Overly Honest Review
This game used to be fun. Played this game for 7 months. The english translations has grammatical errors, sloppy, awkward sentence structures that affect the delivery of the voice actors and storytelling. Localization lacks strategy and does not convey original writer intent. It has dark themes, which is fine, if it actually taught morality, basic healthy relationship dynamics, basic respect, growth, and responsibility through addressing certain behaviors. The character development for your avatar and the love interests are progressively becoming inconsistent and they are becoming more immature. The narration for the player's character can sometimes be so rude and condescending behaviors towards the love interest. Players is the main female lead. Otome games usually give players the choice to define their characters behaviors. Sometimes, she is abusive. Even when she recognizes her fault, she doesn't take accountability to apologize and make improvements to avoid this behavior. Adding this would make the story more impactful. Player choice in the storyline is limiting. One of the problematic inconsistencies is with the love interest, Caleb. Earlier in the storyline, he was presented as an adoptive brother and was later presented differently. Referring to players avatar as "baby sister" as a form of endearment is romanticizing incest. Romanticizing their brother and sister relations rather than building upon the symbolism to convey meaning. Their relationship is described as siblings from one source. Maybe it would be fine if the player wasn't the main character. There is a strong heavy emphasis on siblings rather than symbolism, which takes away from the symbolism. A character that only plays on titles and roles loses their identity and the depth of their character. Doing this leaves the character feeling hollow. This is an interactive game where the player is the avatar. These issues overshadow the other good qualities of the game. This game has great 3d rendering, player avatar designs, and love interests' character designs, battle animations, and battle gameplay. The banner events are also engaging, creative, and fun. The micro expressions on the love interests used to be extremely detailed, conveying complex emotions. The micro expressions are not as well conveyed as before. The change is visibly apparent. The events and mini games are really fun. This game is not f2p player friendly, which is understandable, given the quality of 3d rendering and graphics, demand for frequent banners, the demands of game development, etc. If we want a good quality game, we should be spending money. This fandom has really impatient players that are verbally abusive and aggressive. It's quite sad that there are players like this is the community. Personally, I think they should work on improving their storytelling, localization, story content, character development, narration options, and create some type of activity to improve daily engagement. With their recent content, their understanding of their female market seems to have changed. A high focus on superficiality will increase the demand for more frequent content. Meanwhile, delivering content value through storytelling will build anticipation and force fans to be patient. Which will lead to further investment. Take advantage of filtering out criticism into feedback and converting information into execution. Your team and people have the skills and perfectly capable. This could benefit you and your team. Hire more women that understand what women want. A good balance of men and women, who can collaborate well with differences to drive innovation. Game has great potential and would like to see it succeed; however, there the long-term value is yet to be seen for players like myself. Customer service doesn't have many tools nor resources to assist players. Being VIP does not feel much different from being a regular player. Also, there are some immature players that send death threats to the service team. Some players need to work on giving feedback without being disrespectful and aggressive to the team. Play if you are willing to treat or learn how to treat people like human beings. So much unnecessary drama. Also, there are players in the fandom, who are normalizing dark tropes and taboo themes in otome games, due to how common this is. As if insinuating this should be the standard of entertainment. Otome games can raise the standard to building healthy relationship dynamics and romanticizing tropes where growth builds character, morality, and meaning for both sides of the relationship. The way two people make amends, communicate better, and become better versions of themselves to prevent the same outcome. Working together through trial and error to implement a system that creates a mutually desirable outcome for two people in a relationship.

Storage unable to play
I’m giving it a 2 now because I deleted a lot of good apps on my phone trying to create storage and it’s still not enough for the game to load and play, at this point it’s wasted space on my phone and wasted money that I put into the game previously

“Customizable player” is a lie
This game advertises you can customize your own player character. You can! You can customize nearly everything down to the degree angle of your eyebrow - except your hair. You can set your hair to be a certain type and color but it will never show up as that. The fact the game makes such a big deal about how you can customize yourself and then basically lie about it bums out so many players because it leaves out so many people.

Storage Issues, Inaccurate Age Rating, and Harmful Tropes
I’ve cleared my caches and this game still takes up near as much space as games like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail. More if you have pictures in your album. Updating the game is a miserable process, and you need 10+ gb of free space IN ADDITION to the space the update will take up.
I love the game, but this game needs to be 17+, as, though there is no outright nudity, there are far too many sensual scenes and harmful tropes involved in this game. Edit: As of the “Lingering Lust” banner release, there is no reason for this app to be anything less than 17+. Mentions of sex are no longer implicit.
Now: the elephant in the room. Infold does not provide any trigger warnings before romanticizing harmful tropes. You generally need a healthy ability to suspend your belief, but after pulling a bait and switch with Caleb (turning him from a “childhood friend” to “biological brother”), I find myself reluctant to delve further into his character if there are no further content warnings.
