insane when many of the tasks need 25+ milk. The milk production should be increased im so sick of the milk and pumpkin seed bs

Fun but progression means actual money
I’ve reached the point where if I want to progress further in the game, I have spend either hours watching ads or spend actual money. It really takes the fun away from the game itself spending countless hours watching ads just to progress a little bit.
Great idea but $$$
I really love the game but unfortunately you either have to watch a million ads or spend money to even unlock the basics. So they pretty much force you to spend money. Makes it unplayable.
Great game… but
honestly, I got an ad for this and it’s a really fun game. But if you want any perks or anything, there’s a few where you can watch a video to get it or if not, they want you to pay $12 for the most little amount of stuff which makes no sense. I just don’t get why you have to spend so much money to get something.. also in the game you can get better tools but it takes forever, but they have an option where you can pay $20 to pay for all seven tools. but it’s not forever it’s for a week.. seven days you get that for $20… it really just doesn’t make sense to me
So many adds!
This game has a forced add like every 2.5 minutes it’s really frustrating. It has some hiccups like k bought a third cow but still only gives out 2 milk and to upgrade the workers with berries I’ve notice has you unlock abilities you already unlocked so they aren’t getting any faster in fact lvl 4 pumpkin worker speed is slower! If the adds were less and an update fixed the other hiccups I’d give it 5 stars.
Game malfunctions
Hey! I want to say I loved playing this game. It actually kept me away from my Steam Deck for a while, but now I’m right back on it lol, mainly because the game had a lot of malfunctioning issues. I reached out to support about the game, but it’s still the same-stuck on an “objective.” I’ve been stuck on the same one for honestly three weeks now, and it’s been really irritating. I paid for something in hopes it would help me advance to the next objective, but that didn’t work at all, so I lost money and am still in the same spot. Honestly, it sucks... if you delete the game, you lose your data and won’t be able to get it back. So, just know that if you want to take a chance with the game, you’ve been warned.

Fun game, but requires too much real cash to play
First off, let me say I LOVE this game. So much so that I paid the $7.99 to stop the forced ads every few minutes, and I am someone who never pays for phone games. The gameplay is nice. It’s repetitive and easy, and it’s quite enjoyable. BUT even after you pay to stop ads, there are pop-ups everywhere wanting you to spend real money. To top it off, it’s asking you to spend quite a lot of real money for TEMPORARY items. That’s crazy to me. I’m at a point where I don’t know if I want to continue. I really want to be able to earn diamonds to keep leveling, but I refuse to spend $12.99 for the ability to use the plane trader after I’ve already paid 8 bucks for the ad-free game. It sucks that the game feels so poorly balanced. I am happy to electively watch the ads to speed up something or get an extra boost, but having to pay to play every step of the way is just not it.
