don't be fooled
they can tout "#1 app", but too bad they don't specify when... I'm thinking >3 years ago. don't get me wrong, the app is nice/fun & does calm the mind to induce sleep. however. it costs $40/year and they are not updating this app. obviously that's asinine. they haven't updated it in over a year. so once you've done all of the picture-scapes, there's nothing more, just disappointment.

This used to be my favorite app. It helped me fall asleep five times faster than I normally would, and I had no issue paying the subscription fee because of how much it benefitted me. Then after some time, the developers went silent and clearly abandoned this app. Is this my issue? Not at all. Projects come and go and not everything can last forever, but what’s absolutely disgusting to me is that this app is SUBSCRIPTION BASED with ZERO new content having been added in so long. And the price is outrageous for limited content-$70 PER YEAR? Are you kidding me?!Maybe if there were regular updates, but for something that hasn’t been touched in forever, the developers are out of their minds charging so much for an app that went cold more than a year ago.

My original review was 5 stars, I loved this app and used it every night. I even purchased a whole year of premium to be able to access all parts of the app. It was such a scam - they claim to do monthly updates to stories and scapes which is a straight up lie. any update they made during the year+ long subscription i had was just minor bug fixes. no new stories or scapes as promised. so shady. i would have saved my money and just bought the 3 month subscription, but the deal they flash to get a discount is extremely predatory - especially because at this point there is no way the employees are unaware of these bad practices.
They also love to hide bad reviews, but please notice the 4 star reviews all say the same. a lot of people had to go back to their original review and edit it like me.
After about 3 months, I went through every piece of content MULTIPLE times - to the point where it no longer worked to help me sleep, because I had listened to each story so many times already. The stories were really the main reason I got the premium, and now that I no longer use this app, I am not surprised to see they have not added new content in over a year. A whole year - during your annual membership, that means not getting ANY new content. Insane.
I wish i had just gotten a 2 month subscription, but they rope you into the annual one by giving you a "special offer." DO NOT do it - the app has not released ANY new stories or sound scapes in literally 5 years. they ignore customer feedback, which truly sucks - this was genuinely one of my favorites and had me onna good sleep schedule for while it lasted.

How about I see if I like this THEN I share my personal account info? I don’t get why a so called free trail needs my info first as if to say you don’t have confidence in their own product so let’s put a hook in the mouth first. Give me three days first then ask

What happened?
This was a five star app and you were starting to add really interesting sleep scapes and now there hasn’t been an update in over a year very stale unless you’re a brand new customer for somebody that paid for a lifetime membership at a time when you were releasing content on a regular basis, it’s extremely disappointing. Are you gonna be adding anything new anytime soon or is this pretty much dead

This is what upsets me about stuff like this. Soooo many people could benefit from something like this but you have to pay for it. Money talks. Not everyone can afford to spend money on an app even tho they could really use the help. These developers talk about wanting to help people but they’re just really in it for the money. These types of apps that could genuinely help people like me, should be FREE. But because I don’t have the money to pay for an app I don’t get the help I need. It’s not helpful if us little people can’t afford it.
Don’t get app will charge after cancellation
I cancelled this app over a year ago but they keep charging my account $60 a month. No way to get in touch for refund nor stop payments

I’m not giving out my card for no APP before I even get to use the app! That’s how you get tricked into not canceling subscriptions and they gain profit! App sucks

Don’t let the free trial button fool you
I thought this looked like a unique app and thought I would give it a try. I saw there was a free trial option and decided to give it a go. Little did I know that when I went to cancel said “free trial”, I would immediately be charged $124….even more than the annual fee previously advertised. This seems pretty scammy to me…tryer beware.
Used to be good
Real sad about how this company fell apart. What is there is amazing and a treasure, but I enjoyed new stories and it’s been over a year. They laid off most of their staff according to linked in (not recently), so it’s very unlikely to happen.

What do you expect people to pay for when you’re not rolling out any new update or new content. just a money pit save it don’t waste it. Also, the cut and paste ‘developer responses’ are very shallow and don’t provide any actual answers.

This app was recommended to me by a friend, and they told me it was free. So did the App Store! All it said was in app purchases! Well, they were wrong, because after only doing one sleep escape, it started trying to charge me money for doing literally anything! This app is high key the worst if your broke like me so if u don’t got money, don’t get it! Js read a book or something to go to sleep. Not worth the money. It is useful tho, once you pay for it. It really does help me go to sleep but that is literally the only good thing abt it.
Annoyed and Disappointed
Why are we paying such an crazy amount for a subscription to use an app that hasn’t been updated in years? No new content or scenes EVER and you expect us to pay that much? For reference I have been paying for and using this app since it was first put out but it’s not worth it anymore with no more updates so I’ve canceled. Disappointed because the app has the makings to be great if it hadn’t been forgotten about by creators!!

Ok the app is great and I have a subscription but I’ve had app for a couple year now and it’s been over a year since you guys have added any new sleepscapes. When will you add more? If I don’t get an update soon I’m gonna cancel subscription I don’t see a point and paying for something that is never updated I don’t like playing the same stories over and over.
