Why can't I see the dates of my purchases? I don't understand why no one is talking about this! I believe it is wrong and needs to be corrected. This really frustrates me. I buy a lot of things and don't always remember the dates. In an app like Mango, I feel like this feature should be absolutely essential! Please fix this error. I want to be able to see all the details regarding my order-the day, month, and year, as well as which card was used for payment.
Returns option doesn’t work
Don’t use this app to buy from mango. You won’t be able to process returns. How convenient for mango.

Can’t make a return
Guys, that’s not the first time when the app fails to submit the return. It says “We are working to fix the error. Please try again in a few minutes.” But nothing really works. All day I’m trying to submit the return and instead getting this error dialog. Please fix it and I’m not sure I want to deal with this store anymore after such a horrible user experience.

I had five things in my cart and it wouldn’t let me create an account. Then it cancelled all my items. This happened three times and I decided to check out without creating an account

I love Mango, but I’m very disappointed with this app. I can’t even see my purchases, and when you place an order there is absolutely no way to track it. I have no idea when my order will arrive or if it’s even being processed, there is zero information provided. It’s unacceptable not to keep customers updated on their orders. Useless Customer Service
Ordered through this app and received 2 wrong items, contacted customer service and received the most generic answer. Why is the onus on the customer when the company makes a mistake? Now, I have to take time out of my day to either ship the items back and wait forever or go to a store for an exchange, I have a very busy schedule so this is very frustrating. I’ll shop someplace else, I guess.
Takes too long to arrive
Do not buy from them online if you live in USA, it takes 1 month to arrive. And if you return something it takes more than 2 months to get a refund.
Why do you have so many updates
Every-time I come to open this app it required an update. So ridiculous!

If you buy online and want to refund (size is not good) they send wrong invoice. Try not to refund full amount. Do not answer on email. Etc. Just dont buy online

Bueno,atención al cliente horas te deja esperando, los pedidos para llegar es casi un mes la compañía que usan para hacer las entregas la información que brinda es muy vaga desafortunadamente no se puede dar cero estrella nunca más volveré a comprar nada en esta plataforma y no le recomiendo a nadie que lo haga

Your website says that next-day delivery orders should be placed before 12 EST. But it does not say am or pm. So I thought it was a p.m. But your support team says to me that it's not. And after that just kicked me out of the chat when I still wrote the message. I have a vacation trip tomorrow so I need this package today. But your support team just says that I misunderstood the time and is not going to help. The time on your site is not indicated normally!!! It's does not say p.m or a.m

“Place Order” button should be updated to say “Check Out” button
The “Place Order” button in the shopping bag is scary. It looks like once you click it, you will be charged without knowing how much the final cost will be. (The actual total cost will usually add up because of taxes calculated at the checkout.) So It should just say “Check Out” otherwise it’s very confusing and I would hesitate to click the button.
And the shopping bag should also indicate that tax will be calculated at the checkout based on your address.
This kind of stuff seems small, but actually very very important for user experience imo.

Checkout does not work
It is impossible to open checkout page and pay. It opens just a blank page and never loads anything. Quite annoying and make entire app absolutely useless. Latest version of iOs.
