With the app on an iPad and on an iPhone 12, the regustration process requires receiving an automated call saying or typing in the numbers displayed on the app.
The phone call, received on an iPhone 12, did not come in through the standard phone app and did not accept keyboard input, the voice recognition did not recognize speech (not something I normally have a problem with). It’s a cumbersome process in the first place and useless if it can’t accept input.

Leaves un-deletable notification number
I’ve deleted the app, tried everything I could find on the internet and I can’t get the notification to go away. Googling this appears to be something maintained by the app rather than iphone. Very unfortunate.

Dreadful app
I have had this App a few years now and it is very unreliable and frustrating to use. It keeps crashing, takes ages to load sometimes and finally I have to give up and go online to get my tasks completed. They need an update badly.

Lloyds bank and its services have always been well below par and this app matches it

App won’t even open...
Idk if it’s the latest version of iOS but the app can’t even open. It loads and then immediately shuts. I would give it zero stars if possible. How do the developers not know their app can’t even open and it’s been WEEKS?! Ridiculous.
No dedicated iPad version
Really....??? Does any reputable forward thinking bank think that providing an iPhone app for iPad users is going to go down well. Uninstalled as soon as I saw it.

Unable to paste passwords
Terrible if you have a complex password managed though a password manager.
Useless
You'll hate this app so much. Not only can you not paste passwords into it (e.g. from a secure password app) BUT the keyboard doesn't have the full complement of special characters, so if your password has - for example - a # in it, you'll never be able to login.
UI is getting worse
The UI is becoming increasingly unattractive, first losing the signature icon and now featuring excessively thin number fonts.

The new update looks ugly. Whoever designed the interface should change it back to what we used to have please!!!
