Gone greedy
This game used to be cute, now it has turned to greed and stopped listening to its player base. Do not waste your time it’s time it’s turning into a cash grab that is beating down on F2P players. As a paying player who used to spend like $50 or more a month on it, I can no longer condone this. I’ll not be paying anymore as before I was enjoying it and wanted to support the game. Sad to see it go, wish I never spent the money on it.

Gacha is Worthless
Regardless of what you even do, 90% of the time big winnings will go to people who don’t even need them, because they already have all the rambles and the trees and the potions and are level freaking 200, and then trades are just as worthless because people will constantly be trying to scam you. Might as well not play the game
Mixed Feelings
I absolutely love this game. Don’t get me wrong. I will most definitely continue to play this game. I’ve been playing this game for three years but it has a dark side. It’s a gacha game. So apparently this game releases items only for a limited time as you collected items overtime those items gain value. Which to me is one of the best parts of the game I truly find it fun and endearing to collect and trade items with other players. Also making some very nice friends along the way…. Here’s the downside, some of these players take it way too far. They are downright mean.. vulgar even. Over pixels. So if you’re going to play. You need to be tough. Because this game can’t protect you. Protect yourself.

Got banned instantly
Was going through the tutorial and was enjoying the game, but before I even finished the tutorial the game just stopped and I had to close out. Went back in to find my account suspended. Literally didn’t do anything. Very disappointed.

Expensive events & shameless money grabs
The new GenLab gatcha event has already caused a lot of players to lose thousands of in-game currency because of its awful success rates. There’s only a 1-4% you’ll succeed in creating a copy of an item, but even if you do, you still need a copy of that copy just to be able to use it. Nearly all events require you to spend just to participate, all are expensive, but this one’s the worst. Don’t spend money on this game!

As with all companies - they got greedy. This is a gacha game that is headed in the wrong direction.
Another Disappointing Money Grab
When you get a passive player to go out of their way to write a review, you know you’ve done wrong by the players. The recent event where you pay to duplicate items was a great idea. Especially for those to try and trade for older items that newer players never had a chance to obtain, but the success rate is so terribly low. When you’ve finally spent $200 to replicate said item, it isn’t automatically a duplicate, you have to duplicate, a duplicate of that item?! Seriously disappointed with this poorly executed event and money grab.
Used to be great
This app used to be so great. Peaceful, calming, cute - but it’s turned into a major money grab. They’ve been creating crazy expensive events with limited time items/very expensive draws so it’s nearly impossible to be free to play anymore even if you just like dressing up and not the collecting aspect.
I’ve been playing for nearly 7 years at this point, and these last 6 months have been awful. I no longer recommend this game.

Money hungry
Newest event is a money sink... costing a lot with abysmally low rewards. Not worth it
Disgusting Event, Players deserve better
Loved this game until recently. Devs are getting more and more money hungry and it is disgusting. This is the nicest player base I have found on the internet and for the devs to treat them/us like this is so disappointing.

-Requiring TEN leaf ticket fragments for one leaf ticket (=100k dd for 200gp ticket)
-Single fruit as a "prize" for failing to get a duplicate
-Requiring TWO generated items for them to have any use, and leaving players with a useless dupe entirely
-Separate wishlisting of Alchemy items is confusing and hard to find items
-Opening Yami shop on a non-regular day while knowing many players just spent all their dd is just disgusting to do, trying to force ppl to convert gp to dd

Event scams
Every event is a scam to rob you out of money. It's impossible to get any nice items that you actually want.
Latest Update
I've enjoyed this a lot, it's very pretty and really encourages interaction. But after the latest update it's basically unplayable. I can barely do anything without the game freezing or glitching out/ strobing until I close it. Visiting others, opening the daily quest page, going to the store, ANYTHING can cause these issues, after barely a minute of playtime. Before the latest update it would freeze maybe every other hour, but it wasn't too disruptive. Not anymore.

I was barely ten minutes into the game and i got over ten different pop ups at the same time. Do you realise how irritating that is? The game got annoying quickly because i couldnt understand a single thing and those popups were in the way from me even doing ANYTHING 😪 Fix your game or give up

I love this game but…
I really enjoy this game but recently it’s been completely freezing up every time I use it, sometimes after only 5 minutes of playing. And I’ve tried everything: playing it with WiFi, playing without WiFi, clearing the cache, shutting down my phone, keeping the app updated etc. I just updated this app last night and it’s still freezing up on me. And it’s sometimes hard to get out of the app when it does this. Sometimes I can’t even lock my screen for a minute. Please fix this, it’s a big problem. It’s almost unplayable with how much it freezes up. This just started happening a few weeks ago, but if this keeps happening I might just delete this app even though it’s my favorite game. I tried emailing support, but they just told me to do what I’ve already done/ have been doing.
Improvements needed
I have noticed while playing the game that other players tend to price gouge during MyShop or ask for lower level players to give them GP outside of MyShop for limited time access gatchas. For example, higher level players price rare items at 50,000 - 150,000 GP. It comes off as if they are trying to scam others out of their money, and since the funds ultimately go back to Cocone, I really feel like the devs need to address this issue. Personally I think it would help if we as players had redraw tickets for gatchas like past Mahara Bazaar, Mahara Madness, & shops like the Gredery shop & Creator’s week. If we could get some more of the super ultra rare items into circulation then it would make trading a much better experience.

i’ve been a member for over two years with this game. i loved it dearly and was falsely BANNED and suspended out of the blue. i checked if it was just me but also alot of other members have gotten this happen, we followed the tos and everything. and whenever you try to reach out they do the basic automated message of saying dont bother replying to them ? i loved this game but they are horrible with customer service and trying to help you with false errors. now i am unable to even make a new account or continue playing.

I literally make it through the tutorial, and my internet went down and glitched the game. No big deal, right? Apparently that’s enough to suspend me? Now everytime I try to go on the game it says “error, this account has been suspended” this game is a joke.

So not only do I occasionally use my own money to purchases sets on this game, but for some reason every time and large “event” happens I’m always getting kicked back to the title screen. all I want to do is earn my coins for my task to save for future sets, please fix this problem before you lose loyal customers! I can’t even play the game during these events. I pay for the sub EVERY MONTH!

Banned for TRADING
I was permanent banned for playing the games main function… trading. I trade with people I’ve friended near daily because I run out of GP and as you know, if you run out you have to wait to gather more GP to trade anymore! And on my suspension email, it says I’m banned for (repeatedly moving items). So that means if you TRADE, too MUCH, On a TRADING GAME, You WILL BE BANNED.
GP/ better island items
The GP rates for this game are actually trash, and you need to at least guarantee that you get GP every time you water a tree/harvest and also double the max amount to at least 20 if not more, and if you don’t make the island/hom pulls cheaper like 1,500 or less for a 10 pull after the discount has been used.
I think this game also has great potential, but you should give the players more chances to bring back a set for a week to pull from it because most of the items on my wish list are from expired sets. The only time I got that ticket was in my first week of playing, and I obviously didn’t know what I really wanted for hom/island items yet and I still regret using it immediately.
I’ve seen it only once in the store where when you pull 10 from a set you get like a copper card, and you needed to pull at least 100 ten pulls to get a silver card to get that, and I don’t spend money on this game, but that’s that biggest scam I’ve ever seen in my life.

The “pets” are creatures that live on your “island” that you can feed and pet, but interaction with them is extremely minimal.

I used to love this game so much! It’s a gatcha game, so I feel it’s always leaned towards money, but here lately it feels they ONLY want money.
This is another game that lost all potential, because they stopped balancing stuff you can obtain without paying and stuff you have to pay. I actually didn’t mind putting some money into this, but it’s moved to NEEDING to pay $50+ to complete anything and they cram so many high-paying events in now that it’s nearly impossible to save and even get a tiny amount without paying money. I’m sorry, life is hard right now for a lot of people in the world, so paying hundreds for some pixels on a screen is wild.

I would give five stars because the game is so cute and kind friends but it messes up real bad constantly. I have cleared cache and re download assets many times with still terrible problems.
No login recovery mechanism
I loved the game but had to delete it due to phone issues at one point. When I tried to get back in, you need your ID number, not your username. There’s no recovery mechanism, no “forgot my login” option. The thought of having to restart from nothing when I’d spent so much time and energy and had collected so many pretty things is so disheartening that I haven’t been able to set up a new one yet. I don’t know if I will.
