The app content is pretty good, but the billing is full of bugs, your learning data will be lost when your paid plan expired, and there is no tip message to remind the expires date, so it will expire suddenly, and when you pay it again, you found your data was lost. And there is no ticket submit system, also no response for your email query.

We have loved this app for over a year with few if any issues. This past month it said a new update was required. After the update, the app won’t open. We can’t even get it to come up on the screen anymore when we tap on it. My disappointment is that I have tried to reach out to the company but have not received any help. This is a paid subscription and I would hope that the costumer service was better. I also regret that the app won’t let me pay for a year at a time so I have to renew monthly. I know it is an option, but the app won’t let me.

It needs payment and I download this and Chinese one to finish the journey of the west in Chinese school the Chinese one is broken for me and this one needs payment

인터넷이 안되나 했더니 유투브는 잘나오는데 유독 리틀팍스만 그러네요..

The idea is great if only you could watch it. So slow to download video stops in the middle of playing.
The reviews you see are not telling the truth the app is just too slow to play anything.
If you want a great kid songs app try busy beavers so good.
