This app doesn’t even function
I used to play this app several years ago, almost obsessively. I stopped when I became too busy and quit playing games in general. I’ve come back after a veeerry long hiatus. I’ve been through a couple new devices since then so the game didn’t remember me and I had to start fresh at level 1. That’s ok, I would still have fun. But I can’t go past level 9 because of a glitch that won’t allow me to open level 10. I’m still at low enough level that each level you open has a “helpful hint” pop up and you have to tap whatever feature they’re trying to show you in order to make it go away so you can play the setup. Annoying but whatever. The tutorial pop-up for level 10, however, will not close no matter what. I’ve tried tapping every single icon on the screen and nothing happens, it’s just stuck there. I then tapped every tiny area all over the screen whether it had anything on it or not. Still nothing. I did a hard reboot of the game and tried again and the same thing still keeps happening at level 10.
I’m deleting the app. If it’s already got errors in the code at this early stage, I don’t have much confidence that I won’t encounter more janky workmanship. I don’t know what happened to y’all.

Ads DURING game play…
I have been playing this game for YEARS and loving it. However, within the last couple of weeks, right when I’m about to finish up the tiles on a screen…an ad just pops up out of nowhere…WHILE I’M STILL ON THAT SCREEN. So I have to watch the ad so I can finish my screen. Nope. No thanks. I’d rather close the game and go play some other game.

Immediately hit with an ad on completing the tutorial and they continued coming fast and hard. And to stick it to you just a little more, also has the little always on ad bar at the bottom of the screen while you play.

Not only are the ads relentless, but today they started showing banner ads - during play - for porn sites. Deleting the app immediately.

I don’t have much new to add that other players haven’t covered years ago. Nothing has changed. Too many long ads, if I don’t want the offer the first time, chances are I’m not going to want it the next dozen times. But when the ad interferes with the game, such as it won’t go away, it’s ridiculous. I really like the game and have put up with a lot, but it’s a game. Some people are actually employed to take care of problems, where are they? I’d love to enjoy this game again. Unless you enjoy being aggravated or having a game play against you or having the creators want nothing more than money, stay away from this game.
Gets worse as you go
For a “free” game you have to spend an awful lot of actual $ to progress in the game. Not super impressed with any of it. Don’t waste your $ on this one.
Change in developer ruined a great game
This used to be a really good game. Unfortunately, now most levels are unbeatable without using cheats. Plus there is little to no variation in the layouts. Boring and frustrating.

Expensive Scam
I have been charged randomly by this game many times without authorization. I just requested refunds at first and thought it mechanical but it continues to happen. This game is just a scam. It's fun until the levels get so hard you can't beat them without having a ton of coins, which you have to pay for. Scroll past this one and find a different Mahjong.
Just ridiculous
Reinstalled the game just to remember why I uninstalled in the first place the levels are unbeatable unless you use your coins. This app is designed to get as much money from you as they possibly can they don’t care how they get it from you they don’t even care if you enjoy the game or not they just want your money by any means necessary. Guys there are other free mahjong games that are just as enjoyable as this one. Please don’t waste your money on this app it’s literally a bottomless pit.
Doesn’t work
This game looks interesting but it doesn’t allow me play it while online or off line at all. I can’t click on anything it doesn’t let me do anything at all in the game. Whether it has some sort of of bug that doesn’t allow it to work or what but I think it’s a manger issue that needs to be resolved before anyone else tries to play it.

Once you get into the level 20+ they force you to watch an ad after completing a level. I get watching ads for boosts or coins but I do not like being forced to watch ads just to play the game. Uninstalling.
Constant Freezing and Lost Games
I’ve been playing this game for years and have enjoyed doing so but there is one continuous issue I’ve had with the developers. Anytime I’ve had problems with the app freezing which results in games lost, I’ve have contact the developers. Their response is always the same which is to fault the player and not the real bug issues. They even go as far as to challenge the device on which I play the game. All excuses are false and only point to the fact that greed is the only motivating factor when these issues occur

I don’t know what the paid version of this game would be like but the free version is just ad after ad. You watch one, which you have to X out of multiple times only to have to immediately watch another one. The game is super fun- I just wish you could actually get to a point where you could continually play it. It’s frustrating and pointless- I guess that’s how they push you into paying for it. I’ll just delete it instead.
Playing repeatedly
I really enjoy the game, my ONLY issue is you have to play levels over and over collecting these items needed to move on after playing 10 levels or so…. It’s so annoying and Im currently looking for a new Mahjong game!!

Never played a game before that requires you to collect tickets before it allows you to move in to higher levels. And if you replay the levels to try to get the tickets and continually don’t succeed, you’ll have to buy your way out!!! Deleted!!

I’ve been playing this game for years and lately when you start a new level, it doesn’t even give you a chance to make a single move, there are no possible matches, and you lose a life. Poorly made.

Starts off fun, then the pop-up’s to buy stuff start. After that, the ads stop being optional. And your just watching commercials nonstop once you reach lvl 25
Loved it at first
& then realized you have to play the same levels over and over again to collect icons before you can move forward. I don’t mind playing the same level repeatedly to beat it but once I’ve beat it I don’t want to have to go back and beat it repeatedly before I move forward.
Offensive ads
I am a long time player of this game which I love. But recently you have started advertising games that involve killing and shooting. With the state of gun violence right now we don’t need to glorify killing and shooting! Please remove those ads.
Ads Galore
Lately all this app does is create impossible games to win so it can force you to view endless ads. Even when I do manage to win, the app repeatedly pops up ads and forces open the App center to try to get me to download new games. I might just delete it. What’s the point in playing a game you can’t win and getting further annoyed with useless ads?
Keeps Crashing
We’ve played this game for awhile and didn’t start having issues until a few weeks ago. Now it keeps crashing and wiping out all my gains and have to start over and over again. It just freezes and dies. It’s ANNOYING.
Ad removal purchase is a SCAM
I’ve been playing the game for about 6 weeks. I actually really like it - BUT - there was a pop up that said there was a special, and that if I made any kind of purchase, the game would remove ads. So I made a purchase. But then yesterday, the ads were back. Support told me that ad removal purchases are only good for 30 days. Are you kidding me?? I’ve never ever seen a game do that. If they are running a special that remove ads when you make a purchase, then they should honor that instead of tricking people. I’m super irritated!
Very Frustrating
If you’re looking for a game with the potential to be stuck on the same level literally for days, then this is the game for you. Of course you can always fork over a bunch of coins to be able to move on, which I would do more often if the number of coins decreased per attempt - but they actually increase by quite a bit. A fun game when there is a realistic chance to win, but otherwise very frustrating.
Predatory gambling
This game just instructs you to match pairs and to clear the board. But when I get to the last pair in the board? My game is over without completing the match. Making you to have to buy more coins. I have played this game a long time and stopped for a while. Now that I returned it’s barely impossible to win. They just explain what power ups and tiles are and to match pairs but that’s it??? Don’t download this app
Ridiculous - stuck on 2167
I have played this game for a few years. There have been several levels that I have been stuck on during that time. I have been stuck on level 2167 for several weeks and I am about to quit playing this game. Sad because I love it, but each setup only has one or two moves before being over. This has stopped being fun, relaxing or entertaining.

This game is fun at first until you have to move through each landmark then it makes you go back and replay levels you've already played (sometimes you've beaten the same level multiple times already) to collect these 'tickets' so you can move on to the next set of like 20 levels. It's so extremely frustrating to have to go back and replay levels i've already played especially ones that were hard to beat or i had to use power ups to beat in the first place since then you just drain all your power ups on the same levels, all this and sometimes you don't even earn the tickets at the end of the level which is insane.

Good game but cheap rewards especially for it to be a bit challenging. I love a good challenge, but some of the hard boards are so hard to beat without a power trick ; it makes you not want to play. The word boring comes into play without advantage or advancements.

The amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that getting something for free you’re going to have to sacrifice a little but holy cow it’s infuriating. I would play this game more if not for that. I like the game itself but the amount of ads make it almost unplayable. As soon as you open the app you are bombarded with 10 different things to buy, as soon as you finish a level, and/or attempt a level you get another advertisement you have to close out of 3 or 4 different times and the X is so small you inadvertently click the ad itself and get redirected to a page you never meant to go to in the first place. It’s almost like they don’t want you to play the game. It is so so frustrating I’ve contemplated not playing it at all but if you could fix this or cut them even in half it would be more doable. If you don’t plan to spend any money just be prepared to spend the majority of your time in this app watching ads, mostly about games that have no ads, isn’t that ironic.

Level 344 is built to force you to spend money. There is no possible way to beat it without buying all the add special boosters. It’s so blatant. Sometimes even 1-2 matches and you’ve run out of options. Time for me to delete this one and move on. Bye mahjong.
Long Ads!!
I understand the ads however, MOST of the time, the ad is Royal Match and it’s a minute long!! That’s ridiculous!! I can understand the 30 second ads but come on!!!!!!! The same darn ad…..1 minute long…..is NOT going to make me load that game! In fact, it does just the opposite!! I really like this game and I use to give it a 5 star review but, now, I give it a 2 star or 3 star because of the ads. I have played this game for years and I used to LOVE it. It was great way to reduce stress and take a break. Now it creates stress!

Fun game, but there are way too many ads I feel like I’m selling my soul everytime I play so I had to delete.

I have played since the beginning even passing the hardest eventually. But in the last 6 months I can pass only after two or three weeks playing every day. Am now in Istanbul-level 902 and have been trying to pass for nearly two months! I am out of money and boosts, as a senior citizen I am also not spending real money. I have always had 20 or 30 boosts of each kind, now I have one game bomb. It used to be possible to go back to other cities and collect ‘the stuff’ you missed when you passed, now it (the game) just says available in Istanbul and doesn’t work in those cities and I don’t see that it has added ‘stuff’ in Istanbul.
I am looking for a better Mahjong, wonder what the player above has found.

Big hits and and big misses
Have been playing this for many years now. In the best of times this app is five stars. It is an innovative and fun take on typical mahjong solitaire. The support team is also responsive and helpful and rewards are good.
The biggest issue is not every puzzle has a solution. I have literally been cornered on some levels after 5 or 6 moves, for days on end. The developer claims tiles are placed randomly but I believe this to be a recent change or a bug as the “no solution” issue happened several years ago, then there were many years where you could pass at least one level a day. Now, you are lucky if you pass a level a WEEK without using piles of power ups.
The net result is game usage has gone from perhaps an hour per day and 5-10 videos viewed to a few minutes and no video.
