Disappointed
I get that love island is mainly about straight relationships but don’t give the OPTION to get with a girl if it’s in the LAST 3 episodes like at that point I don’t care anymore I just spent the whole season and challenges with 4 different guys. Then every single option requires gems, I can’t do or say anything without having to spend gems. These seasons have really become disappointing S3 was probably the best season they had and I’ve been playing since S1.
Miss the older version
I absolutely loved the older version of this game, more specifically, I miss Bobby😭

Poor Customer Service
They claim they release new chapters weekly, but they don’t & they don’t give any updates on when the update may occur nor provide any compensation for late releases.

Since when do you have to use/buy gems RIGHT AT THE START? Literally can’t even customize your character at the beginning anymore without buying gems or paying for things. Such a scam. Ruined the game - it used to be so fun to customize and at least have a FEW free options and now there’s NONE. Money scam.
Game used to be good
This game used to be good and really fun to play, until they got rid of seasons 1, 2, and 3. Now the writing is really bad and everything seems rushed. If you bring back the original seasons. I will happily play this game again!

I guess if you enjoy reading fake scenarios , instead of actually playing the game and getting asked one question every 10 min it’ll be fun for you . Too much tapping what everyone is saying . Too many long irrelevant stories
Love the game, but they need to fix their bugs
honestly, I love this game. I don’t mind saving the gems but recently somehow all my progress got deleted, so I obviously went to customer service to try to get it back and provided all the information that they asked me, but they could not give me all my progress back and that’s understandable, but I would like the gems and the tickets again so I could replay those storylines and get all the options I had already bought and it’s not like I haven’t wasted money in the game. I have it just seems like a scam which sucks cause the game is great but they really do need to fix their bugs and customer service. I lost two whole storylines that I was almost about to max.

Fun, Became a money grab
As much as I completely understand games having some pay to win aspects, its gotten progressively worse and disappointing with love island. Playing the older chapters you can see the clear difference in the quantity of diamonds needed, in the recent chapters its almost every decision or argument. Along with that, it really sucks that the other characters prompt that your outfit “isnt good” if you don’t spend diamonds. The concept and gameplay is fun and would be so much better if there was actually any decision making.
Zero communication
Devs respond to absolutely no reviews, comments, DMs, nothing. No response to feedback or criticism so fans that have been playing for years can’t even get a single word back. Constantly releasing chapters late with 0 accountability or communication
I love the game
But the point is when I get into a story it says I can’t get diamonds but when I’m on the log in screen it lets me also a 10 min wait time is insane for the amount of time people spend on the ads and it’s expensive just to do things in story’s therefore this is my complain fix it and I lost my other account but your business hours didn’t want to help me

Dry and predictable
The storylines are boring and predictable now because of how often they’re being recycled. And the love interests are so clingy from jump. There’s zero spice to break up the monotonous drama. Not to mention the fact that everything needs gems.
Diamonds
I rather play Love Villa due to the quality of options and looks without spending diamonds. The game isn’t enjoyable if you don’t even have decent hair, clothes, choices without diamonds. Even if you own 5ish diamonds a day, the quality options are 20+ per item. It’s really sad.
Love the game hate the pay wall
I enjoy the game but dislike the time gating. You have to wait 2 hours for a new ticket. The diamonds are expensive to purchase and you can only watch so many ads per day to get free diamonds. If you want people to play your game, stop making it so hard to get to the next chapter!

it’s getting ridiculous with the gems
it’s insane to me how if we even want to win a challenge, we have to pay 10-29 gems.our choices should dictate whether we win the challenges. the game doesn’t even allow us many free opportunities to get gems besides having a streak in the game. this game used to be so enjoyable but now its just greedy to the point that you can’t even hear drama, win challenges, or make any good decision without having to spend gems that are already too hard to get. I would rather watch ads for gems but they took that option away to try to force us to buy them. all this for mediocre writing and the same storyline over and over again.
Poor customer service
There is no customer service. I had a problem with my a scene I bought gems for. It was saying I had to spend more gems after already buying the Scene. Went to the “help” center and none of the “articles” they had available and none of them were relevant. Went to talk to someone directly and none of them response. Don’t waste your money on this app.

Could be a good game, but……
The game would be fun and really enjoyable if it wasn’t for the fact that you can’t really get anywhere or do anything without spending real money which means I’m more than likely going to be uninstalling.
More diamonds. More tickets.
This game is pretty fun until you have to have 29 diamonds to unlock more scenes. I’ve played almost all of the stories and have been getting frustrated that after I use 17 or 19 gems for a scene, there’s another scene after that is 29 gems. It’s frustrating how much the wardrobe and appearances cost to look somewhat decent. Yes I bought gems once and boom gone in two episodes to clap back at the stupid villains in this series. To make this app better, increase daily gems, OR after each ticket used, reward us with 5-10 gems so that we can actually enjoy this game by looking nice and having extra scenes available to all players constantly. Netflix stories is way better because I don’t have to wait 2 hours to finish a chapter or even pay to get good outfits.

I downloaded it i wanna say one day ago, is not loading in. I deleted pictures and apps so just maybe it could open but when I open the app i wait for about 20 minutes for it to load in so I can play or see what the game is about, but I end up closing the app because it never loads in its soo annoying.

All the good options cost diamonds and the only way to get them is through buying them
