Not Working
Unusable. This app took 10 minutes to download (not exaggerating), and it straight up doesn’t work. Even clearing the cache, even completely closing and restarting the app (and my phone), I cannot get past the title screen.
Help needed
Hi, I’m really frustrated trying to access my account. I’ve invested a lot of money into this app for various features and characters, but I’m unable to log in using my email address. Each time I try, it keeps prompting me to create a new account instead of letting me sign in.

I’ve paid quite a bit for the skins in this game and ever since then have had countless terrible hands for the past year, to the point where it’s almost laughable.

Crashes on iPhone 11
Game crashed in a ranked match, re-opened the game immediately and didnt redirect me back to the match.
White Screen
After I log in, all I see is a white screen. Clicking app support takes me to another page that’s just a white screen. :(

Totally disappointing
The probability of card dealing has definitely been secretly tampered with. After losing eight consecutive matches and getting big deductions, I was given a consolation match against the AI robots.🥱
Keeps crashing randomly
I love this game but I can’t deal with frantically logging back in after every crash and hoping I didn’t lose while I was out. I see other reviews with the same problem going back 3-4 years so this isn’t just my issue.

发牌真的很离谱
新手刚玩给你很好的牌甚至开局可以直接立直，但是你玩多了或者会玩了他就开始发牌不正常了，我有3种牌摸进一张就能立直，但是他就是能给我连续发3张一样的牌给我都是我不需要的。只有刚玩的时候能快速胡牌后面基本都是需要很久才能听牌。乱发牌的局不用想的4个人里面绝对有人机，就是让你们3个胡几次或者保送一个第一。还有很恶心人的，牌堆剩几十张的时候大家都听牌了，他就给我点炮牌，你不打吧就流局你扣分。

really expensive no free gufts compared with riichicity where you can have at least 12 draws montgly for free

Rigged. Every game has a preselected 4th place player. Game use this to keep you on the toe and play longer.
Buyer Beware (Store will scam you)
The game is fun but I don’t recommend buying anything from the store. Their characters (which are like $15 each) only give you the skin for a character, you then have to pay to unlock the actual character itself, which is random luck based. You will probably spend upwards of $30 to get a random character unlocked, and up to $450 to unlock the one you want through their pity system.
When I realized this was the case, I asked if I could have a refund, even just for store credit in the app, and they denied it. Waste of $15, what a scam.

Please stop making your female characters barely clothed!
Your game do have a lot of female players. I understand you really want to sell those in-game characters and wall papers, but please stop making all the female characters almost naked. You need to stop creating game content and selling points from such a male-gaze perspective. It’s a good game but images like this is churning your female players.

The game is fun but it does have some flaws, the skin sometimes can be very pricey especially the lack of fan service and the rewards can be very lacking as well.
