5/10 it’s good I got premium but every time I download a video at the end always freezes up like dam, I can’t even do nun about it smh fix it
garbage
first ask you to pay to unlock past recorded videos, no problem. then when you pay, it says you don’t even have access to the HD version of the videos unless you pay for premium. Then, if you only want to watch the videos that you already unlocked, it still makes you watch ads, even though you already paid to unlock them. then once the ad is finished sometimes the video doesn’t even load.

Not only will your account get banned 100% of the time if you use this long enough, but the developers in the shady support telegram room will outright lie about it. They will claim it was some other reason. This is also not being run in any western nation, even if it wasn’t certain to get you banned without a refund and with all your recordings inaccessible, but chances are your credentials will not be in trusted hands.

Latest update destroyed the app
The latest update transferred my account to my gmail account. With that I am now having to continuously verify my Instagram.
Before the update there was an option where you could set the app to "never" for checking profiles if they're live. This prevented Instagram from asking you to verify your account which would ultimately lead to a ban. The option is now gone.
I'm no developer for this app but I believe the most recent verification notices has something to do with what I mentioned above being removed. Not once did I run into any verification issues after I switched the option to "never". In addition, the app never missed a recording with the "never" option chosen as well.
Please return the app to logging in via Insta or return the option to choose how often the app checks for lives. The tutorial video in this update is a nice touch. Had that been implemented before instructing users where to switch the check options to "never", I highly doubt any reviews on here would mention account bans or verifications.

This app was working wonderful and fine until a new updates causing problems to login need vpn to login now another update and you cant login with Instagram, you can login with google and apple, what live stream can i download from apple or google? Please to downgrade back the app and leave it
This app got my Instagram deleted
Was good for some time but stopped working (the moment the app wouldnt open) I message them to ask if it’s down and I got 1 response out of like 15 wish someone would share one that actually worked) finally I couldn’t use my Instagram and my account doesn’t exist thanks to this app

Every update keeps getting worse
Another bug: constantly logs you out and put your Instagram account up for suspension. After the recent update, My Instagram account keeps on being suspended because of using this app. This wasn’t an issue before

YOUR IG WILL GET BANNED
After being a paid user of this app for roughly 3 months, my main Instagram business account was suspended and I’m in the process of recovering the banned/deactivated account as we speak. I’m pretty sure I’ll get it back, but certainly not worth the headache and stress I’ve been going through.
And just to confirm this was the reason I got deactived/suspended, I created a new Instagram account and logged into IGLiveRec. Not even minutes later, that new account was suspended with the same message as my main.
Although it’s not entirely the fault of the creators, some Instagram policy change may have rendered this app useless in the last few weeks, THE CREATORS NEED TO DISCLOSE THE RISK OF USING THE APP IMMEDIATELY. I will be requesting a full refund for the year I paid for + reporting the application to Apple.

At first the app was fine with the 30 second ads but recently now when I try to click on a video, I get a bunch of pop up ads and the video still doesn’t play please fix.

This app was working great up until this last night. When I try to download it says. “Capacityvideodownload.savevideo() is not supported on ios.” What does that even mean? It was just supporting ios what happened?
Cannot remove profiles from recording list once they are added
The app limits you to only 30 accounts on your recording list when paying for premium but does not allow you to remove accounts once they are added. Throws an error message saying “this account has already been removed from recording list” and the account stays on the list and you cannot add any new ones.
Manual recording is also completely non-functional now. You input a username and just get a spinning wheel and nothing happens. So right now if you have paid for the top plan and 30 accounts on your recording list, it is entirely impossible to record any other accounts.
This is on top of already glitchy performance with the accounts that ARE on the recording list where sometimes it records but sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it records the whole live and sometimes it cuts off.
The developer is completely unresponsive to support requests. I have been trying to contact them for months now and not a single response has been made.
Extremely frustrating. You are better off custom coding something yourself. More upfront cost but saves you a ton of frustration trying to get this thing to work.

My app stopped working several days ago and I have reached out multiple times for assistance. I’m very frustrated.

Sometimes when I try to record someone’s live, it records a short amount of the live and not the full live. Do you guys have an idea on why it does this? And it says that it is still recording after a day and it takes a week to go away.

Garbage app. Waste of money and time
You have to pay to unlock each live after you unlock the girls profile. Compared to the TikTok app rewatch live where you can just freely see all lives ones paid for. The app is garbage don’t buy
Great app, but downside
It’s a great app and honestly I love how efficient it operates, but I stopped using it after 2 years now that they’ve been blocking accounts as of late. Reported it to an admin who managed to fix the reports I sent out, but constantly having accounts falsely blocked that you enjoy is tedious. Really liked it better when the restrictions weren’t in place, because you can go a month+ without realizing that an accounts been blocked and you’ve been missing out on the lives. Found a better alternative, but hope the devs hear the community out
The app is a great App but needs work on Updates
I lost my Instagram page due policy violations all because of the recording via this app and now I am attempting to get new recordings on a new Instagram page only to run into yet ANOTHER road block from this app. This time I have to download another app if I am “experiencing login issues” only for me to do exactly as told and STILL not be able to log in the application with no other viable option (the dashboard login isn’t helpful, either after several attempts). I really like this app but these errors and troubles are making second guess if this application is worth downloading anymore at this point.

I would like to love this app but it seem like every month rolls around and I get downgraded to a basic plan when I’m still paying for a premium plan. This needs to be fix fast before I stop paying all together. Especially when I can’t get support from the support team to write me back. It’s like one day everything is fine, than when my renewal date comes BAM! Downgraded!! This happens like every month
