My app no longer tracks the length of my runs or the pace.
Paused in the middle
WTF it paused several times when my phone was closed and even once when I opened it and was just watching the screen and paused by itself. Not cool at all
App sucks when walking app stops
The software guys need to fix this app. They have not improved this app. So disappointed

I’m about ready to send it to the trashcan. This is the third time I’ve had issues with it in three days. And please don’t come back and tell me to go with a walk. I earned the right to call it a run.
Kill ads on the free version
Love your app I’ve been using it for years, but you seriously need to kill the ads and the prompts to upgrade on the free version.

Bad timing
When my wife and I walk together, the timing is vastly different despite the fact we are walking exactly the same. And the fault is not with the phones - we checked that. So how can we trust the accuracy if two identical works record different times and distances?

Charged without my permission
they charged me for an annual subscription when i didn’t even have the app and never agreed to ANY subscription? tried to get my money back and they won’t let me talk to a human, only AI. Reporting to Apple for this scam

I should not have to create an account just to keep track of my runs
Annoying to use
It’s easier to close and reopen the app to start a new workout than navigating the unintuitive menu and seeing ten thousand ads for their premium subscription
Not consistently accurate
Constantly loses time and distance and then starts reforesting at the end which causes you to lose your pace. “I0 min run fast 1 min slow “ just repeated until it catches up. I can count using my watch without the app and not be distracted by those catch up messages. Which also interrupt my music when it’s happening.
Mileage accuracy off on gps
GPS not accurate. I rode the same exact route and turned at my mile marker that told me on my ride the day before was my 2 mile mark so round trip should have been 4 miles. When I did it next day, my mark was off by .2 of a mile. Putting my round trip at 3.8 and not 4 miles.
Advertising
I love this app, but it’s hard enough to get the app open and going while juggling my dog. Being forced to turn down the premium ad each time makes using the app more difficult and me less likely to purchase the premium package.

Every time I pause at a stoplight when I restart it automatically adds several seconds to my time. Also, I run the exact same 5 mile route all the time. Sometimes it will say 4.8 miles up to 5.1 miles. This needs improvement,

Every time I go on my run it just stops tracking at some point
