I love this game, but there’s some problems
Every single time I’m trying to log into the game. It literally takes so goddamn long like it’s so annoying. It won’t just let me into the game. It just keeps taking so long to load and that’s really annoying even though I’m not trying to play my favorite game.
Won’t open
Ever since they changed the gameplay engine, it shuts off while playing. Now as of 21 June 2026, it will not open.
Always crashes
There isn’t a single day of game play where the game doesn’t crash. If you’re in the middle of team battle arena you just automatically lose. Support is terrible as well: Lost access to my old account which I had spent money on and they never respond. Just a money grab and they don’t actually care about the players. Disappointing to say the least
Customer Support Hard to Access
Can’t access Customer Support because my issue doesn’t fall under the few categories they’ve listed. Link to Agent Supplies won’t let me buy anything item. After selecting an item to purchase, it leads me to a blank screen. Didn’t have this problem before until this weekend. Guess they don’t want my money. (And the game crashes a lot too).

I used to play this game for hours and hours. Watch Cynicalex and learn everything to know. Also buy crystals and everything but now. Its pathetic and dead. Updates are just dangle new uniforms and new things to buy but never use the money they make to actually optimize and prolong its life.reddit and the internet is flooded with complaints and most notably the crashing. Now the phone i use is apple and not nee but not that old…and even with settings down to the lowest i can it crashes in majority of the content. Combo skills too much…crash…load Giant boss raid…crash…auto mode the dispatch missions…you guessed it crash…Dont waste you money and time…now this review will probably be buried but honestly this game has be dead for a while but netmarble just is zapping it back like a zombie just to keep the cash flowing…if they fix their optimization I’ll comeback if not. Well others will follow once they get sick of a game breaking when you want to actually play it.

I’ve been playing this game for years. Recently though, the game literally crashes every 2 minutes. I have an iPhone 16 pro and yes, I’ve done all the “fixes” to the game. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, done the Hokey Pokey and still it crashes. It’s very difficult to enjoy a game that you can’t play anymore.

Terrible Customer Service!
Between changing phones over the last few years my account failed to sync back with my Gmail account. Still had purchase receipts in my emails and sent them to attempt to get access to my old account. They denied access after I provided them with all the “proof” they asked me for. They then stated it was due to them not being able to trace purchases from that long ago. 100% would avoid spending any money in their game.

You need money just do in one week what dudes do in 10 min. The buttons happen not to work when you need to play vs bosses and your weeks of work is wasted. This game is a money grab.

I used to like this game
There are some fun aspects towards the game as there are a variety of characters to play as with decent gameplay. But as you keep playing, the progression stake becames a major issue and unrealistic as it's another game with these microtransactions and the game is very reliant on it. I understand that companies need to make money but there's a point where people are going to draw the line due to the pay to win features. Also the story is the most nothingburger thing ever. Overall, I don’t really recommend playing this as although it’s a fun start, it quickly becomes repetitive and microtransactions are heavily shoved down your throat.

I used to play this game back in 2022 and its was the best super hero game I ever played when I was spider man I could swing a web ball I could dodge and shoot a web they don’t have a dodge button and everything just big colors this game lost its touch I even fought another spider man and I got the video still

It’s ok main thing is wish there were new epic quest and new storylines and just wish it was easier to upgrade tiers on my characters without having to spend money on them now I just mainly get on collect my things for check in and the. Takes Up Too Much Storage & Overwhelming Presentation
The gameplay is kind of fun, but there are a couple of issues.
For one, the amount of storage this game is taking up is off the charts. On the App Store, it says that this game takes up 1.35 GB. However, on just my second day of playing (after the game had downloaded an update), the game was taking up 5.33 GB! This is way more than I had bargained for, and this is an insane amount of storage for a game that was just alright.
Secondly, the game is just overwhelming in general. In the actual gameplay there are around 7 buttons, none of which are explained in the tutorial. Moreover, the attacks associated with these buttons change from character to character, making it impossible to know which buttons do what. Another thing that is overwhelming is all of the aspects of character progression. There’s too many things that can boost the characters, such as upgrades with differing currencies, allies, items, outfits, team combinations, etc. Finally, the interface is too crowded and complicated, with far too many different menus, missions, and pages to keep track of. There are many different kinds of currencies, which is typically a mark of a pay-to-win game. On top of that, there are pop-ups for purchases, which are unclear and confusing like everything else in the game’s many menus and pages.
I feel like the game would be much more enjoyable if it was greatly simplified (less menus, currencies, and buttons), and if the storage was optimized to keep the game under 2-3 GB.

I like it but I liked evolution better
I want you to release marvel future evolution again and please just rerelease it I miss playing it a lot I liked fighting the hydra guard and I just feel more and more depressed thinking about it please rerelease it with the same characters same enemy same free roam and levels it was fun

This game has been great for as long as it’s been out. My complaint is the fact when I update it the update stops at a certain point whether small or large it’s been from lots of data to very minuscule amounts this may be my device though and I’m open to that possibility but I’m also open to the possibility of it being the game and due to this I cannot open the game until the update is downloaded and it usually takes a very long time for it to download due to this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and this does not fix it. It’s been happening for about half a year or possibly a full year. Everything else is fine though it’s usually 5 out of 5 stars

Almost all aspect of the game are overwhelming, there are too many elements to the game, the missions are all the same, and you basically just click the attack buttons to play. skins look cool though

Why is the world boss legend such a pain to defeat. And then MFF has the audacity to put a challenge in the game stating you have to defeat it to get a tier 4. Sorry to break it to you, but most people are not beating WBL without a tier 4. I have been so close everytime with a team of tier 3s and 1 tier 4 and I still have a hard time beating him. The WBL needs to be nerfed because this is ridiculous. And on top of all that every YouTuber that has posted anything about it is from a year ago. Everytime I get into the battle expecting to know what happens because I just watched a year old playthrough and then it literally throws curveballs at me so I CANT defeat it. Which by the way most of the YouTubers are Indian and are barely making any sense in most of the walkthrough vids.
Money Hungry
I loved this game when I was little and I still somewhat like playing it although they’ve made the game more and more paywall over the years and the introduction of seasonal uniforms is one of the most ridiculous things to make a meta specifically only for the pay to win players while free to play players suffer more and more.
Constant data updates
It seems everyday I’m having to download a 3,165.04MB file it’s making it to the point where I won’t even log in for a few days cause I’m tired of having to download the files. I get the game needs updates but every single day is ridiculous. Been playing this game since it first came out and I’m at my breaking point with it. Three days in a row as of 12/26/25 absolutely unacceptable.
Boring
This game lost my interest in it , but I am sure anyone who likes repetitive upgrading for characters for large roster.
