Haven’t been able to log in since late 2023 since the app doesn’t recognize my email as valid. I can log in in their international websites, just not US or via app, don’t is not a me issue. Customer service can’t fix.

This app will not let me purchase Christmas gifts for my secretaries because it is restricting the amount of the same item I can buy.

There are definitely tons of bugs and user experience issues when trying to checkout with what i can only assume are inventory issues.

The buckle is not staying secure and they said I needed to have a video conference with them now they’re telling me to send it back with the receipt. What the heck Louis Vuitton.? Horrible customer service!

Newer user here - the bug where you can add stuff to your cart but not check out with it really needs to get fixed. Why let me add things to my cart if they are not available? Not a very luxurious app experience

The app doesn’t work well at all! When I first signed up, it had someone else’s orders on my page? Also, I had a wish list but it disappeared and when I try to add anything, it says you can’t add more than 20 items but yet nothing there…Do better LV!
Horrendous design/app
Whoever is in charge of the digital app division should be taken outside and kicked to the curb - in Japanese culture the offender does the honors of relieving himself.
The app is unnecessarily difficult to navigate and in a time and age where simple is better, these guys decide to come out with a Hindenburg of bloat. The images don’t load and it’s extremely slow.

Worst app!!!! I’vd been trying to sign up sincd an hour now and it won’t let me cause it isn’t letting me select my year for birth right. I tried selecting the correct year several times but it won’t change from 2024. And then it tells me that the date of birth is invalid
Wishlist Not Working
My items are not saving to the wishlist. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it.
Very Glitchy App
Not sure what is going on with app developers on this one, but it refuses to keep a wish list and all my purchases are gone with the exception of my On My Side GM purchases 2 weeks ago. My most recent purchase from 3 days ago is not on here my app.

Hello, there is a bug where I can’t add anything to my wish list. also, I would love to see notifications added, for when a item on my wish list is back in stock. I wasn’t sure where to report this bug & I also wasn’t sure if you would see a five star review so I put it as one star so you can see this review.

App fails simple tasks
App doesn’t work well. I can never create a wishlist even when I log into my laptop on the desktop site. The site needs work, for all the revenue made they sure haven’t paid someone well enough to fix this bug.
Update ruined app!
I never write reviews, but this is beyond ridiculous. With the new update I am no longer able to see my order history. It shows no orders and I’ve been a client for over a decade! My wishlist is gone and when I try to add items back it states the wishlist can have no more than 20 items, but it’s blank. Also my address has been changed to an old address mixed with my new address. I’m not sure what improvements this was because now the things I needed to make purchases is all messed up. Fix the app.

My Wishlist has been deleted. When I try to create a new one it gives me an error and tells me I can’t add more than 20 items to my Wishlist (even thought it’s empty)
What’s sad is that it would cost them less than the price of a bag to hire an IT person to fix their app and website. Sad sad sad.

App for such an exclusive brand is worse than Temu’s
The app works horrible on iPads! Can’t even handle landscape views properly, some pages flip to portrait and some are possible with landscape when my iPad is sitting consistently on landscape view. Even after battling through the spastic views, upon proceed to checkout with other payment methods (instead of Apple Pay), it just keeps spooling but not working. LV is probably not concerned about missing any sales I guess.

When I was trying to sign up it wouldn’t change my date of birth it kept saying 2024 and when I tried to sign up again it said I had to wait 2 1/2 days crazy I hate it will be deleting

Horrible
I have a apple laptop & iPad unable to add items to my wishlist. All I get is page not found & status 500 code. I tried troubleshooting and still nothing working. Please fix it
Does not work
I always have a hard time purchasing through the app. It always crashes or says my info is incorrect. Checkout is never smooth unless using PayPal. Also, I can no longer even purchase on the app as my cart never loads and just says error when trying to load the page.
Poor Customer Service
Save your time and money if you’d like any customer service at all. I had a bag that broke after less than a year and it had very light use. They won’t assist you unless you download this app which I can’t because my phone was purchased in Canada. Unbelievable to charge these prices and treat your customers so poor.

Taking too long to load
My data service and wifi are working perfectly fine with any other app. This app makes me stop shopping and just leave the app entirely because of the loading time to view each purse.
Bug w/ Care Service Scheduling Call Time Repair Appt.
Using the LV app to schedule a call with Care Service to discuss a repair to my vintage LV bag, there were issues with confirming the time of the call.
Using the LV app, confirmed 4pm EST, which is the time zone my phone is set to.
Then the follow up email from LV confirmed my app call for 10 PST.
The next day I emailed Care Service to confirm my appointment conference call time explaining I was give 2 different times, they emailed back telling me the system showed my appointment time was 12 pm CST.
She also explained that I needed to check my devices time zone setting.
My device was always set to my current location, EST.
I was given 3 different time confirmations in 3 different time zones. ???
I still don’t know which one is correct.
I emailed Care Service with screen shots of my confirmed appt times and expressed this needed to be shown to a manager or Technical Team. I never heard back.
This is a major Bug with the Care Service scheduling app.
Technically, I’d need to be available from 1pm EST, to 1AM EST, for the call to discuss my repair! 12 hour window.
I hope a Tech Team Support member sees this posts and looks into this Bug issue.

App Keeps Crashing!
I was told they no longer accept repair services via email, and advised to download the mobile app to submit the request.
I downloaded the app and submitted the request several times only to have it crashed on me every single time! Very annoying. Now I am forced to go into the store to inquire further help, when it could easily be done virtually.

Care service appointment don’t bother
I downloaded the app after I talked to a advisor over the phone. My GM never full is defective when I used it the first time. . Unfortunately it was over the 30 day return period.
I was told I can find an appoint on the app to get it repaired. What a joke! It has been several weeks, I tried to book it through the app, it was either “ no appoitment available” or a blank page.
A $2000 purse ? Should I expect a better service ? I won’t be so stupid any more in the future.

shameless attitude towards their customers! I ordered an organizer for a friend's birthday, I waited for delivery for 5 days, after that I received a message that a return request was accepted, although I did not send it. Later they reported that the goods were damaged during transportation, they did not answer my request to replace and send the same goods, but sent a message that your money would be returned in 15 days! A brand that turns into a simple market! Disrespect

This app is a joke, louis as a “luxury” brand that has grown to be a disgrace. After several thousands of dollars spent over 20 years with this company I am completely finished with them. We spend money on their products and the least they could do is have a reliable way to communicate with them to get service, repairs, or simply ask a question.
App Update Still Not Working
Something is still wrong with the app. It will not load a wishlist for some reason on the app. If I add something to my wishlist and go to the wishlist nothing is there. I have to log in through the web to view my wishlist. Very much an inconvenience.

This isn’t a difficult feature as far as Apps go…I don’t understand why there’s always a problem. Also the quality when watching runway shows via the app is extremely poor. Watching on IG live is way better. That should be addressed.
Temporarily Unavailable Lately
Not sure why recently the LV app comes up temporarily unavailable now when it never used to be that way. Not understanding with the updates, it still happens. What is going on with this app ? I have deleted and added back , still the same issue. Please put a permanent fix in place. 6/13/25.

Wish List Bug
The wish list feature no longer works. Al the items I had saved are gone and now the app won’t save any to my wishlist. It says it does when I click the button on an item, but then when I go to list, it’s empty. Have logged out and deleted app and re-downloaded and still doesn’t work. Please fix!!!
