Joke
I've had the app for years now and previously paid to upgrade to their full version. They recently added new features and if I want them im being forced to pay for them, albeit at a discounted price. This is a horrible practice- I paid for the full version already and if you add features I shouldn't have to pay again. Will not give this company another dime, if they upgrade the app again down the line they will probably charge again.

Dinning reservation
Made dinning reservation in Disney world through this APP but Tony’s Town square restaurant said it’s a third party app and they don’t seem to find my reservation. I have to wait another 75 minutes for a table . This is totally unacceptable. Now I have to worry about my credit card information being stolen through this app with my credit card information being used to guarantee my table 😱reservation. 😱

We meet DAS ability and have successfully used roll or Disneyland experience, age, discrimination, elderly friends, the changes to the DAS that involves age discrimination!
In store purchae
Turns out it was unnecessary. At park was told this is a third party app and not helpful as it directs you to disney website for reservations. The in line purchase added zero value. Just buy Disneys app mydisney

Was all set to buy tickets. Was interrupted and now cannot find the order
You still have to Google things
Here’s why it’s one star. Disney, a multibillion dollar company, has Google ads. Those ads might have pictures of people on various layers of dress depending on what kind of active wear Google is hocking. This is stupid. Disney you can afford to not have ads; not have full screen ads.
Second, you still have to Google details about rides and attractions. You don’t know what something is aside from a ride or attraction. The whole point of such an app is to centralize that information.

App shows Soarin is closed. It is NOT! Please fix the app.

Disney just needs to unplug. They nearly force you to use an app to navigate your day and then provide barely anywhere to recharge your phone. That’s not a vacation. That’s stress.
No help
This app stinks, most of the rides have sucked should be called an experience park sense like 2% of rides are actually rides and the rest just sit in place with a screen and vibrating seat. Add videos of the rides when you click on them on the map so you know if you’re about to wait 75 min to sit in a vibrating seat for 2 min and have it called a ride.
Banner ads
Why does a Disney app need banner ads? Because the creator is probably skimming the profits to themselves.
Ripoff
You have to upgrade to the paid version if you want it to show where the restrooms are. Seriously? I’ll be deleting this app now.

Every time I open app on the watch, it says to buy the Premium Pass- which I’ve done previously.. uninstalling and re-installing doesn’t resolve this..

The idea of this ap was good, but the execution was not. There’s no point of downloading an app to figure out where you are if it doesn’t tell you where you are. It’s basically the same as having a paper map. The other Disney app works in that way and proved to be of more use than this.

Loved this app until the menus became way outdated. Some restaurants are still showing Halloween specials...for reference it’s December 10th.

Wolfgang missing
Is there a reason the Wolfgang Puck restaurant is missing from Disney Springs? I’ve never seen it listed. Ever. Updates seem to be sporadic and the new interface is “meh”.

This app has made Walt Disney World a nightmare for people that just want to come here and are not ab savvy. It is a nightmare I actually am pretty app savvy myself, and I have had a terrible time with it the fact that you have to make reservations at every freaking thing that you do at this place is ridiculous, the app is slow. It does not respond. Well I hate it.
