WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOT MY AGE
I LITERALLY AM 9 AND THEY SAY ITS NOT MY AGE ON THE PAGE IT SAYS 9+ AND IT DOESENT LET ME IN
Lost 126 day streak
I lost my 126 day streak along with all my badges simply because I wanted to change my email address.
Now they are acting as if I am brand new and having me start all over. Support is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with.

ANNOYING AS HELL!!!!!
If you use the free version, just get ready to rip your hair out because a lot of the games are pointless and annoying to try to figure out how to play. You can’t skip over them, you can’t quit them and you can’t bypass any. The free version only gives you three games a day to play which isn’t a big deal, but you have to play them in the order they give them to you with like it or not, you can’t stop them. If you get the paid version, you can skip over games and block some, but not with the free version. I used this app years ago and this was the same exact reason I stopped back then I just thought it got better but it didn’t.
Cheated
While their games are fine, their service is not good. They deleted my account without consent or notification after I upgraded my subscription to premium. That left me without access to premium features. Now their solution is like create a new account and they will restore access to remainder duration of my subscription. Again, I have to create a new account they can not restore my old account! Very disappointed!

Great App, bait and switch payment plan
I have found Lumosity to be a fun and challenging app. I thought about doing a trial subscription, but when I tried to subscribe for a monthly plan, it immediately shifted to a yearly subscription. I am a musician, and there are music apps that try to do this same thing, and worse, after having a free trial subscription, they charge you and make it impossible to get your money back. I’m very disappointed that Lumosity is doing this same bait and switch. It makes me not want to trust them. I’ll keep using it for a while, but it has really soured me to wanting to use it or even subscribe, much less recommend it.
Quite silly and basic
The games are very simplistic. One is shown directions but then once one begins to play the games move faster and there are more moving parts. Why not just show the games as they are meant to be played?
The games are very rudimentary with poor graphics. I paid before I had tried it enough. It is not worth the price. A five year old may enjoy them.

Used to love it
I renewed my subscription every year for at least 4 years because I enjoyed the challenge of many of the games and especially LOVED the train game. I worked my way up to the top level & managed 60 trains every day. I competed against my personal best each day & used that to judge how my brain was functioning each time. However, recently they changed the program & you only got the # of trains based on how you did the last time you played, not 60 trains. When I was going thru a rough patch after a death in the family, sometimes I only got 45-50 in a session. This took away all my incentive to play the game & I will not be renewing my subscription when it runs out this year. I can no longer give it a 5-star rating.
App prob
This is the second time in as many weeks that my progress has not been counted ! I’m at almost 1500 days and it’s frustrating trying to get answers from the app
The games are cool but not free
The games are fun, but 90% of the games on the app are locked. You have to pay to access more.
Don’t like the changes
I have subscribed to this app for years and really appreciated that it tracked my progress by recommending challenging games. Now it keeps pushing those that are really simple & don’t challenge me at all.
