The website tells me I have to download this app before I can play games. The app tells me I have to scan a QR code before I can get in. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO, WITH MY IPAD, SCAN A STUPID QR CODE THATS ON MY IPAD!? AND IT WOULDNT EVEN HAVE WORKED ANYWAY, BECAUSE WHEN I BORROWED MY DADS PHONE,IT DIDNT WORK BECAUSE APPARENTLY IT ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE 16.0 OR LATER don’t waste your time

I can’t scan the QR code so this app is dead in the water.
No config options
Received a broken controller and was trying to find ways to troubleshoot and fix it. No options were available. Had to return the controller and get a refund. This app was completely useless in anyway towards fixing it or giving troubleshooting options, should your controller not function.
iPad lacks features
Sorely disappointed that the iPad does not have the same features as the for mobile. I use a third party remote so I use the app to connect directly to the cloud but every time I get a phone call or a text, my gameplay gets interrupted so the iPad would be the best solution, but it lacks all the features of the mobile device. Full update to five stars once they add the features to the iPad.
Fun but not all apps work
I had success playing the games on Luna individually for most games using a
Laptop but too many tabletop or Party games played with multiple people have instructions to do things like rotate the screen but fails to recognize when the screen is rotated. There were four or five games in a row we encountered this so we stopped using Luna for party games as a result.
I also found that almost all action oriented games are not effectively playable using the Luna phone controller and a PS5 controller. There’s a lack of precision and just enough response delays due to use of Bluetooth and wireless TVs and their cloud technology that make them unplayable. We use Xfinity gig sped internet and still see unplayable conditions due to those delays. Good luck playing Skyrim easily on a phone with no physical buttons to keep your fingers in play. Sorry boys, the techs just not there yet. Two stars for laptop playability but no more due to low Luna and PS5 controller unplayability or game malfunction.

Poor instructions. Unusable
The instructions just don’t work. I don’t see a share button on the Luna app, and the Safari instructions are also inaccurate delete.
Someone broke the app
The app was a functional, necessary tool that served it’s very specific purpose of setting up your Luna Controller… now it is ONLY a QR code to start a game night. Useless. Actually less than useless.
Look what you’ve done
So I only have an iPad and no iPhone, and you’ve recently added “support” for iPad, but all you did is make it worse since now I can only do GameNight on Luna Controller app, preventing me from managing my controller. Absolutely don’t trust Amazon Luna until they fix this. They’re too busy flexing their richness to even notice what they’ve done.
Outdated App
This app was used with the physical Luna controller and all support articles still reference this app. However, the settings have disappeared and have been replaced a by QR code for virtual phone controller. It’s like the Luna team doesn’t know what the other half is doing. Useless in regards to a physical controller.
No thanks
I used a PlayStation controller as this is an option and it kept telling me to pay my controller, which was already working because I had to X out of that option. Then the X button would not work in the game. Horrible experience for a game. I was looking forward to playing. I started my free seven day trial. And canceled it immediately.

Not able to join games anymore
Was working fine, but now each game you try to play gets stuck on a loading screen that never completely loads. Very frustrating seeing friends and family play but my iPhone 16 will not load Luna games anymore.
Crashes on startup
everytime I try to go in it it just crashes. FIX THIS
Makes no sense
I downloaded and the QR code pops up. It will not scan and there’s no way around it? If you click the scan on the iPad. It does nothing. You have to go back to the first screen that the code will not scan? Makes no sense at all.
Lacking
Not able to go back to the qr scanner screen without closing the app altogether. Both the app and on tv portion have so much potential but again, severely lacking.

Can’t connect and GameNight Glitch
Had no issues until the recent update, now I have to go through the app EVERYTIME I want to use my Luna controller for the Luna cloud gaming. But now I can’t because the Luna controller app is glitched for me. Stuck at the page telling me to scan QR code to play a GameNight game. Can’t even scan it cause the QR code is completely blurry, and I can’t touch anywhere to bypass it so I can connect the controller. Need support and want to know if there is anyone else having this issue too.
Garbage
Too much money in their pockets to have this not connect like it’s a hot garbage app from a hole in the wall in a jungle. Fix your stuff Amazon. Not getting our full usage of prime once again. Shame.
The latest update broke it
It doesn’t work anymore on my new iPad Pro. All it does now is show that one screen that is in the photos about joining a “Gamenight” game. It won’t let me register my controller or do anything else that it used to do a week ago. It’s completely worthless until they fix it!!

Literally just simply does not work. There’s no option to connect ur phone to any tv thru the Luna app. All it does is have u scan the QR code to be brought back here to download the app again. I Genuinely think this app was made by a 12 year old who has never heard of Bluetooth

Phone controller says searching for luna, nothing happens. Fire TV stick 3g. Netflix controller works great for Netflix apps so i know connection is good. I am a shared family profile on my husband’s registered firestick amazon account and can select my profile on firestick. No joy. Fix your app. Tried just adding to new device on luna firestick and as new controller. QR code doesn’t pair just takes you to phone app download. Fix your app. No helpful instructions. Fix your app.

I was trying to connect my phone to my tv to play Fortnite but I scan the barcode and nothing happens it just sits on the same screen!!!!!!. Not worth it

Where is the phone controller button?
This is very annoying. I would like to use mobile controller but the entire block is gone, my only choices are, 1: connect new Luna controller, 2: voice chat settings, 3: buy new controller, and 4: connect non Luna controller. First of all I’m not buying that expensive controller, second, let me use my mobile as a controller the whole choice of mobile controller is gone! FIX YOUR APP LUNA!

I was having a lot of trouble with this app because when I would try to use my phone as the controller it would not work and it would just say searching for Luna and I’ve tried three different devices and it still would not work.

Can’t get it past sign in page
When you sign in and put in your phone number it work but when you put in the verification code it bring you to a black screen with a little link in the side that brings you to the amazon website with shopping, this whole app looks like something a middle schooler coded.
