NOT GOOD APP 4TH TIME THIS HAPPENING
I paid $39.99 for a yearly “exclusive” subscription to this translator app, and it’s been nothing but frustrating. After paying, the app suddenly stopped recognizing my subscription and keeps trying to charge me again like I never paid in the first place. This has now happened FOUR times.
On top of that, the app constantly glitches and bugs out, making it unreliable to even use for basic translations. What’s the point of paying for a premium service if it doesn’t work and keeps asking for more money?
This feels like a scam or, at the very least, very poor app management. I expect a refund or an immediate fix. Until then, I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Does not work.
Like others on here. They took my money but I get errors, it won’t open, tells me to restore. DO NOT PURCHASE. My next recourse is to complain to APPLE AND dispute on my credit card.

Does not work for real time voice
My wife is Vietnamese. Some of her family do not speak English and I don’t know any Vietnamese. I thought this might be a great tool I saw advertised on YouTube to turn your AirPods into a real time translator. Unfortunately it doesn’t work and is $14.99 wasted; just glad i bought only 1 month.
1) it doesn’t translate accurately. I had her try several times and not once, using the advanced option, did it correctly translate. She asked “what did you do tonight” it translated to “having dinner tonight”
2) it doesn’t pick up any words at times. And then it just stops working and I can’t figure out how to make it start translating again without restarting it.
3) I want it to translate Vietnamese into my AirPods, into my ear, but what’s extremely annoying is that it (tries to) translates Vietnamese to English but then when i speak in English, it picks up my words and translates them to Vietnamese in my ear or even if she talks to me in English it translates to Vietnamese in my ear. I don’t understand why the app thinks it would be helpful to translate my native language into a language I don’t understand. If I wanted the conversation translated both ways in my ear, Viennese to English and then the English to Vietnamese, I probably don’t need the translator in the first place…would be best to only translate one way…unidirectional translation…if it hears English, ignore it, and if it hears Vietnamese, translate it. Now if I was using the speaker phone to talk to someone, the two way translation might be nice, but I wanted to just listen to a conversation using my AirPods as advertised…
Maybe someday as AI and processing improves, there will be real time translators that actual work and are of value, but right now, this app is unusable for my needs…

Still had many bugs
Every time I start a new voice translation it stops the translation and says that I need to restore the app. Every freaking time!Extremely annoying. Money down the drain. Do not buy this app!
Don’t waste your money
I purchased this thinking I would be able to translate in real time. I paid for the premium package only to learn that Google translate works better. This app couldn’t handle the speed in which the conversation was happening.
It is not FREE
When you install it the first thing it does is ask you to pay. You have no opportunity to actually try it. When you look under the hood, you see that you are using ChatGPT Gemini, etc. it seems to be other people’s work bundled under a UI.

Misrepresentation items aren’t free you are charged for anything you use .
The Ai translator isn’t what it’s suppose to be for a price of $59.99 . There are several things it does but you have to pay more money . Any time I try to use it it brings up a fee to use a basic service that I assumed was a part of the above fee. Think twice before purchasing

I feel scammed. I bought it trusting that this app would help me; I paid $59 to get it, and I'm frustrated. This app works very badly. I don't recommend it, and I'm demanding that the owner of this app return my money. Otherwise, I will write every day that this app is a fraud.
The live translation does not work very good
I purchased a specifically for the live transaction and when holding the phone up to someone speaking German it wouldn’t translate in my earbuds except for every couple symptoms that I would get a couple words. I paid for a one month and I need a refund.

Not real time translation, it’s just consecutive
Accuracy is terrible from English to Japanese. This is also not the real real-time. It’s just a slow latency consecutive translation. I accidentally signed up for 1 year subscription, since there is no free trial. After 15 min of usage, I wanted to delete it, but I cannot get the money back.

Very Poor Translation
I downloaded and asked my wife who is Indonesian to speak in Bahasa. The translation was delayed. Missed most of the conversation and was probably 50% accurate on the words it translated. I immediately cancelled.
Instant failure
One minute into trying the app out and it couldn’t translate Filipino using the voice option if the apps life was dependent on it. You have to type in what you want. I could have done that with Google translate.
Not User Friendly at All

I can tell after 30 minutes, this is not good for learning Italian. purchased to learn Italian not to translate. I can get a good translating app for free.

No what I need…
Definitely asking for a refund. I need it to listen in to a meeting. For an ongoing discussion, it is not a “live” translator. It will not translate until a pause in the conversation. Otherwise, the app listens stupidly and when you tap to translate, it missed or fogot most of the conversation. 100% useless for my needs. Will request Apple refund the cost I paid to even test the app.
