Incomplete at best
This app has great intentions, but is incomplete in content at best. If you are looking for simple 10-15 min workouts a day that you cannot choose or switch styles of workout this will work for you. There are different styles of workouts to choose from, however, once you switch you need to start at day one of their program and cannot skip ahead and it doesn’t track your progress from before. Annoying for someone who works out multiple times a day and is just looking for a little 15 min booster. Videos are well done, coaching and meal plan are FAR too expensive for what you get. If I HAD to purchase this again I’d pay a couple bucks a month for it until they better built it out. Unfortunately I paid far more than that and they would not refund me. So I’m using it and making the best of it.
Not suitable for beginners
The app does not spend enough time showing the movements in details. Instead it shows a cursory video in a few short seconds and starts timing you long before you are ready to start. Some exercises are simple enough but others for a beginner are too complicated and need a step by step set of instructions

There is absolutely no help available within app unless you agree to pay $49 per month! Can’t even ask for advice on how to use.

I got a 7d free trial then signed for a month. I got it all worked out but 1w in they wanted another $19.95. Supposed to be for the next month so I had to cancel subscription in three ways to keep the charge down. Ok they didn’t give me my 7d free they made that as 3w and free 1week to make 4w at the different price than the $14.95 I was supposed to get it at. But after I paid so turned out for a month anyway. That month or at least since I paid for it then I should be able to keep it. No they took it all down so now I can’t use the original plan I have an ankle injury and they said they fit the program custom but never did. All they worry about is get the money. For $14.95 I can pick either Navy Seal or Marine. Or Army Ranger book and keep it till I’m tired of it and sale it to a used book store. If you decide to buy watch they are hare to quit taking the money out and double charge or get the money and keep the workout. The whole deal to all of these they are Shady

I expected a walking routine of about 10 minutes a day. I got a much longer routine. Please cancel my subscription.

Subscription Renewal
I wasn’t aware of the renewal for my purchase of a 3 month workout plan and planned to use it for that time being. I kindly asked for a refund for the renewal and they kept on leading me on through an email thread for them to tell me they can’t give me a refund due to their policy. I was charged $59.99 and can’t get a refund for something I wasn’t aware of since I stopped using the app because I realized I didn’t need it after a month. I purchased the initial for like $9.99 or something but I didn’t plan to pay $59.99 for a workout plan.

I signed up for a 30 day plan at a discounted rate. I got injured and could not start my trial. 4 months later I found my card being charged $40/ month for the last 4 months. I haven’t even started the trial yet. Please be aware of their deceptive practices.

Camera should stay full view. How can we follow steps if camra keeps moving to upper body them lower body. Think as you are demonstrating to new students that needs to see full view

Said low impact, I have bad knees and back. I actually laughed watching the videos. Not MAD workout, psycho workout. Made for fit and trim not someone needing to be fit and trim. Thanx, wasted my money. Thought it might help, no way in hell.

False Advertising
I signed up for the $.99 offer. I followed the instructions, filled out the questionnaire, paid the initial fee, downloaded the Application, signed in, only to not have a personal plan. This company won’t provide me with the personal plan unless I commit to a monthly package. Nothing more than Bait and Switch. I don’t suggest anyone fall for this offer.

I tried to cancel it many times in the last two months I sent an email I sent a letter. I think it’s a false advertiser. They supposed to be Palestinian for women’s 15 minutes. It’s almost an hour is very hard for a woman to do this. I say I don’t want it I try it was canceled and you guys try to charge my bank account already three times.
Pay plan
Pretty annoying that I did the whole test and THEN got hit with a payment plan. Maybe start with that so my time isn’t wasted. Would’ve probably tried it for a month if it was the other way around. Just feels scummy.
Not what I hoped for
This program is better for beginners to working out. I wanted to really see results for toning beyond my athletic build. Didn’t see that after 25 workouts. And many exercises were not challenging after a couple sessions.
Can’t do
They ask if you have any handicaps but they don’t ask you what they are. I thought the exercises were designed around me. I I’ve a total shoulder replacement in my left arm and it only bends from the elbow. I can hardly do any of the exercises. The exercises are great, they’re just not designed for me.

Nothing about my body has changed; I haven't lost a single pound, and I haven't gained any benefit.
Tai chi master
A bit quick on movements. I’m not sure why the app thinks I’m a tai chi master. Doesn’t explain moves enough. Would like tutorial.
Workouts
Have a workout scheduled every day so if I don’t get to one, I have the next days free. I don’t always get time to work out daily.
