Can’t connect channels
Somehow my channels have been split into different accounts and I cannot link them. I have tried to disable one but still does not work. I am paying for service and am ready to delete everything at this point.

Why is the app down??
I normally love it but it hasn’t worked for hours. I depend on this app and now I have a ton of work to do to make up for its failure today

Hard to get automations to actually work
Constantly telling me that “something went wrong” then I can’t get it to post. I can’t save it as a draft and it doesn’t tell me what’s wrong. It usually takes me over 50 tries before I can actually get an automation to go through.

why have a PRO app but can’t just have an automation reply to just comments and no dms? and once you hit 1k contacts even if you delete them all you’ve hit your limit and all automations stop working! basically you are forced to upgrade to a pro plan! ❌👎

I keep updating all my permissions and relogging in but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to acknowledge that my Instagram is already connected when I go to set up a new automation.

I used this app for a while and it was great at first. After one of my reels blew up, I had to turn off the automated messages because it became overwhelming.
After about a week with the automation turned off, I tried to turn it back on and kept getting a generic error that only says “an error has occurred” with no explanation. I reached out to support, but it wasn’t helpful. It seems to be mostly AI support that doesn’t understand the issue, and even the Instagram messages feel automated.
I also noticed there are features locked behind a paywall that isn’t clearly shown anywhere in the app, and I couldn’t find clear info about it even after looking online.
Now after taking a break for a month and trying again, I can’t log back in. There doesn’t seem to be a normal login option, only “create account,” but my Instagram is still linked to an account I can’t access. Because of that, I’m basically locked out and can’t use the app at all.
At this point, I’m frustrated and honestly concerned. It’s starting to feel sketchy, and I really hope I’m wrong, but I need help getting access back to my account or having my IG unlinked so I can log in again.

Not The Greatest
I payed for a subscription last year. Had a landing page that just disappeared mid year. Got a notice that something was wrong 6 months later after I decided NOT to continue with paid version. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Who knew automations were all run by automations!!!
Issues logging into correct Instagram account
This automatically chooses my Instagram and doesn’t let me log into the account I want to use it on.
Inconsistent and a Waste
The product doesn’t work consistently. Poor customer service. I got locked out and they kept charging me for months. There are other products that do the same thing for a fraction of the price and actually work.
Didn’t work!
This app was great in the beginning but after 3 months in it’s not sending my auto response message to the people who comment on my post. I’m paying $25 a month for pro and it’s not sending the messages! I have refreshed/restarted the app and my page like it says to do and it’s still not working. I have 50 comments I now have to message plus the additional that’s still coming in. There is no customer support that exists to help. They just bring you to the help page to try to figure it out yourself… even tho you’ve gone through all their steps. Every ad that I see pop up about this platform I will make the same complaint until someone from the company reaches out. This is horrible!

I’ve tried to IG in about 10 times and it gets stuck on the log in screen. I have a Google account and it will not go past that screen to select Google as an option to log in. Just brings me back to that screen. So now I have nothing to use for automation….
Don’t waste your time
This was a complete waste of time. Everything was connected properly, but I couldn’t get rid of the notification of no connection to my Instagram account. I completely deleted the account and tried to reconnect and it. Would connect to my Facebook and Instagram account but then would go nowhere no idea how to use this app
App not working
I started using the app and the very same day it stopped working and hasn’t worked since. I cannot make any new auto DMs.
Overcharged😡
I opted for pro 11 days ago, which was meant to be $65 monthly or so the app says, then I started my “free trial “ only for me to get charged $95 today, What in the world is that for? I wrote to them, and they’re telling me, I paid for what I used, really? If I’m being charged $95 for barely 2 weeks, precisely 11 days, how much will you charge when I use your app for a whole month? $300? just to send messages and DMS on instagram alone? How much am I making monthly to be paying that much😡
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried countless time to use the AUTO dm new followers feature as that’s the only reason why I downloaded the app and it continues to say link doesn’t exist after signing into Instagram. What a scam.
DO NOT USE
I downloaded this app to help me with my business goals, little did I know it would immediately flag all of my accounts as being hacked & the support team wouldn’t get back to the emails or tickets sent. Instead of boosting business this has cost me tremendously not just monetarily but my algorithm suffers every day they don’t actually fix the issues they’ve caused. I was told this was the best free app, little did I know they sell your information as soon as you put it in and don’t give an option to opt out until you’ve put everything in and have to go to your settings (again, after your completely set your accounts up including verifying they’re yours which leads to a “hacked” status) if you decide you want an app that automates things, look elsewhere. Probably anywhere else would be better than this app.
APP DOESNT WORK
I’m not able to connect any of my social media accounts. The app gets blocked all the time. Very bad.

I downloaded a week ago and it is not working at all, even if I tried online, nothing. So sad
I pay for the subscription but never feel like I get to use it.
I’m always having connection issues, issues with links sending automatically. It’s awful.
Garbage
This app is garbage. I cannot disconnect it from my instagram. Every time I try there is a loading error. I try another it doesn’t work. I’m trying to find a way to contact them, impossible. Biggest waste of my time.
the worst platform
My professional account was closed without any notice or refund. I lost access to all my work and automations, and support stopped replying. Very disappointing experience - please be cautious before paying.
Not delivering links
I tried to set up a new automation and it told me to set up my Instagram. Then when I try to set up my Instagram it says instagram is already connected. You’re making me miss out on business
Automation Does NOT work
I don't know why but the DMs don't work and it is such a hassle with no one to help as to why the DMS don't work. So frustrating
App not doing the one thing it should
Well this was an absolute disaster. Downloaded the app to see automation and it failed miserably at its 1 job. Even ChatGPT couldn’t solve the riddle and manychat doesn’t provide help.
This is horrible when I made a TikTok account I tried logging in and I couldn’t 👎🏼

Can’t connect IG
I can’t even connect my IG to get started. I’ve tried from Safari, Chrome and my phone and every time it says “400 session invalid”. I give up.
Wish there was support
I was really enjoying the app for a couple of weeks, but then it suddenly stopped working. When my customers request a link, they receive it, but nothing happens when they try to open it. This issue has been going on for over a month, and I haven’t been able to figure out how to contact support. It’s frustrating because this app is a convenient tool for someone in the business on Instagram, but it’s not functioning properly and continues to charge me. There’s no clear way to stop payments, and the lack of proper customer support makes it even more difficult to resolve the issue. There should be a live support system available so I can get assistance.
Keep getting “update” message without a way to update
I’m trying to access my automations in the app, every time I click on a specific automation it gives me the “hang on” message saying I need to update the version of the app, when I click the update button it just brings me to this App Store but doesn’t give me the option to actually update. I’m really frustrated. I need to be able to access my automations in the app otherwise what’s the point?
The app didn’t have all the features
