Not worth the price
I been using this app for years, there’s been a few problems with the app but lately they did an update to the app to give it a new look, but that update cleared all my playlists and wouldn’t let me log in to use the app. It kept saying subscribe even though I already paid the $19,00 for the month. Thank God I got my refund back through Apple. I even tried emailing this app support and they didn’t respond until 5 days later with no solution. I ended up downloading XME Loops which is only $9.00 a month and has way more loops. I won’t be coming back to this app again.

Great app, just so many bugs
I’ve been using the app consistently in every church service for a few years now. I have a subscription that renews monthly, but for some reason it continuously “signs me out” on its own. I can have the app open and be creating set lists, ect. Then it will send me to the sign in page. Sometimes it’ll let me sign in, but times like today, it won’t, no matter how much I try. This has happened right before church as well, which is quite frustrating. No sense in paying for an app that no one responds to your issues or requests and a common issue is never resolved🤷♂️. This needs resolving soon. Gonna have to find a more reliable system soon if not.

I feel that if I you say that it is free to Download it should have all of the loops and the loops that I are free no one uses those and they are very laggy and do not serve the purpose that is should I feel y’all think only grown people use this but I am a kid and I think it should have all loops for free at least add some to the free ones that are really good and not laggy but until then 1 to 2 stars

Apps crashes constantly
This app crashes all the time . I’m beginning to hate it and I’m going to cancel as soon as I find another program . It’s awful .
New update is horrible
This new update has really messed me up. All the loops I have saved are gone. That is a real inconvenience because I needed them for service. Also didn’t realize it until it was time to play.
Why isn’t it letting me download the loops
The loops keeping saying preparing and then it doesn’t load so is something wrong with the app
This app doesn’t even work on three of my apple devices.
After installing the new update the app is more ineffective than ever. Certain loops will play than after awhile it’s frozen. Certain loops cause the app to freeze automatically. This has been an ongoing issue. I’ve paid more than 300over the course of having this app. I’ve had it for years hoping tht it would improve. I’m disappointed as a loyal subscriber of the inefficiency of this app. I feel like I am getting robbed for my money.
I sent in a ticket
I sent in a ticket for songs not being loaded in the app. I spent $20 on the subscription but still had to go in and make a .99 cent purchase. I have not received a response from your team. I have no problem supporting you but at least have better customer service.
Bugs need to be fixed
App crashes consistently, cannot perform basic functions, takes to long to load songs on to playlist, loading song on to playlist cause the app to crash. The interface for searching for loops is not friendly and cumbersome. Bugs should be fixed or taken off the App Store.
What’s happening?
I don’t know what’s happening lately, but this used to be the best and easiest to use app around! Suddenly it’s freezing like crazy, half the beats are not right, and the CDub team’s only response in email is to delete it until they can get it fixed!!! Like really, what’s happening? I use this app in my studio and at church and I’ve gotten several people to use it as well. They’re all having the same issue. Does anyone know of a similar app that can be used because I’m pretty much done with this one?

Makes no sense!!
I have the newest IPhone and even after reading the reviews, I still subscribed because I don’t have a drummer. Church starts in 1 hour and the system has crashed 2 times. I’ve literally had to shut down and restart my phone. I just attempted to download another song and it’s been frozen/processing for about 3 minutes. I’m about to power my phone down for the 3rd time. For $20 per month, these problems shouldn’t be existing. The reviews warn of this, but I thought maybe my case would be different. Wishful thinking....
Garbage
I have this app download on all my devices and I have to delete it everyday Sunday for it to work properly for an app that cost 20 a month this is a complete waste of time
Phone app/iPad app
C-Dubb, I have not been able to use this app in over a year and a half. Either loops don’t play or it glitches. I couldn’t even get into the app to message you from there. I decided not to reinstall because last time I did that, I was charged a fee as if I was purchasing the app all over again. Please advice because your company is withdrawing a monthly fee from me and I can’t get any use out of your product. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
When I Loved You
I have not been able to use this app in 3 weeks. Every time I try to cue a song the app freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app everyday for the lat 3 weeks trying to get it to work and it keeps freezing. I even tried using it on a different device same thing occurs. I depend on this app for my music ministry and it has failed me too often. When it was working I Loved it!! Ow it’s just a waste of my money paying monthly and I can’t even use it.

App is inoperable in iPad
Man I subbed today and paid 20 bucks to no be able to use the playback. As soon as you queue a track it kicks you off the app completely. I paid for one month in which I will not be able to to use this app at all. Hopefully I get a refund I canceled the subscription right away I can’t afford this on gigs I need something reliable.
Use to love this app
The log in screen doesn’t pop up on my IPAD so it doesn’t allow me to download apps but it allows me to do it on my phone. It’s frustrating because this is the second Sunday in a row and whoever my support person is through email isn’t helping. I sent screenshots and everything.
Update is useless
After updating it, it will not open at all!!! I’m suppose to use it for church tomorrow and not I can’t!

Every time I tried to cue a loop the app crashes. I tried reaching out to the support team but no response. I ended my subscription but they do have every loop needed plus more.

This new update is Trash!!! None of the tracks sound right at all. This app use to work just fine for any concert or church service I’ve had to play for. May have to try something different because this app isn’t what it use to be!
It WAS amazing...
The app was great at one time. I used it for practice and on Sunday mornings as well, but this app has become sporadically reliable of late. The app crashes when I try to cue my songs after downloading them. It’s ridiculous to pay $20 a month for an app that doesn’t work when you need it most. I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded the app many times, and it still crashes. I’ve also cancelled my subscription, and resubscribed for the service weeks/months later hoping that things had improved, but I’ve been let down multiple times...I will GLADLY re-subscribe after these issues have been resolved!

Cdub was a lifesaver at practices and services until this new update. I updated the app and when I got onto the app every single last loop I had saved was gone. And I mean everything. It’s been a couple of months so I’m just hoping I get lucky and get them back. If Cdub could get my loops back I’ll be a happy person .
Loops”failed to download
Had this app for a year and had no complaints until now. When i try to browse for loops it says connection/download failure. Idk what’s going on. Tried it on different wifi sources and still doesn’t work. Please fix this asap as my band heavily relies on this.

Frustrated
Bro I’m so done with this app. I been rockin with it since it came out. The last longest it’s been glitching and freezing up. I gave it some time and just redos loaded it and read scribes and it’s totally unusable. The only track that even loads is the first one that it defaults to. Nothing will play and if the track even comes up the entire app freezes. I don’t know what else to say other than it’s very frustrating to try to support and it hasn’t worked in forever. Hopefully something can be fixed so I’m not out of another month worth of subscription. And this happens on both the iPhone and iPad.

This app keeps on crashing, as well as freezing. When I press Cue Loop after downloading a track it doesnt open in my loops, I dont know why, but it happens often. Today during church service the app froze so I had to play with no drums. Im disappointed because Im depending on this to work especially paying monthly for it. Its a great concept making this app but please fix these issues.
