Cute app but after your free 3 day trial and then the $20 price they will charge $63 a month

This is set up as a complete scam to take your money. After paying a seemingly normal fee for a month, the amount increases from around $20 to over $100 monthly on AUTOPAY and it is extremely difficult to cancel. I thought I cancelled my account and subscription, and a couple months later when I noticed I was STILL being charged over $100/mo (for an app I literally did not use ONCE during that time) I reached out and was repeatedly told of their strict cancellation policy regardless of the fact that I was under the impression my account had been cancelled to avoid the exact situation I ended up in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They then proceeded to spontaneously charge me $84.79 without me subscribing to anything extra and without notice of what I might have purchased. When I googled it was made apparent this isn’t unusual and that they don’t offer refunds for this if you paid through their site directly.
If you must try them out, do it through the App Store to protect yourself from unauthorized charges.

Billing is a SCAM! Very deceptive checkout process!! Have to “OPT OUT” of add ons but the “no thanks” tab isn’t clearly marked and at the bottom of the page (many scrolls away). Otherwise the “continue” button automatically charges your credit card without confirmation or specified consent. I ended up w an unwanted $53 personal coach in addition to a $21/monthly charge.
I emailed them immediately and they said they’d give me a 30% refund as a one time courtesy. Unacceptable! What a scam!

This was offered at an affordable intro price and then I started getting charged $63/month! It was not at all clear I was agreeing to a subscription. At the first charge I assumed that was an annual price and thought oh well at least I have plenty of time to try it out. Then I realized it’s a recurring monthly charge of $63! That’s insane. Total scam, save yourself the hassle.

I got the app, but when I tried to use it, It asked me to join and pay again. Customer service finally sorted it out and I got to use it once, then it locked me out again. After another unsuccessful email I gave up. What a waste

I did not get 2 months to complete my 28 days. After one month I got charged $63 as subscription fee. They did not honor their promotion and i just did 13 days because I thought I will have access to 2 months. Bad customer service.

Don’t do it!!! Overpriced and overrated
Not only is this app severely overpriced and overrated, they use shady marketing tactics to get you to sign up and the. Don’t tell you until active you sign up that there is a subscription fee of $63.59 a month. There is no email notification alerting you that you are about to renew or be charged ahead of time, just an email that you have been charged. Then they state that they have a NO REFUND policy and try to offer you a discounted 6 months. That is a shady business model and poor customer service.
BIG CHANGE IN PRICE
I paid $16.95 for the app. I didn’t understand it was a recurring subscription. Oh well. My mistake. I ended up not being able to use it because of jaw surgery and noticed an email that I was charge $63.59 for the app. For a MONTH. When I reached out, from the hospital, I was told NO REFUNDS. Where are these prices coming from? The prices listed here certainly don’t match that. Very disappointed customer. Buyers beware!

Expensive AF
Purchased because of a pushy discount offer, did not find good use of the material, stopped using and was charged $65 for a *monthly* service without notice. Do yourself a huge favor and just Google/YouTube face yoga exercises and save yourself the ridiculous expensive hassle. And I’m writing the review because when I tried to cancel, they offered me a discount of $30 for *6 months* - If they can offer this, they should charge this from the beginning = SCAM
Fraud- awful customer service
I actually do like the app but I do like being charged without my authorization. Customer service is almost nonexistent. They have never refunded any of my money despite me contacting them several times. I initially signed up for the Luvly app, at a special price, then was charged $64.99 the next month. I cancelled that but they kept my money. I cancelled my original app subscription last month. One day after that, I clicked on learn more button for skin care and I was automatically charged $49.99. I wrote to the Customer service twice that I did not want that subscription. I also told them that I do not even see that subscription when so go to my subscriptions. Just now, Luvly tried to charge my card another $49.99. I do not want this subscription. I never wanted it or agreed to it in the first place. This is such a rip off and now they have my credit card charging me whatever they want whenever they want. I can’t get rid of it.

Careful! I had to get a new credit card
The app itself is actually pretty good, which is why I gave it two stars but big negative, they do keep charging your card even after you cancel through settings -subscriptions on your iPhone. They have done multiple unauthorized charging and not even the correct amounts. The last charge was around $68.
Make sure you cancel through the app itself not just your subscription section in your iPhone. Basically I’m writing this cause the whole thing was very shady with charging. It’s not like I just forgot to cancel after a trial.
