Loud noises can’t be muted
The app recently started playing unpleasant background sounds (music) that doesn’t mute. I tried the mute setting and it doesn’t work. I listen to music so I can’t turn the volume off. Very annoying and I stopped playing.
No customer service
I have an Apple iPad, and since Apple put out a software update a few weeks ago, the game closes in the middle of games, right at the end of a game when I’m watching ads to get extra points-in both instances I lose points and “lives”, and during the tournaments that are available, my team gets affected by the points that get lost. I’ve reported this to the “Help Desk” multiple times in the past 2 weeks and STILL I and my team have to deal with this. I play other games and they do not seem to be affected by the last 2 Apple software updates, and my team mates-one plays the game on an iPhone, the other on a Samsung tablet-and they do not seem to get affected when updates are done on their systems, apparently just me. So if you plan on downloading this game think how much annoyance you want because even though my team members are currently not having issues, they too have had sudden issues with the game that seem to take forever to get resolved. Frankly there recently seems to be a lot of dependence on AI on their “help desk”, so good luck there 🤨
WAAAAY TOO MANY ADS!!
After being a fan for so long, i finally quit because the ads got to be TOO MUCH. In the past, you would watch a 15 to 30 second ad or a fair number point. Now the points are minimal and the ads are twice as long. It’s too bad because I enjoyed playing the game! I’m out!
Pathetic Ads
The game used to be so enjoyable and so much fun - a great escape and stress reliever. Sadly an unfortunately now it has become nothing but a pathetic ad infused experience. They had short ads it would be fine, but they are increasingly adding longer repetitive ads lasting 40-60 seconds constantly. It’s annoying and pathetic. A great game gone down the drain.
Not a cool game
I have loved playing this game but there are times there is actually no way to win and they want you to keep buying points to keep playing. I had a spin one time that was for 1000 points and that kept me playing but now the free spins are not worth much and the games are impossible to complete in the time frame and I will just have to give it up. Done! Sorry. I used to find it challenging and fun.

The ads are playing almost constantly and stealing my time. A Star Wars ad just keeps playing over and over. I’m about to stop playing and ads that annoy me are definitely not convincing me to buy the product. Do better or lose a consumer. The game itself is fun.
Full of ads
If you like to be bombarded with ads, this is the game for you. The ads pop up, and you can’t get rid of them or X them out. If you want to play a 2nd time, ads pop up. If you pause a game - you guessed it - an ad pops up. The title of this game should be ADS!
Pop up ads ruining this game
I‘ve been playing for years and have loved the game, but recent upgrades include pop up ads that play numerous times in the middle of tournaments and competitions. They have ruined it. Serious question: do devs really think such disruptive ads inspire good will toward advertisers? Quite the opposite. Would greatly prefer a paid option that’s ad free.
Love the game but they def upset me
I’ve been playing this game nonstop for a week straight. The app closed out on me during a game when I was SO close to finishing and messed my streak up with the spaceship.
ALSO I started a challenge that lasted for 2 days. I opened the app back up and it made me start all the way over .. they need to get it together.

Freezing Issues
Game freezes at level end and gives no credits back for coins or helps used. We are getting scammed here. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Little to zero help from support. They just hep saying the same thing over and over. “We are working on it.”
Unhappy
Game is addictive when it works. For the last 4 weeks there has been a freezing problem when you complete a level, this loses you the level, the earned points, the earned rewards, coins you’ve used to complete the level as well as helps used. Support is non- responsive. You get a canned AI response without any action taken.
Constant Ads During Game
Constant ads during game play. Takes up your time and have to swipe away non stop. Also, objects don’t move when swiped. Need to swipe multiple times for an object to move. Used to be a decent game, now it’s frustrating, non working garbage.
Done! Screen Freezes
Just left a team that I enjoyed being a part of because the screen froze and took my last remaining power up with it. I paid for those power ups only to have your system freeze and take away whatever power up that was used for the particular game. This was the last time! Instead of rolling out updates that changes the look of the games icon on your screen, how about everyone work on the bug that’s causing the issue. Let me know once resolved and I’ll come back.
Offensive Ads!
The frequency, length & click to close of the ads is excessive, & obscene. Spend almost as much time clicking ad close X as playing the game.

Absolutely a garbage game. You pay $10 to get rid of ads but they still pop up. They also make every search game impossible to win unless you watch ads or pay $2.00 for a 1 minute extension on it. They should be sued for lies and deception!

It really really sucks when you play a round and complete it only to have the game freeze it and not complete the round. Literally sits there forcing a shutdown therefore losing your ufos and so much more. Fix this freaking issue that’s been happening for weeks and I know your well aware of.

Let be this game BUT it has a glitch that freezes games at the end so you don’t get points you’ve earned AND I’ve recently purchased coins and don’t receive them.

Wastes your time, kills your fun
The ads on this app are so intrusive. You’re game play is timed and ads will begin in the middle of play, forcing you to lose and waste one of your plays so you can’t ever finish. Also, not given any option to do ad free permanently or for any reasonable cost. Wastes your time and makes it impossible to enjoy playing. Deliberately stifles your progress.
Do not download this game
The latest version is garbage. There is no way to send any feedback. I finish a match game using many of my helps and the level never completes. It just hangs. A waste of time.

Game freezes up way to much. Especially when you have built up ufo's then you loose all your progress. Help/CS is worthless

I paid for no ads and played this game every single day. Now there’s an ad at the bottom of the screen that keeps popping up while playing. It’s so frustrating! What a joke!!!

Major Issues/Find another game
For the past month I’ve had: App closes mid game so I lose the extras I use on that level and the 100 coins to get extra time. I can only login in via the App Store as when I login in via the App itself there is no Wally Game, and if by chance I make a level it’s a 50/50 chance the Ad crashes and boots me out of game or I have to close the App and reopen via the App Store. My other teammates have the same thing happening. I have reported to no avail, I buy the Match Pass and “Skip Ads” which I will no longer do as will my teammates. This game has been good for over 5 years for me and now I’m ready to say Goodbye to it. Lion Studios Plus only cares about the $$$.

Ad HEAVY game
Could be a really good game but almost every time you to touch the screen an ad pops up and then it locks the game because they want you to watch a minutes long ad. If you want to go ad free, plan on emptying your bank account, highway robbery to eliminate ads for a month.

The extra time bonus activates or not, at random. And it’s enraging when the 30 seconds bonus activate and the screen goes Game Over, and could still see the time!
Also, it’s obvious that many people cheat; not enough time in the day to win so many points. Expunge the bots, the miners and the cheaters.

Server Error Message
I’m getting a Server Error message whenever I try to look at anything related to my team which I can’t talk to or see progress. There are also missing icons. I’ve tried to message customer support but no one answers. I’ve been playing this game with this team for more than three years!
Ad update ruined experience
Ads are ruining the play. Does not allow a skip forward or decline option, even after minutes of waiting. Only option is report ad and close app.
Disappointing
Fun concept, but after a while it just becomes a pay to win with way too many objects in too little time. Don’t get me wrong, I love beat the clock games, but not when I’m sweating every round and can’t actually enjoy it. Not to mention ads literally interrupting in the middle of a game.
Cannot close ads
I actually like playing this game, it has fun and addicting game play. But every time I finish a level (or even when I pause I unfortunately came to learn) it opens the same ad for the same water pouring game and you CAN NOT close out of it by any means other than force closing the app. This has made me not want to play either game ever again.

It’s the only game where you’ll be punished for winning ! Seriously! You win in a tournament so the following week you’re outmatched where you can’t win! Instead of a random match of teams and players , you are in an algorithm that’ll literally make you sorry you won a tournament. You can’t make this stuff up !

So you can be berated, stalked, defamed , & trashed on chat and on FB groups and “support” will give you the automated response that they take reports seriously and cannot tell you the outcome of their investigations. If they actually investigated after screenshots were submitted repeatedly as proof (and they require screenshots), said bully (s) would no longer be preying on the app. They defy their own lengthy terms of service .
Cheating is also not only happening, it’s apparently encouraged as it happens everyday on the top team costing other players the opportunity for a fair game but costing Lion Studios a lot of revenue.

Now all of a sudden, ads pop up during play!! It is horrible. You lose your momentum. I will be ditching it after years of playing. Why did you have to ruin it?! The ads are bad enough already without them popping up while you are in the middle of a freaking game!!!!
Too many ads
This is a fun app but there are so many ads and they are long. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game. So annoying.
Stop the FB Ads
FB ads are popping up while your game is in process, blocking you from seeing. This is in addition to commercials you have to watch. Stop the FB ads!!

Too time-expensive/Impossible timer
I don’t mind the timer, but the time expense watching ads is too much. Found another app without the timer and short ads.

They won’t do anything about the rampant cheating and the game has way too many glitches that do not get fixed.

I downloaded because it had the most users. Every other game I have to wait for an ad before moving forward in the game. It’s aggravating and tiring and not worth playing the game.

Use to love playing this but recent changes are causing ads to pop up frequently at random times disrupting play. I don’t mind ads between games and have downloaded some from them however, I sometimes get 5+ ads during a 2 minute timed game now. Makes me not want to play anymore
Used to love the game, ads beat you down
The amount of ads you have to watch is insane. I dealt with it because I loved the game. However recently the ads started popping up while you are in the game. Keep in mind it’s timed. Today 6 ads popped up for just a few seconds while playing the game. It’s ridiculous and it messes you up as you are on a time limit. Please do better so we. An get back to actually enjoying the game.
Great game, but....
I love this game. I discovered it during the pandemic and have played daily. The big problem I have is the cheaters. Although proof is given to the game support group of what appear to be bots or AI play, nothing is done about it. It has taken the fun out of tournament play. Without these cheaters, I would give this game a 5 star rating.
