J’utilise Maps.me depuis plus de 10 ans. L’application m’a accompagné à travers le monde. Néanmoins, l’appât du gain fait qu’on passe d’une application open source gratuite à une planche à billet. 5 euros par moi pour une application de navigation. Bye bye je m’en vais trouver une nouvelle application ( il y en a plein sur le marché)

I paid for this app a long long time ago. No restrictions on functionality like how many offline maps can be downloaded.
I decided to use the app on a trip this year and every single time I launch it I get a full screen popover with fireworks and a 4 hour countdown for a discount on “Pro” for something like $20/month - and I already paid for the app! SHAME ON YOU.

Looks like a russian spyware
Mail.ru took it closed source in 2015. Why would anyone fall for it?
Automatic $60 Charge
All I did was download a free app and now I have a $60 charge. I did not sign up for maps.me pro and it just randomly charged me.

There are SO MANY issues with Apple and Google I literally through out an $1800 computer! The first thing I saw here was “New Liquid Glass”. NOOO! It’s controlling to take away people’s choices and customizations! KEEP IT CRAZY AMERICANT ZOMBIE CONFORMISTS!
No Happy!
I installed this app believing in the 3 days free try period. Same day installed, same day uninstalled as usual just to make sure I won’t be charged just in case I don’t like the app. Well… big surprise!!! I was charged $46.99 anyway. I feel scammed, and I like to have my money back, ASAP!
Don’t trust it!!
This app left me in a pickle twice in Costa Rica. I downloaded the app in Maps. It sent me on a wild goose cheese an hour out of the way honey rough dirt road in the mountains between La Fortuna and Hako. It was not a good situation. It tried to do it again when I was coming back down to San Jose, but I stopped and looked at the map. I would not recommend using this app for guidance.

First of all I didn’t even intend to subscribe to this app, I got billed $55 for an app that I have no use for. This app DOES NOT WORK, I can’t even type my own home address, it keeps saying there is an error, so basically I cannot type any address, so what is this gps supposed to be good for?
And they won’t refund me my money. What type of businesses is this? Your app doesn’t work and you want to steal my money?.

Worst map app I’ve ever used
least intuitive map app I’ve ever used. Nothing works, even if the map is downloaded.
Once free now a disgrace not map apps.
Back when this application was new I really enjoyed it because it had features that was very easy to work with and would work great.
Now it feels very limited because they now make you have to pay for a subscription to use much of the application it feels like there is now as many map locations to be able to download as well.

I am not paying to view a damn map! And why so damn many popups? This app needs removed from the App Store!

I loved this app and used it often until I needed a map of Georgia. The map of Georgia shows no Abkhazia or Tskhinvali Region, which is disrespectful to Georgia's territorial integrity and European values.
“Lies” it ain’t free
They will ask you to pay once you download, without paying the app won’t let you do anything. Don’t trust the description about it being free to download and use

Have good att coverage in Madrid but this app is unable to locate my very centrally located hotel and therefore cannot give me directions from there to anywhere!!!

I purchased this app last Jan. and all was well, really enjoyed using it. Then three months ago, I could not access all of my downloaded maps and I was now considered a trial user, having to pay.
I reached out to the support staff, supplying all the purchase details, screenshots , etc, and just now TWO MONTHS LATER they respond, asking for the same data I supplied initially.
Now, I’m faced with two lost months of my subscription already and even more lost time and $$$$ while I wait for, what, another request for the same thing?
Very sad, thought this was a great app.

Crashing after updating and still crashing after ios26 update
Just update iPhone to ios26 and this once great and very useful app is now completely worthless. It crashes while trying to open. Not once EVERYTIME I try to open it. Please FIX YOUR app! I paid for the pro version and now cannot use what I bought.
Negative 5 stars after updating. Was a great app before updating. Now it’s negative 5 stars because the app will not even open. Just crashes. Worst thing-I paid for the upgrade plan. Completely useless now.

Its not even uo to date, its like 20 years behind. Ive seen places on the map that havent existed since ei was a kid.

My home address is visually on the map but not in the data. Can’t even edit to add it to “Home”. If mistake adding wrong location to “Home” or “Work”, can’t edit. There’s not enough data to trust even in my own neighborhood. Finding landmarks is spotty at best. User interface lacks the logic of google maps.
Used to be better
Excellent for navigation when you want to limit data usage on your cellular plan. But the latest update has too many annoying pop-ups trying to get you to upgrade.
No satellite view
It's a great app but no satellite view ruins it :/
