Word count is not English speaker friendly
Can’t even get a basic short sentence out in full. The word count should be different for each language, or at least be counted by words instead of characters.

Renewing glitch
This is probably the sixth time my bubble days have RESET after an update. I have to reselect my voucher every time. I should have over 600+ days but I'm at 1 AGAIN. I'm so tired of getting to 100+ and then it resets every time. It's so frustrating. I've had the same idol's bubble for at least two years and in that two years it has reset my days counter at least six times. It really makes me want to get rid of the app but the whole point is to support the artist. It's just hard to support the artist when I'm paying all this money but can't send more than like fifteen/twenty characters after TWO YEARS. I also have JYP bubble and that has reset once because I couldn't pay on time. I don't even use or update JYP bubble yet it NEVER has problems the way LYSN does. When will this be fixed? Two years at the very least of this glitch and yet nothing has changed. I've made previous reviews about this, I'm not even the only person to have made a review about this. The app developers clearly don't care about it's consumers so long as they get their paycheck. It shows.

I downloaded this app thinking it was going to be a normal app, an hour passes and I didn’t really know how to use this app so I deleted without realizing I didn’t logged out of the account, a year has gone by and I received an email saying if I give them my personal information and address and stuff, they’ll hack me, so now I’m writing this to warn people to NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP THINKING YOUR ACTUALLY TEXTING THE FAMOUS PERSON, IN REALITY YOUR TEXTING SOMEONE THAT ISNT THEM, PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD!!! I WISH THIS APP NEVER EXISTED!!
iPhone app continues to crash after update
Today, there was maintenance and an update. Yet the app is actually worse off. It keeps crashing as you as you open it. Please, fix this. I’m paying for this app.

That’s some next level trash reasoning. I don’t intend to continue paying for this app.

It's automatic messages sent to everyone after being left on delivery for a week a the least-unchecked bullying. Homophobic. You're not building a relationship with them. They only come on to promote their new stuff and leave.

App has no racism/violence censors!
The admins do not censor any racism/hate speech/violence! It is full of disgusting language wishing death upon idols, inciting fan wars and racism and hate speeches that are unchecked. This app is supposed to be for fan/idol interaction but it is full of hatred and when I report it to admin they do nothing about it. It is not a safe space!
LYSN bubble deceives consumers
Lysn bubble automatically charged me 3.99 USD every months since September 2021, however I haven’t gotten any bubble messages from SM artist Lucas Wong since then. There are also no words regarding when he will return. Why this app keeps charging me ?

Bad app
I use this app to communicate with my idol but turns out this app is one of the place people use to bully and harass the idol. SM entertainment and LYSN app are doing nothing at all about all those bullying for about 6 months .

Can barely write anything
I just joined without reading the reviews now I have to keep this for a month too. You can’t really communicate with the artist and it makes it hard to reply too. The English language and Korean language are very different so 30 characters aren’t enough to let out a sentence.

I know jisung told us to send lots of love but honestly it’s not fair that we pay almost 4$ to have bad translations and character limit. Please accommodate character limit to other languages like English or any other romanized language.

I see a lot of 5 star reviews of people saying they’re only doing it bc Jisung said to “show love” to the app but if I’m being honest, it’s not very good for international fans. There’s still a character limit for texts (I can’t even type half a sentence before I hit the limit) and obviously the screenshot disabling function is a bit annoying. I understand that all message content from artists are paid content but I mean paying for bubble in general is already a bit ridiculous. The app basically is like free platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Weibo just disguised as a messaging app. Not to mention some community boards are just straight up toxic and sometimes have bullying and harassment comments on there. I mean if we’re gonna rate this app at least be honest about it.
