Good for nothing
Content is really good but app sucks… it wont let you play videos. Every time it is ready with some another error to show up which wont let you play videos. Customer service is the worst no words, they never solved any problem their solutions are just like restart phone , update app , change wifi ( like i have many WIFI’s any my possession) theyy suck….
Buy cerebellum, prep etc anything but not marrow .

Your app is too big to have bugs.
I gave one of your live tests, I attempted all of the questions. Somehow the app says I skipped 136 questions! There’s something wrong at your end. This is unacceptable. If I am unable to check my performance Ina reliable and trustworthy fashion what’s the point of you charging thousands of rupees? Work on your app, marrow being marrow, you cannot afford to give your users (who are all doctors) such an irregular and unpredictable experience.

No one to even pick up your call or respond to emails. You must value your customers specially when we are paying you so much money.

Very bad customer support
I have never written a review on any app before. However, the customer service at marrow is so lacking that it had to be done. I have purchased a plan C from marrow and I could access all the videos q banks etc on the platform. However, since the edition 8 update I am unable to access any of the videos. I have written about this 9 days ago and still I am having the same issue. Every two days I get a reply with have you tried “deleting and reinstalling the app” , “restart your device” bla bla. If this was a free app i wouldn’t even bother running after this much. If I didn’t want the videos then I would have taken a plan A or a B. So disappointed and outraged. I would have given a minus star if that was a thing.

Backward seek in a video leads to video stuck and app crashes.

Marrow blocks your account for verification.
Marrow blocks your account after your payment is done and then asks for verification. So please verify the account before you purchase. Or else you will loose many days of your package for unblocking process. Sad to say but i felt marrow to be uncooperative.

Horrible KYC verification
2 stars for their quality content and 3 stars less for their arrogant, good for nothing legal team. Dear marrow, KYC is just your headache and not something your user has to bother about. You should give enough time for this. Even the banks are giving more time. Also you should teach people in your legal team to write proper emails to the users. Not to threaten your users after paying 33k. Blocking account is too much and that also at the end of business day. So you are blocking service for over 12-15 hours. Also as a working doctor I’m not simply watching my email all the time to upload the documents in the 2 hour window you provided. If you follow this as a practice you people soon end up spending all your time in consumer court. Showing some courtesy to users is not a sin.
