Fraudulent
This app and the creators should be arrested. I canceled the services via the app after it “tricks” you into paying $140 for different services that you don’t necessarily want but have to sign up for to get to the next screen. Cleverly placed buttons forcing you to pay more without recognizing. Then having to go through multiple different channels to cancel all the random subscriptions you didn’t know you signed up for! Canceled via the app months ago, just looked at my PayPal and still getting charged. This should be illegal and no one should use this app. Absolutely wild.

If you ask for a refund, they will not give it to you. Your best bet is to steer clear of this!

That goddamn auto renewal was on by default, and I’ve got in app renewal reminder right at the same time money was withdrawn from my PayPal without my confirmation.

I tried to cancel this subscription three months ago. And they keep sending the bills through. And it’s not free. It’s $90 a month. It’s a total rip off.
Unauthorized Withdrawal of Funds
I agreed to pay $10 for a 4-week trial. After answering questions-such as my age, weight, and height-a prompt appeared saying, "Click here to receive your plan." Upon clicking, $49.95 was deducted from my account without my consent. Immediately thereafter, I contacted you via email; several representatives replied stating that I could not obtain a refund. I even requested that they close and delete my account in exchange for the return of the funds that had been deducted without my permission just ten minutes earlier, but they refused-it felt exactly like an online scam.

If you are looking for something to really help you get in shape and lose weight, there are much better options out there. This plan has too many “rest days” and not nearly enough workouts for the price they charge. This company charges for 3 months at a time. I imagine it is because people forget to cancel until it is too late so that helps them to make more money. Their refund policy says they will decide refunds on a case by case basis but the automated emails you get when you request a refund suggests that they do not. So unless you want to lose $90, don’t forget to cancel before it renews!

Hate it before I started
The app experience is overrun with upsell and cross sell offers. It’s so hard to get to what I bought because they are pounding me with more things to buy. I hate them already and I haven’t even started. … don’t waste your time, put your goals into AI and let it build out a customized program for you. This company is a greedy waste of time.

took the bait
So obviously these apps are for-profit and there is a funnel to "upgrades", I get how the system works. I am a professional looking for apps/online programs to help my patients and clients live a better quality life. With that in mind I decided to check out this app that for a modest fee would provide a workout and meal plan to achieve those ultimate goals that they show in the photos 😁 Well, the funnel begins as soon as you purchase your work out because it does not come with the nutrition plan as you are led to believe on the marketing pages. if you want what they describe on the opening pages the commitment is 6 x the original cost.

No.. is not free and this is a scam! You will get charged over $40+ p/month and will never be able to get you money back. They seem friendly at first and then they turn on you. Should have read the comments from real customers!
Not as advertised.
Free to download. Google can offer better and more comprehensive workout plans for literally zero dollars. Nothing on the app is viewable without monthly rates and charges. Save money and avoid the app.
Refund policy discrepancy
I signed up for a trial period canceled during that trial period and was still charged the full amount. I started a Facebook work out class and had 50 people sign up for this and was on my way to convincing another class of 50 people to download but when they found out I was charged after cancelling. They all cancelled and deleted their account in fear of being charged unnecessarily. This may work for some but their billing system/customer service is the worse and I will forever avoid this company. I decided to stop arguing with them as I realized this company will only survive based on sales but a company with no ethics will fail. Good luck people and make good decisions while downloading.

Horrible first time

Nothing like what it said I have no idea what I am supposed to do each day there is no schedule or plan o what to do each day
Confusing
The app is confusing for seniors. Not exactly sure what I’m supposed to be doing daily. Can’t print from my phone. There is a video portion, that repeats same exercises, but very strenuous daily for beginners. Not sure if those exercises change or not.
