I Purchased the ab workout for lifetime membership and find that all it is is the same 30 exercises that are rated easy, medium, hard, and that there is no individualized plan. I’m just looking at this little video and mimicking the moves. It is certainly not worth $40! The app claims that I will have 500+ exercises and that all new contact would be automatically added. It seems like there is a lot of content. I saw this ad as a pop-up ad on one of my games and looked into it and purchased it. I then looked up other apps done by this developer who has very specific body parts and charges $30-$70 for each app. Talk about a rip off. I did not get 500+ exercises in my lifetime membership for this app And what is most frustrating is that every time I open up the app, I have to go through the whole process as if I’m a first time looker. I have to enter my height my weight my objectives and then I’m taking to the sales screen and have to go and hit restore purchases to get it up and going. Plus, I could only download one book - when I hit on other books it took me to the sign up to purchase page!! AND I can’t find the (supposedly) downloaded book on my devise!! RIP OFF. Do NOT waste your money
The worst
Tried to see what the app was about. The next thing I know it is downloading on my phone and charged to my bank account. There is not anyone you can talk to or contact about this. Be aware this is a scam. Just to get your money. Period.
First day
Looks great for the first day, completely free And nice exercises,,, but although it says its free but now I discovered it’s free for only 6 days.. not worth to pay 8 USd for a month.

Free plan is false advertising
They should make it clear from the outset that the beginner plan is only free for the first 5 days. It was a good workout, but im so put off by the false advertising that made it seem the whole beginner plan was free that i will not purchase it to continue.

It was to hard for me I’m just going in 5th grade and I want to lose belly fat😭 sometimes I call meh self ugly and fat so yea if you want to do the app go for it❤️
