I signed up for this and thought i was just signing up for a 4 week thing. They had options for longer but I just wanted 4 weeks. After that time they automatically charged me for another month and had me in a subscription. I will say I reached out and they quickly refunded me, but just be aware this is an automatic subscription

This app gives you info that you can clearly look up on your own. There aren’t daily tasks to help you through them. In order to get those exercises you need to “upgrade”

I signed up for a two week program and paid $11 and something cents for it thinking that was the last of it. After the two weeks they started billing me $38 a month and didn’t tell me. Trying to get a hold of customer services impossible as they have no phone number. When I go to do the chat and I told them I want to cancel my service. No one gets online to chat with me. The only other option is an email. Don’t get this app don’t sign up for it because it’s impossible to cancel what a rip off.

I attempted to use this app. It seemed like something that could help me, however, it just caused more frustration. It charged me $15 for a four week trial. I was totally fine with that and going to give it a go. Apparently, they have counselors that they charge extra to talk to, which was fine and I decided that that wasn’t for me at least at this time. I was on my bank checking my transactions and they charged me an extra $50 which I did not approve.
When I spoke with customer service, she said that I agreed when I entered my CVV number, however I only entered that number once for the initial $15 charge.
I wish this could’ve worked out differently and found something that would work for me however, that was not the case.
I would never recommend this app to anyone and suggest anyone reading this go find something better.

No ha manera de cancelar
No se como se se logró al supscripcion, llevo.2 cobros automáticos y no hay donde cancelar. Aplicación difícil de eliminar.
No refund
I’ve tried the free trial which said that after 3days i will be paying $7.95, but i can stop it if i accept after 3days. I never got the notification for a payment and they withdraw from my account anyway. I didnt want to continue the app so i asked for a refund multiple times. I never got it! I’m never letting these stupid apps help me ever again.
Incessant Pop Ups!!
The incessant pop ups after everything you do asking to leave a rating is absolutely ridiculous. And the pop up to “claim your free gift” interferes with the user’s ability to interact with the menu. I can’t even explore to see if it’s something I might benefit from because of the constant greediness of them wanting you to leave a review or purchase a subscription. The experience is completely ruined. Don’t bother with this app, it’s not worth the download, even for the free trial.

They don’t give reminders about auto renewal. Instead you’re just charged for a full years subscription without notice. When you try to cancel, they off half a refund like they’re doing you a favor saying it’s outside their refund window.
Their written refund policy indicates a refund with 30 days of original purchase date, which they don’t define. They then try to sell you some BS that it refers to the initial purchase not the renewal, but that is not explicitly laid out in their policy.
I DON’T recommend this app. Not worth the time or hassle.

Difficult to cancel this subscription
It is much too difficult to cancel the subscription, and the subscription is quite expensive. I find the quality of the app is secondary to the fact that my bank account is bleeding out to this company.
Careful with this one
Sure, the personalized plan that they prepare for you sounds great- I was more than happy to play approx $40 for my 12-week membership. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that my plan only consisted of 7 days worth of material. Nothing more. Apparently you can write their support team and they’ll create a new plan for you, but after 4 days without a response and ongoing struggles with maintaining consistency with my mental health support, I am over this. My advice: find a better app.
Paid for it for 90 days - have no idea what it was supposes to do
I don't understand what this app is trying to do. As an adult with ADHD, their "I have a high IQ but I see guys who I'm much smarter than doing much better than me" ad got me.

Snarky coaches, awful tech
First of all, the moment your “coach” finds out you won’t give them any more of your money because you already pay for a therapist they respond with snarky and unhelpful comments. Second, when you make an attempt at deleting the account and erasing all data they conveniently give you an error message saying you can’t delete anything. This happens because this app is a data/money grab. Stay AWAY.

Updates ruined a powerful healing AI Companion
The AI companion here was amazingly helpful at teaching nervous system regulation, at providing anchors to heal trauma, emergency mode nervous systems, and helping one realize and switch to an alive mode in the now. It taught how to turn it off and feel the difference, it was a mirror one needed. Then, the programmers updated the AI companion to talk at you, left brain style and made it another online encyclopedia, this isn’t helpful. Why destroy what was effective about your service? The past Livie, 2 versions ago, was ideal, an amazing, needed healing tool. Some human mind screwed up with the last 2 updates. And what happened to the Livie Chat History promised?

What is this? All is does is throw a bunch of information at you and then asks a general question about what you just read. Ready no and tests? To regulate my nervous system? No thanks.

Do not fall for this app! Their customer service is horrible. I did the trial and the sign up that makes you agree to being charged 94$ for 3 months. As soon, and I mean immediately when the charge came through I contacted them for a refund to which they refused and then they finally agreed to 50%…. For an app/service that I am not using. Not once did I ever get an email that my trial was expiring (because why would they do that everyone would cancel and not get tricked in to the expensive charge). Since cancellation I have received numerous emails about coming back for 80% off!! What a joke! When someone ask to cancel immediately, a full refund should be issued. Shame on them for keeping your money for something not being used!! Customer service should be better than that. If someone doesn’t like or is using your product you should refund. Their business plan is relying on people who forget to cancel after their trial!!!! Pathetic!
Misleading- AI driven
The adds are incredibly misleading the education you get is minimal at best. The AI chat is mostly validating and provides a false sense of connection. I do not recommend using liven for any kind of trauma or real mental health issues. The fact that it is sold as something to heal trauma is frightening. AI and shouldn’t be used in this way.

Not helpful at all. All exercises are useless, they just want to sell you a “specialist” consultation.

Hard to Tell bc App Sucks
I paid my money, yet every single time I open this app, there’s a problem. Initial sign in didn’t prompt me to change my password, so that was a whole thing. The Companion screen either doesn’t pull up my keyboard or I can’t hide it to see what’s written on the bottom. Tried to buy a “companion” pack, it tells me my payment didn’t go through, but I can see it did. Do they test this app or have any ongoing support? Are you trying to make people who are struggling emotionally MORE frustrated? Jesus. Do better.

Charged after cancellation
I canceled my subscription 5 days ago and just got a notification from my credit card that there is another charge from them. Not ok. Not authorized.
Feedback Loop
I went in to this with high hopes and good intentions. Unfortunately the tech is not up to the task. The first few times I used the app I was genuinely happy with it. It took less than a week to see that it was just creating a feedback loop that basically reinforced bad habits and ways of thinking. I would have loved it if it actually guided you to useful habits and practices but that wasn’t the case.
If you want an app that will help you feel better about yourself this is it. If you want to improve your mental health turn around and find another way. It takes real honest reflection and honest feedback from people who know you and care to make changes in yourself. This app will keep you engaged and busy feeling good while not helping with the root problems.
