This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a paid service.
I paid for a MagicBricks membership expecting verified and genuine property contacts. Instead, I received multiple fake or completely useless leads. Out of the limited contacts they provide, a significant portion was either unreachable or clearly not legitimate.
What exactly am I paying for? There is no proper verification, no quality control, and no accountability. It feels like the platform just pushes random data to justify charging users.
Not only did I lose money, but I also wasted valuable time following up on fake leads. That’s extremely frustrating, especially when the service is marketed as “trusted” and “verified.”
I would NOT recommend this platform to anyone considering a paid plan. Save your money and look for more reliable alternatives.

Rubbish
You get contacts that have nothing to do with what you asked for. It’s confusing and no proper leads. It also keeps sending messages and constant phone calls and no way to toggle notifications and privacy. It also won’t let me deactivate!!! Stay away from this app!
Complete Waste of Money
I purchased the highest paid package from MagicBricks to sell my property, expecting better visibility and genuine inquiries. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
Despite paying for their “best” package, I received only a couple of inquiries - and those were not even serious or relevant buyers. There was absolutely no noticeable improvement in visibility or quality of leads compared to free listings.
I strongly advise others not to waste their hard-earned money on their paid packages or promotional offerings. It did not deliver what was promised and was a complete waste of money.

Pretty shady app
They lure you in on to the web pages with pretty good SEO - they force you to login - once you are in - the listing that you really like changes to a premium listing magically. Now you have to pay to see the listing - I would recommend staying away from such shady businesses

Not worth it
The app is garbage, does nothing more or different than a traditional broker would. But on top of everything you end up paying for the subscription.

This app and the whole magic bricks ecosystem is so broken! What’s the point of looking thru listing if you can’t even contact the owner, despite paying for their prime membership!?? Feels like a scam. Avoid.

This application generated too many spam email. Unsubscribe link in the email does nothing. Uninstall also does not stop the spam.
Worst app ever
It’s one of the worst app ever. They take the payment without any issues and after making the payment I cannot even use the app. There is literally no customer service. It keeps saying unless I enter OTP I cannot do anything in the app, if that is the case even the payment should have been taken after verification of OTP. The problem I have is I never get OTP, nether to my phone number nor my email ID. I’m from US so I don’t have option to even call them.

Please don’t ever use this service , they are cheating guys ..there is no proper customer service , they keep on asking me to take some package even if you already took a package ,CHEATING CHEATING … am surprised that why INDIA Gvt is not banning it..

I get calls from customer care people every time i open this app. Asking to take subscription. Customer care people say its their policy to call users every time users browse the app without subscription. As per customer care team if we don’t want to get calls i have to uninstall the app.
Login issue
This application is not working as expected as after paying the premium, it is not allowing to login and forget password option is missing.
App do not open shared links
The app have tons of properties more than their competitors, but anytime someone shares a link on whatsapp or text, app fails to open the link, it just opens the app.

Don’t bother unless you’re ready to spend money.
I just want to browse. Maybe put the paywall at the contact page, rather than in the users face with every click. Great concept, but can be better executed. I’ll use another service because the app is unusable for someone who is just browsing.

What a worst application, anything to proceed further you have to pay . At least let people understand what are the features you provide, first , then you can make money and ask them to grade up to your plan . Felt disgusted and deleted the application .
Login system has a glitch
It says i'm not logged in even when I am. And the OTP that is sent multiple times, it's exactly the same and yet it says incorrect OTP
Delete account doesn’t work
This app does not delete my account and does not stop sending me emails even after several attempts to unsubscribe.
Don’t use their movers and packers service
They won’t tell about rs 80 per packaging box. Their team will later ask for it as deposit as unboxing needs time. When you call them back after a week, they won’t respond. This is scam
Misguide -Forces to buy MB prime & Install App
Magic bricks , says app exclusive when Any property is checked and when app is installed it will ask to buy MB Prime. Not like other websites.

I am sick of see this ‘upgrade to premium’ option on any user action on the screens. So many emails, so many messages, so many calls asking to upgrade. They just want us to buy/upgrade to premium plans instead of doing what they promised to do with the posts. I will never come back to this site.

I tried this for a day. It doesn’t have a map, forces you to create an an account and log in to even view a photo of a property, and then tries to sell you a subscription. Just another way for them to capture your data and spam you for the rest of your life. Avoid!

Horrible App
Worst app ever - full of bugs. When you try to browse listings on their websites, it force you to download the app. And then in the app, it won’t show you the pictures till you sign up with an email id and phone number. But you can’t register with a foreign phone number. Do these guys even want to sell the property on their website or not? Looks like they are only interested in collecting your email and phone number to harass you! What a waste of time. Avoid!

Non-stop calls and emails
Don’t you dare provide your email or phone number to MagicBricks. They will not leave you alone. I have requested every single sales caller to take my name off and yet I keep getting calls. This is harassment.
Terrible Application
Signup doesn’t work. Clicking photos doesn’t work. I had to find out via website that I had to login to view photos. Filter function has a ton of issues. Localities in a city don’t show up all the time. What a terrible way to discourage people from using your otherwise good database of homes and flats.
Does not display property details
On click of any property, app opens property details for 1 second then app goes back to previous screen. It’s annoying!!!
Unstoppable spam emails
Even after I unsubscribed a month ago I still get 4 to 6 emails spam from MagicBricks.

NRIs do not use this company for any kind of property services. I signed up for their Titanium package for renting my property. I got a WhatsApp message about the sale of my flat. When I checked the website, I saw two listings for my flat - one for rent and another for sale to my surprise. The titanium package included a photo shoot. When I tried to schedule one, I got a message not doable. Upon enquiry I was told that the flat is outside the city limits. Why was this not mentioned? If I knew this I would have never signed up with these crooks. When you request a call back, they never call you back!
