Great music, mediocre app
I’m happy to pay for access to Phish’s music, but the app falls short over and over again.
“Halloween”, “New Year’s Eve” and “Island Tour” are three phrases that don’t return adequate results in the search bar.
I often can’t get to my *downloaded* music when I’m off WiFi/out of cell service.
The app offers no access to lyrics, no still photos from shows, nowhere for users to keep their show stats.
It’s a great archive poorly presented.

Poor integration with sonos
My playlists won’t show up on the Sonos app. Plz fix.
No improvements
I’ve paid for this app for years and have not seen one single improvement since. Sound boards have also reduced in quality.

i've struggled to get it to work :-(
across 3 different laptops, across windows 10, 11, and macos, across safari, chrome, fibrefox and edge, i just can't get it to play continuously. it'll play a couple songs in a show then stop. sometimes it'll randomly jump to a different song in a different show. i've asked on reddit and submitted some sort of 'help me!!!' to livePhish+, but crickets. i have finally found a solution that works: the ios app aircasting to my macbook. for $200/yr i'm expecting better :-(
Format Issues on iPad
Bottom tab with My Stash not appearing in latest version on iPad. Looks fine on iPhone.
Great band Garbage App
Phish and jam band fans deserve better. Live streams have constant issues, the app has been glitchy for years. Currently can’t access My Stash via iPad for example.
Wish Phish mgmt would force Nugs/Brad to invest in infrastructure and make a decent app and service fans deserve.

Nugs=Loser
First Nugs gets rid of the live radio and now no code for the Bourbon & Beyond performance. As a 14 year user of this app, I’m appalled. I wish Phish would find someone else to handle their archive. Nugs is worse than useless.

Airplay takes an eternity and if you pause the music, coming back to play again almost always results in a 30 - 60 second waiting period before anything plays again. Occasionally, this app will just restart the song from the beginning, not a great experience in the middle of a jam session and need to take a phone call.
CarPlay experience is almost nonexistent. If playing on the phone and connecting to the car’s CarPlay sometimes it doesn’t even know that music was playing. Worse, the play button most times doesn’t work, I still have to use my phone which no responsible driver should do.
I pay to access the music, but I expect better from this app’s experience.

Amazing content, but glitchy performance
The music and Fidelity are absolutely top-notch, though the app itself does not perform nearly as well as the band. On so many occasions, it’s been slow to respond sometimes taking upwards of a minute before I can select a new show. It’s at a point that I would rather sacrifice sound quality for performance so I’ve decided to drop my subscription and just rely on Relisten.
Need Apple Watch App
Need an app for Apple Watch for online saving of shows/playlists. Then it will Be 5 stars
No sorting, searching, short session length
The Playlists feature is comically bad. No logic for sorting (August 5 after August 13? Sure!), no filtering. And try starting the app in your car to play offline playlists when you're actually offline - you can't because you can't login, BECAUSE YOU'RE OFFLINE.
This app has been around for more than a decade, rakes cash, and still can't be bothered to make the app better in any way shape or form for YEARS now.
