Very Disappointed by the service.
Raised a service request on 19th June. Still no contact from the anyone from livpure. Escalated through emails, whatsapp. But of no use. They are not bothered at all. Worst service. Worst customer experience. Don’t be fooled by their subscription model. I have paid in advance, but from last 1 and half month no clean water and have to buy bottles from outside. Name is livpure. But nothing is pure in their intensions. Worst experience
Bad Idea - Pathetic Company and Service
All the genuine reviews are 1 star and for a good reason. Very bad after sales service. Very slow customer service. Lot of hidden charges and surprises.

I have been using LIVEPURE RO. worst experience. At the time of installation brand new got some problem. Took 2 weeks fix. Every 2-3 months taste changes and I have to call service guy to fix. Now it’s not working for 2 weeks. Service request is cancelled without any response. Raised another request not resolved yet. DONT BUY OR RENT LIVPURE products

Bad after sales service
After using Livepure smart RO for 2 yrs I cannot recommend this product to anyone. It may seem very enticing to rent RO for a small deposit, free service and small monthly amount but in the long run its not only expensive but also a headache to own. The after sales service is extremely poor both on Livepure end and the third party contractor that they hire. On every service request Livepure agents keep telling you that they have assigned a technician and unit will be serviced in 24-48 hrs, but the technicians never come on time. In fact they even cancel your request without notifying you saying phone is not reachable or part not available. I have spent 1 month trying to get service and after multiple requests that got cancelled for various made-up reasons by them I have finally cancelled my membership and returned the RO unit. I would not recommend Livepure or its products to anyone.

Even after I asked them repeatedly to collect their machine, they waited and waited until they thought it’s now a good time to send legal notices. They were not interested in getting their machine back, but rather extorting money in the name of legal notices.

Fixing the problems with LivPure Machine
It took 3 and half weeks to resolve PCB issue after raising the issue and there is too much back and forth explaining the issue to everyone across the chain and they don’t even maintain history of the issue.

made a mistake to take Livpure smart service for home from last 10 days my family is without water we bought water from out side we raised a request for relocation my RO just in 2 km but they take time like 11 days till they playing games on call and hyderabad service providers are worst they don’t know how to talk to customer or if you say something or want to know about RO they clearly said dont take this RO service what kind of employee they are don’t understand i paid in advance but still i m buying water from outside what a joke don’t recommend to anyone this is my personal experience
