When Facebook permanently disabled my account, Ludo Star completely refused to help me transfer my progress or my massive financial investment to a new login. Their support team flat-out said no and abandoned me. It is disgraceful that Apple allows a developer to take huge sums of money from users and then offer absolutely zero human support when an external login fails. They stole my money and my time. Avoid this game at all costs!

The biggest issue is the dice. It doesn’t feel random at all. If you need a specific number, the game often refuses to give it to you for several turns, then suddenly gives it after three or four attempts. That’s not how chance works. It feels like the game is controlling the outcome just to keep matches going longer.
And the undo feature? Absolutely terrible. It’s annoying, frustrating, and takes away from the enjoyment of the game.
A dice game should be based on luck, not on hidden mechanics deciding when players get the numbers they need. I’ve had enough and finally uninstalled the game. Thanks for ruining the fun

Don’t waste your time on this
This app used to be so fun but now they sell dice that lets you get at least one six each roll for $100. And there are also bots. It’s not fair or fun anymore unless you’re willing to spend money on it. I used to enjoy but it’s just disappointing now.

Worst Gambling Mechanics Ever
The mechanics of how gems are used are beyond insane. Straight up ludicrous. I went through 500 gems in a single game. Cost 5 gems for a re-do, all the way to 54 gems per re-do. A pay to win garbage scheme. Someone should do a class action against these idiots.

Super shady behind the scenes. Very sketchy and concerning ads and attempts to get you to click on items. Feels like a middle eastern plan to steal information. 95% of players are Arab.

Their only concern is your money. I've been playing this game for many years and accomplished a lot, only for my Facebook account to be hacked. This ridiculous game informed me that I couldn't recover my account, despite spending real money on their worthless coins and other items. The support is criminal.

The game itself is quite good and the mechanics are smooth. However, the biggest problem is the coin management. Once you lose your coins, there is no way to earn them back through gameplay. There are no daily free coins and no option to watch ads to get a small boost.
You are essentially forced to spend real money just to continue playing. This is a very disappointing experience for casual players. As someone who enjoys the game, I believe the developers should add daily rewards or ad-based coins to make it more fair. Right now, it feels like a "pay-to-play" system which is very frustrating.

The game is rigged. It’s hacked and the players get exactly the number on dice which will put you back to the house. It’s not ethical game and I found out it was designed in Pakistan. Do not buy stuff on the app to not get scammed

I’m honestly very annoyed with Ludo Star. The game feels extremely unfair. Some players keep getting six after six in a row, while others barely get a chance to move. It doesn’t feel random or balanced at all.
A dice game should rely on fair probability, but in this app it often looks like certain players are being favored with perfect numbers at the exact moment they need them. It completely ruins the fun and makes the matches feel scripted instead of competitive.
Many times I’ve watched opponents roll multiple sixes back-to-back, escape captures easily, and get the exact numbers needed to win. Meanwhile, the rest of us keep getting useless rolls. It makes the whole experience frustrating and honestly not enjoyable anymore.
If the developers want players to keep enjoying the game, they really need to fix the fairness of the dice system and make sure outcomes are truly random. Right now it feels very biased and disappointing.

I have been playing Ludo Star for almost 10 years. In the beginning, I used to play regularly, then I became more of a seasonal player and was inactive for a while. However, for the past month, I’ve been playing continuously again and I can honestly say something has changed, and not in a good way. No matter how strategically I play, I almost never win. The dice simply do not give the numbers I need consistently. It feels extremely unfair, especially when I’m in a strong winning position. For example, if I only need a 2 to win and my opponent is far behind, somehow they start getting perfect numbers to enter their home while I repeatedly fail to roll the number I need. This doesn’t happen once in a while it happens almost every day.
It feels like if you’ve been inactive for a long time or don’t have a high winning percentage, the system does not favor you. Meanwhile, higher-level players with better win rates seem to get fair outcomes. That doesn’t feel like luck - it feels programmed.
Years ago (7-8 years back), the game felt balanced. It was about strategy and luck. The tables could turn at any moment, and that made it exciting. Now, it feels heavily driven by updates, ads, gems, and coin purchases. I’ve lost millions of coins, and it honestly feels like the system pushes you to spend real money just to compete. Ludo is supposed to be a mix of luck and smart moves but Ludo Star doesn’t feel that way anymore. As an old player, I’ve observed the changes closely over the years, and the fairness just isn’t there anymore.
