It impossible to do most of the special quest cause they the combat rating at somewhere you can never reach with you characters it just dumb cuz the buff they give no even gone be enough to get you even close to what the combat rating is for those quest they’re way to high and to hard to level up characters especially the 7stars

They push and push to buy there packs and unit packages to progress and then when you do progress you get ur unlocked rewards taken away and them the tier rewards you buy in game when they bug and u report the send a message that life sucks and it happens with no accountability on there end I have played this game since the very beginning and this last year of game play has been the absolute worst I have ever played especially when seeking help from kabam.
Bait and Switch
They said to spend money and units to unlock tiered rewards. Once I did unlock the summer tier 4 event by spending money and units, they locked the tier before I could get all of the proper rewards. No fault of mine. They just said they had a glitch and can’t fix my account. So I have to spend a lot of money and units to do it all over again. Not the first time they have had this sort of issue. Very frustrating and disappointing. They are trying to ignore the problem they created.
Brain dead company
How incompetent do you have to be to mess up your 3rd biggest sale of the year. I spent $400 worth of in game currency to get nearly the same rewards as someone lower ranked then me and they only had to spend a fraction of the price because of a bug. Kabams response was “Life is unfair move on”
Don’t play-kabam only cares about money
Kabam has done it again, they’ve cheated their customers and community by adding corrupted offers to their application. Their fix is to allow all the corrupted purchases to go through and to cheat all players that made legitimate purchases out of their purchased content. Their response, “we won’t fulfill your purchase, or give you back what you spent, so sorry for your loss”. SAVE YOURSELF AND SKIP THIS APP. Kabam does not care about anything outside of themselves and their bottom dollar. Their resolution is for their community to double down and spend money AGAIN for what they already paid for. This mindset causes lawsuits! Pay attention Kabam, this is extremely poor business practice and unfair and unlawful.

Trash the game is great till your characters get to a certain level then the game requires you to spend a lot of money to level up then spend more money on energy total rip off I would never spend a dime that can go to hundreds of dollars not worth it stick to my ps5🤔😡

Not only are the rewards not even close to the monetary value but the game is always sub buggy and crashing. I've been through all the highs and lows and it's time to retire the game.

You spend your money to move ahead, but it’s never enough. They always want more money. Marvel is the greedy company in the world. Hope they rot in hell.
Garbage AI
The AI in this game is terrible and you developers know it. I’ve been playing this game for 10+ years and the way these AI fight now is laughably bad. Frame-perfect, flawless gameplay from these overpowered champions you create nowadays. What else would we expect from you greedy losers though? Game has been pay to win for every single year it’s ever been out. The way the AI plays now is a testament to that. If you don’t have the meta champs you won’t have a good time and you can’t progress because you are essentially walled. I hope you loser developers sleep well at night. You sold your souls a long time ago.

One Star - Frustrating Pay-to-Win Progression
Contest of Champions has become extremely frustrating because the game feels heavily built around a pay-to-win structure. Progressing and leveling up champions, especially 7-star champions, is unnecessarily difficult unless you are willing to spend money.
The game strongly discourages cheating and bans accounts for breaking the rules, but the actual fights often feel unfair. There are fights where enemy champions seem to take little or no damage, revive right when you are about to win, or knock out your champion with a single hit. It feels unbalanced and pushes players toward spending units to revive their own knocked-out champions.
Grinding for revives, potions, and progression resources is also a huge hassle. It takes forever to pick up anything useful, and it feels like an entirely separate chore just to prepare for the actual content. Even worse, when you try to grind side quests to earn revives and health potions, you can lose progress in other quests and have to start all over again.
The progression system feels like a vicious cycle. You need stronger champions to beat harder quests, but you need to beat those hard quests to get the resources required to level up those champions. It ends up feeling less like a fair game and more like gambling, where the house always wins.
This game does not feel balanced or fair for players who do not want to keep spending money just to make progress.

AI in arena Cheats
Have a character with a 6000 attack rating matched against one with a 8000 rating? Tough but doable until the match starts and their attack rating jumps up to 12000. Hit them 75 times and their health drops 25%. They hit you 3 times and you’re dead. The AI must have some special synergy boost right? Nope. Pick the same characters in your roster and you don’t get a magical 50% boost. You also don’t get unblockable or unstoppable moves when you use those same characters the AI is using but the AI does. Can’t block AI mid special move, but AI can block you in the middle of your special move. Bottom line, expect to lose after 5-10 rounds regardless of what you do or how you strategize. And also expect low value rewards as you grind away to rank up your champions unless you use real money in the store (which is also a waste of time because the AI will just outmatch whatever rank you get to).

The developers of this game are truly horrible people.
Offers are blatantly deceptive, buying items with mis clicks is happening by design. Customer support will cheerfully rip you off. Do not give this company money. Do not download this game. You will be cheated and scammed. Kabam and it’s employees are filthy, lying, hateful garbage. Karate Mike in particular is a smarmy, gaslighting liar.

This game hates you
I reopened this game to find almost all the champions I worked so hard for were gone and I was back at the second part of act 1 so anyone who reads this don’t play this game!
TERRIBLE
This game is absolutely terrible.
I’ve downloaded this game multiple times over the last year and once you run out of all the perks and stuff the game gives you it’s damn near impossible to obtain the materials needed for upgrading champions.
I’ve been stuck trying to obtain tier two basic catalyst for over two weeks now.
It claims you can find them in act 2 yet I’ve played through it all and still nothing, you can’t obtain them through daily quests either because the game explains literally nothing or the bare minimum and gives no context.
Out of all the Marvel games on the App Store this one is by far the most complex to learn for absolutely no reason.
I would recommend ANY other marvel game besides this one.

Free profile pics
Devs need to make it where the free profile pics can be deleted in in-game mail. I hate seeing it as an offer but can remove it for 30 days
AI makes the game unenjoyable
This was my favorite game but now the AI makes the opponents constantly counter almost every move I make before I even finish the input. It’s sad because I’ve been playing since the start and loved it at some point but now I play for two minutes and get so frustrated that I just close the app.

If you like your money being stolen and being cheated at every turn, this is the game for you. Kabam is absolute and utter garbage.

Look, if you're a fan of Marvel and like fighting games, it may be the best one on the market. But Kabam is absolutely incapable of releasing a new version each month without tons of bugs. Right now, they're enraging their playerbase because one of their bugs caused an unaffair advantage for a large group of people who got in before the bug was caught and fixed, but they refuse to compensate those who didn't exploit the bug fairly. They literally told us "life isn't fair." Yes, they did, check their forums. Life may not be fair, but business practices are required to be. So if you like playing Marvel games, it can be fun. Just know the creator doesn't care about it's players and it's only a matter of time until you get screwed by them, especially if you give them your hard earned money.
