I have now gone through the approval process three separate times and, despite fully completing my profile each time, I have not been approved.
What concerns me most is the lack of transparency and the increasing wait times. Initially, I was told it would take a few days, then it extended to about a 2 weeks, and now it has been over a month without any clear communication or explanation for the delay.
I reached out for clarification but did not receive a meaningful response regarding why my account has not been approved or how much longer I should expect to wait. This lack of communication makes it difficult to trust the process.
Additionally, from a user’s perspective, it raises concerns when there appears to be a long and unclear waiting period while also promoting paid membership options that may expedite approval. This creates the impression, whether intended or not, that the system may favor those willing to pay, which impacts perceived fairness and transparency.

Refund Refusal?
My friend was charged over $500 for being on the app for 2 days , she didn’t know what to do so she reached out to her credit card an did a charge back and was refunded $584.96 , after she informed her credit card she was charged $39.99 and $24.99 + tax which she did receive back. These dating apps only want one thing for you to sign up for a subscription and never cancel it that’s what they bank on and it happens so often. Majority of the “people” on here are bots and foreigners, it’s just a money making app not in your favor in the slightest. Do you ground work before you move forward with these predatory so called “Dating Apps” who prey on people’s desire to not be lonely
Review taken down beware child trafficking
Disturbing pictures of children posted. Lots of children in suggestive poses with red lipstick posted from China and Saudi Arabia on the app in people in review, I have reported but my review was taken down! Save the children!!

Seems like you guys don’t understand the meaning of sharing life stories while other dating apps do so stop lying to your customers. All you guys want are profits and subscription. Stop giving the general reply to contact support since they’re useless and i know the devs and the founders don’t care. Fix your stupid app and give the people their fair share and rights to share what they need to have better interactions since there is nothing luxy about this app. Also take of your ridiculous photo system since is basically guess work and pointless. The guidelines don’t even match so of coz why anyone would stay on your app.

However, shortly after creating my profile, I noticed that the majority of the men displayed were located outside of the United States and were primarily seeking casual relationships. Additionally, many of the profiles shown were significantly younger than my preferred age range.
As I continued navigating the platform, I realized there was no option to filter matches based on relationship intentions, such as “long-term” or “serious.” This was concerning, as most dating apps offer filtering features that allow users to better align with their preferences.
Within the first 24 hours, I contacted customer support with two primary concerns:
1. Why I was charged $600 for a subscription when I intended to sign up for a monthly plan.
2. Whether there was an option to filter profiles by relationship goals or limit visibility from individuals seeking something different.
Support responded that these filtering features are not currently available, nor is there an option to restrict visibility from users with opposing intentions.
After two days of navigating the app and realizing it lacked essential features that are standard on most dating platforms, I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund. Despite reaching out to support more than five times, I have not received a satisfactory resolution regarding my refund request. This is especially disappointing given that I canceled within the first week.

Do not waste your time or money - money grab
This app is ridiculous, you can pay $100 to get the subscription but that doesn’t come with unlimited likes or should I say swipes, even if you swipe left on someone you still get docked for a swipe. You get maybe 10-20 swipes daily with the $100 subscription. You don’t get to undo a swipe (you must pay more to do that) and then to send gifts , what do you know more money. So paying $100 for subscription doesn’t really give you any perks. This app is a money grab. And I’m not cheap by the way but I’m also not into wasting my hard earned money.

They just take my money, rejected my photo nothing inappropriate just a regular photo taken with a iPhone nice and clearly, no showing skin nothing I saw many similar photos of men’s there and also some of them with out shirt showing skin. What is the problem with a classic and elegant or casual photos.

Extremely disappointed with this app. I tried making my profile twice just to get access, and still didn’t get one. I completed everything properly both times, followed all the steps, and yet the only thing that seems to work perfectly is the payment system.
It honestly feels like the entire purpose of this app is to keep charging users without providing real value or transparency. There’s no clear explanation, no proper support, and no accountability.
For an app that markets itself as “exclusive” and “premium,” this experience was anything but. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend it.

This app is just meant to take your money. They have an “approval” period where they then offer let you skip if you pay them. What kind of nonsense is that?
Fake reviews
This app is terrible, paid for fake reviews to give a high rating, plagued with fake accounts, constantly being spammed with purchasing stuff in app more then anything I’ve ever used, I have over 300+ matches which is more than anything I’ve ever got on another app and of those legitimately maybe 2-3 are real accounts. They admit fake accounts make it through the selfie verification as well.
Worst experience
I signed up for Luxe and paid the $99 a month instead of the $1000 for quarter. No matches and all the 60 swipes are for people who are from overseas or other states. The discovery section for local is limited and of course you can’t swipe on it maybe you have to pay more… this is the worst online dating app I have ever been on. You would think paying the $100 a month would at least get you close to at least a match in your age range and area preference. Never again, I can’t wait for my month member shop to be over and delete the app.

You fill out your profile 100% and then still only get a 50% chance (confirmed by the app) to get through the 24 hour approval process. They have approval skips but you have to sign up for the pro edition, and even then that’s 100$ for 1 month. Even to a billionaire, 100$ is a steep price for a month for a dating app. After 24 hours they declined my approval, simply put honestly, because you don’t pay for their subscription. Good luck getting in.

So after paying $70 just to join, you will come to find out this dating app charges you for every tool use in their app, you can easily spend from $100 up to $1k or more lol after reviewing the way things are paired out and how they have this dating app set up, it’s not user friendly or easy to set up your profile of what you are looking for, they have vet basic like location and age, they don’t allow you to set up exactly things you do and dont want, ie: for example if you don’t want to look at or for someone with kids good luck because there is no option to weed out these profiles, you will waste your time going through ppl in this app, the other thing is expect to run out of being able to swipe as a black member, once they decide you swiped enough they lock you out from swiping for like 14 hours until you are able to swipe again. Do not waste your time look at the profile pics that they have advertising. I’ve been on the waitlist for over six months and my best friend who is white got approved immediately this app needs to be shut down.
Its about looks and cheap scams, not about class.
The app will reject you if you are not good looking enough, with unrealistic standards, so they can try to charge a few hundred dollars to use it.

Signed up for their black membership based on reviews but was only disappointed. The profiles they say are a match - was of the same person with different age on both profiles! Every-time I complain they send a like from a fake profile. It’s not curated for smart dating. And I can access few profiles of same people with different names and age. All in all if I could give a zero rating I would. I requested for a full refund based on the disastrous experience. Hopefully they will acknowledge and respond.

I registered a month and a half ago. First, there was an endless process of photo and account verification, and attempts to extort money from me to speed things up. Then I bought "Black" (you can’t use that app without at least “black”. People would send me one, or at best two messages, and then disappear. Although I specified my region, I received messages from people all over the world, most often from Indians or Mexicans. In the end, I have a bunch of useless likes, a hundred chats with only one message each, and $100 wasted. If I could give this app 0 stars, I would!

They make you wait for review with the promise of being accepted if you upload 6 pictures and make you wait 24 hours while showing your profile to users you can’t communicate with instead of withholding the profile til it gets approved so then you’ll go on to wait for another 13 days after they lie to get your information to potentially get denied again don’t worry I didn’t waste my time on that but this is all so they can force you into paying for an app you probably won’t keep that long or make you pay 100 for a month yet they say no sugar daddy/baby accounts all while being the app version of a sugar baby to every user … trash scam for “elite dating”

Everything is locked behind a pay wall. Profile takes 24 hours to review and you can’t do anything but while that happens you get a bunch of messages from women who are obviously chat bots. I’m gay and there is no way to change the preferences to only appear to other gay men. They ask for money for everything.
