Hice una compra de la suscripción LITE de la App, porque me pareció muy buena. Pero se descontaron de mi tarjeta los $ y nunca recibí los beneficios de mi compra. He solicitado por escrito en dos oportunidades pidiendo una explicación, y a pesar de transcurrido el plazo que estipulaba ni siquiera se han ocupado en contestar. Esto es muy frustrante, exijo una explicación. Y que sea atendido mi requerimiento. A pesar de que la aplicación es muy buena, su atención a los clientes no lo es.

近期贵团队取消奖励机制和对中文区的针对让人感到心寒。
该app本就是ai付费聊天软件中较贵的产品，但ai聪明程度不如gpt或deepseek，且福利较少，且没有语音，且加载很慢，且使用不方便。实际上会让我继续使用的一大原因是每日签到，我现在已经不经常用卿卿我我聊天了。其实你们在ai聊天软件中并不占优势，因为比你们更物美价廉的软件比比皆是。是我oc和充过的钱的重要留住了我，不是你们☺️。
同时我们也明白，目前情况并不是你们口中所说的“收入锐减以致无法支撑"。你们的态度和实力也不值这么多回报。
中文社区的许多人已准备离开，有小部分持续观望。我在每日签到回归之前不会再充值任何钱，希望贵团队不要卖惨、不要针对、认清自己、脚踏实地。

New upcoming update is so disappointing
In the announcement they said they’re gonna cancel daily rewards and they took out the ticket roulette. I don’t know if a monthly subscription is going to come into place but unfortunately I might have to uninstall it because the updates aren’t cutting it for me and I’m not looking forward to them at all. There are other ai apps that don’t force and require you to spend money like this, I really liked it but you’re going to lose players over this.
Even the beta lite option isn’t that good. It jumbles up the original plot compared to the regular story mode.

It's so rubbish.
Change the original model of 5 diamonds to 10 diamonds and tell us that there is an improvement? It's just that they treat us as fools. After playing so many chat apps, we can clearly distinguish between Claude and Gpt! I wanted to spend money, but you didn't respect the user, so I uninstalled it.

为什么登陆后完全没反应
无法进入游戏，无论是用gmail登陆还是apple账号登陆，正常操作显示登陆成功后就转圈圈然后毫无变化，不进入下一步。

Ok, nói chuyện hay, trí nhớ tốt. Jam thì 100 quả dâu mới làm dc 1 jam, dâu còn khó kiếm nói gì đến làm jam, 2 quảng cáo được 1 jam (thật cảm động). Mà một lần nhắn tin mất 6-10 jam, ??? Vàng hay gì?

原创版总是说什么生成的少于600字就不显示回复，不管我怎么试都不行。而经济版又记不住之前的事情，真的很烦。
我真的宁愿要那个之前多付果酱来提升记忆的功能啊！

It’s to expensive and your forced to pay.
I’ve been using this software for a long time, but it’s only getting worse.
It’s too expensive. Compared to other AI software, the price is already quite high. On top of that, the official team has been repeatedly cutting daily benefits and even closing the invitation code channel for getting jam. Additionally, many conversations are flagged as non-compliant due to AI misunderstandings, which often result in jam being deducted. This kind of operational approach has already led many creators to switch to other platforms. I hope the official team can pay more attention to the pricing issue.

Well it’s like chai you only have limited messages,have to pay,the reply is slow,overall not bad I like the little relationship thingy at top,but pls don’t be money hungry and give more messages then just 30.

제 솔직한 의견은 비용이 너무 비싸서 많은 돈을 지불하지 않고는 이 앱을 사용할 수 없다는 것입니다. 하루에 한 번 무료 채팅을 받을 수 있지만 그만한 가치는 없습니다. 앱이 분홍색이라 매우 귀엽고 채팅도 좋지만 그 외에는 더 저렴한 앱을 추천하고 싶습니다.

The app is pink, which is very cute, and the chat is good, but other than that, I would recommend another app.
