You guys seriously need to fix that the enemy team gets 500 turns per each enemy and my team gets only one turn a round from the whole team. Kinda defeats the purpose of leveling up if I’m getting my butt handed to me by lower levels it should be enemy team gets one turn per each player on their team then I get a turn per each player on my team it’s just completely unfair especially when the rebuffs stack up and your best players get taken out
No player agency, absurd monetizion
I have played this game on and off since launch and I’m in an endgame guild. I’m an endgame player, and over the years I have thoroughly enjoyed the game, even though I needed to take breaks every now and then for real life reasons. This game used to be a blast. Getting characters unlocked through events was a common occurrence. They also gave out free orbs and had fun events where you could work hard and earn great rewards. Now the events all have a cap as to what you can do without spending money. The rewards that are actually worth something to an endgame player are paid for and there’s no way to earn them without spending money. It used to be pay to win, which is fine in a game like this. However, now the game is more pay to play than anything else. A lot of events are locked behind characters that you can only get with money. They recently removed the ability to buy orbs for characters to unlock them through in-game currency that you earn from arena and other events. And worst of all, it just feels like a canned experience to me. You don’t have any agency as a player. If you want to be competitive or complete events as much as you can without spending, you must build up the characters that they want you to build. Maybe some people like that, but I don’t. It used to be a really fun game but now it just feels bad to play. I used to be a moderate spender in this game but once they removed a lot of the fun things that you used to get for free, I lost my desire to spend. I’ve only been free to play for a few months but it just feels terrible.
Money grab
I've played MSF for +5 yrs. It's a shame how it has turned into a cash grab. I understand it is a gacha game, but the model used is ridiculous compared to other games that not only offer more (gameplay, animation, story, etc), but also have much more reasonable approach to money. They even have "special events" tailored so that only “whales” can play. If this is untrue, I would like to hear from a developer telling me I'm lying. THAT is something that I haven't found on any other gacha game.
Rewards are *ss
Wtf is wrong with the developers?? Are you guys for real? Getting rid of the power cores as rewards for arena and continuing to make the battle pass rewards awful is the easiest and quickest way to get people to stop playing, including myself. The only way to get power cores as a free to play player a you get rid of it for some *ss training fragments and not even enough for ONE FULL ORB. You are greedy, terrible company. A majority of your players aren’t spending and will not spend and this isn’t the wait to get them to spend, it’s the way to get them to stop playing.
Just fix the game. Really not hard
It’s so easy to fix this game, rework old characters and update existing content (relic hunt and dailies for example) instead the apex team is Jeff who is famous from a toddler cartoon. You dropped the ball on thunderbolts, and dropped the ball on the new game makeover. Rather quit than learn about the boosts (I’ve spent thousands and have played since 2018)
Spending Money only Option
Once you’re in end game and trying to the “new” context (thats just a rehash of old stuff) you can only spend money. Never spend money in a mobile game.

The game was fun when I first started but as time moved on over the years of playing it just got worse resources where up and down now it’s basically pay to win andthe free players get screwed game modes aren’t interesting enough unlocking characters are way too difficult and it’s just annoying I basically log in do my daily stuff and feel like what’s the point of anything else I see why most players have quit or focus on other games more now do better scopely
There’s a reason whales are leaving
Been playing this game since day 1. Spent hundreds over the years. Logged in today after a very long break. And wow, this game is seriously designed by smooth brained low IQ morons. Their only solution to difficulty is manipulation of turn meter. That’s it. Zero thought whatsoever, just make NPC opponent fast. Laziest game development there is. Zero strategy, just have characters geared enough to be able to sustain the abuse of 10x turns before your characters go. Star Wars galaxy of heroes is far better. Spend your money there and make this company fail.
No more coring for characters
Now they are taking away the ability to use power cores to get character shards which means you will have to spend money, bad business model especially considering the state of the economy and the world is in, people will start quitting the game due to it! Was a fun game while it has lasted but this right here will kill the game.

Power cores are now obsolete
Core currency has now become obsolete, so why even bother to PVP. That is really low to take away character shards with cores because you aren’t getting enough money for new character drops. This game is turning into a nightmare, resources are scarce, such as t4 ability material, gold, and training mats, but they sure do give an abundance of beginner resources. This game use to be fun but they only want to see how much money they can squeeze from you.

Not really free anymore
This game is gone really downhill, which is why many people who have played for years and even some who have paid for years or leaving. The creators have gotten greedy and essentially unless you’re paying hundreds, if not thousands of dollars there’s no way you can compete with everyone else.
Way downhill
Game used to be good. Been playing 2936 days straight (achievement in game,) but they have bottleneck Ed the game so bad unless you pay to play. Scopley has no destroyed 2 formerly amazing games. This and Walking dead RTS.

I like this game ok but I do think you did do this event a little to much (aka overkill) the second and first have 1 g20 and I generally think THE SECOND ONE IS THE HARDEST I DONE ABOUT 300 ATTEMPTS AND NOTHING NEW HAS HAPPEN. I’m so sad
I’ve spent 6 years with this game now. Like most games it’s had its highs and lows, but I’ve always had faith in the developers and positive outlook during the lows. I’ve finally hit the point where that no longer exists. There is almost no reason to activity play the game modes any further. The rewards for almost each mode are pointless. With each update I’ve held out hope that the changes will positively address the games core issues. But all they do is exacerbate the underlying problems. I could at least maintain a positive outlook if they were attempting fixes that weren’t effective, but that’s not what is happening. The game feels like it’s in its final stages and they are extracting the last bit of value they can from it. And truly, that makes me sad.
Loading time and struggles on cell service
Perpetually stuck at 37% and actions in game stalling out. Been waiting over 10m to sim my raids.

Anniversary Garbage
This supposed Anniversary event is straight up garbage. All your resources will be wasted trying to find joy in this poorly run game. The constant influx of new characters and inability to get them will drive you insane. It takes on average a 6 months to get a single new character ranked up and able to compete, but by then, 120 new characters have been added. This game is for spenders, it will never be free to play. Why I’ve played this game since 2018 is beyond me. Maybe I just hate myself enough that I continue to torture myself with it. Year after year it gets worse. At least Marvel Future Fight is fun. Maybe I’ll just stick with what is actually enjoyable.
Greedy
These developers are getting more and more greedy everyday. This game used to be fun now it feels like a chore that you have to spend money on to advance or even unlock characters

I have played this game off and on for a while now and after so long I like to start a new game cause there at time is a lot of new stuff.
1. You need to make deleting an account so much easier. Do what Star Wars does and type delete and it's immediately deleted or even what contest of champions does and starts a 30 day timer before your account gets deleted. 2. It is insane how lazy you are that you do not implement a few things till you are a higher level. These 2 things I am about to mention were added later and instead of implementing them from the get go you chose the easy route and they just trigger later for whatever reason. You need to be able to upgrade all from the get go. It is insanely tedious and annoying to have to select each piece of gear one by one till you reach a certain level. Some gear is extra annoying cause you have to combine it then equip it. 3. You need and should be able to create teams from the get go as well not have to wait till level 40. Having it earlier makes it easier for people to set stuff up they want to work for. 4. In game if you go to a character and it's like this pack is 9.99 but if you click here and go to the web store you get a bonus and you go and get an error code saying it's no longer there or been deleted you need to adjust that in game. Stop being lazy. Twice I have had this happen and what this is going to do is if I do choose to spend money I will just buy in app where you lose money as some goes to Apple instead of going to the web where you get all the money. This only hurts you and your profit. This game has been around long enough these should not be issues.

Crashes
Game play itself is fine but game will always crash at least twice a day, especially in the middle of a battle. Figure out your bugs so it’ll stop crashing.
Used to be
This game has been trending down a lot over the past 2 years. It’s almost unplayable at this point. The devs are disconnected from the player base and spitefully put out content nobody is asking for while refraining from having the events we want as playable. I would recommend finding a better and more enjoyable phone game. I have been playing for 7 years so very familiar with both the old and new content.

Wow terrible
I will say I have been a long time player and after this latest money grab to make characters non coreable, I will have to walk and it’s only a matter of time till they close up shop this game is dead and they are so greedy it’s unreal. Sick truly and that sucks cause there was a time this game was awesome it is not anymore plain and simple.

Won’t refund my purchase
5 year daily player here. Probably have spent many hundreds over the years. Possibly over a grand. Anyways, I figured I’d jump back into buying the passes (they have 2). Went to the site and they had them listed in the wrong order. Realized after my purchase applied to the wrong one. Reached out to support to notify them their site is wrong, and they refused to correct it or even do a simple refund so I could buy the correct one.
Avoid this game like the plague. They will deceive you in any way to make a buck. Having to do a chargeback with bank. After 5 years what a horrible way to lose a loyal player. Not to mention I was planning to buy 1 pass every few weeks. Braindead business decision but hey- that’s how this company treats its players

Fell off
This game fell off so bad that I instantly quit. I just get on to do my dailies and hop off. nothing else to even do on this game anymore it’s so boring mad ads and game always freezes
Developers clueless greed
This game makes a new character every 2 weeks that cost 50 bucks to only get them a 3 star gives zero time to level up the newer characters poof another new toon. This game is straight greed and pay to win methods. End game is a grind fest unless you open up your wallet. This game has gone to the toilet and I been playing this since it’s stated. The developers have screwed this game up so much, now it constantly fails to load, glitches, and has to restart. But at least they are trying to sell us BS to play the game. Unfortunately they really have destroyed a good game.

They showed me an offer that after I paid I got no where near what what shown was included. After I’ve spent over $300 in past month since starting, it’s infuriating they won’t stand up for their error and even acknowledge I paid for things I didn’t get. 1 out of 5 stars. It’s sick. Unbelievable you can spend hundreds and they don’t care one bit. They just refer you to FAQs and the sort.

Cash grab, avoid
Been playing this game for years and the last 6 months or so the devs have clearly made it a pay to win game. Constantly adding new characters and events but can’t progress in the event unless you spend money, they don’t even hide it anymore they explicitly tell you you have to spend money to complete certain events

It's free but you will struggle with recourses unless you pay and events too impossible as the enemy will take infinite turns, even on easy, you can't build more teams as that takes money! Save yourself the stress! Don't play!
Don’t waste your time or money!!
This game has become complete trash. Teams you are double or more powerful than just wiping the floor with your team. Suddenly in combat your team members miss every attack for seemingly no reason. The events are tired and boring, with almost all events being geared towards high level players or events that you can only earn rewards if you spend money. Wtf, what once was fun has so obviously morphed into an unenjoyable grind designed to do one thing. Get your money.
Please fix this bug
The game is fun but whenever I try to play it gets stuck on the loading screen and it’s stays on 7% and sometime 11% but when it loads it says error gray one or something like that and it’s been happening for one year it’s getting so annoying so I tried to get another device and that barely works only like two time every month it works and last time I checked I lost a lot of character levels
Customer Support Sucks
Customer support provides bs responses and absolutely no actual support. They ask you to take it to discord and the person responsible for helping is worse. Game mechanic failures are passed on to the player. No responsibility whatsoever, even if it’s related to a purchase. Game is fun, but this part gets old fast.

Latest update buggy
Latest update introduced multiple bugs. Every other time I rank a character it gets stuck on the animation and I have to restart the game. There is a lot of lag now switching between crystals, and tabs. Lag that was never there before with a 1 sec to 2sec delay.
