I don’t like this app and I always forget about it. It just takes up space on my iPad. Might as well undownload it, and it’s not even fun, either.

They never stop. I clicked on the app to see what the game was and it opened with an ad, then another ad, then here comes another ad. That is when I deleted the game. It is not a game it is an app to see how many ads U r willing to suffer through before u delete the app. My limit seems to be 3.
Never fix bugs
The team chest has not worked for over a year, it does not give the promised rewards. I’ve reported this to support multiple times and it has yet to be fixed, something that used to work and should be a simple fix. But they keep adding more ads.
Capitalism makes everything suck
This game was so fun a few years ago. So fun that I could not stop playing and had to delete the app to stop playing so much. Now I’ve redownloaded it and I have nothing nice to say. No level is about skill, it’s just about using power ups, or being forced to buy some to move on. There used to be relaxing levels with 10+ minutes mixed with levels that require speed and it just had a nice varied feeling where every level felt new. Now every level is less than 1:30 with an insane amount of items. Idk, hope the money is worth it to the developer because this game is unplayable now.
Not a cool game
I have loved playing this game but there are times there is actually no way to win and they want you to keep buying points to keep playing. I had a spin one time that was for 1000 points and that kept me playing but now the free spins are not worth much and the games are impossible to complete in the time frame and I will just have to give it up. Done! Sorry. I used to find it challenging and fun.

Locked out half the time. The game is wonderful but when it gets on the candy crush app it freezes. No help from developers and I spend a lot of money playing this game for over 5 years!

Loud noises can’t be muted
The app recently started playing unpleasant background sounds (music) that doesn’t mute. I tried the mute setting and it doesn’t work. I listen to music so I can’t turn the volume off. Very annoying and I stopped playing.
No customer service
I have an Apple iPad, and since Apple put out a software update a few weeks ago, the game closes in the middle of games, right at the end of a game when I’m watching ads to get extra points-in both instances I lose points and “lives”, and during the tournaments that are available, my team gets affected by the points that get lost. I’ve reported this to the “Help Desk” multiple times in the past 2 weeks and STILL I and my team have to deal with this. I play other games and they do not seem to be affected by the last 2 Apple software updates, and my team mates-one plays the game on an iPhone, the other on a Samsung tablet-and they do not seem to get affected when updates are done on their systems, apparently just me. So if you plan on downloading this game think how much annoyance you want because even though my team members are currently not having issues, they too have had sudden issues with the game that seem to take forever to get resolved. Frankly there recently seems to be a lot of dependence on AI on their “help desk”, so good luck there 🤨
WAAAAY TOO MANY ADS!!
After being a fan for so long, i finally quit because the ads got to be TOO MUCH. In the past, you would watch a 15 to 30 second ad or a fair number point. Now the points are minimal and the ads are twice as long. It’s too bad because I enjoyed playing the game! I’m out!
Pathetic Ads
The game used to be so enjoyable and so much fun - a great escape and stress reliever. Sadly an unfortunately now it has become nothing but a pathetic ad infused experience. They had short ads it would be fine, but they are increasingly adding longer repetitive ads lasting 40-60 seconds constantly. It’s annoying and pathetic. A great game gone down the drain.

Full of ads
If you like to be bombarded with ads, this is the game for you. The ads pop up, and you can’t get rid of them or X them out. If you want to play a 2nd time, ads pop up. If you pause a game - you guessed it - an ad pops up. The title of this game should be ADS!
Pop up ads ruining this game
I‘ve been playing for years and have loved the game, but recent upgrades include pop up ads that play numerous times in the middle of tournaments and competitions. They have ruined it. Serious question: do devs really think such disruptive ads inspire good will toward advertisers? Quite the opposite. Would greatly prefer a paid option that’s ad free.
Love the game but they def upset me
I’ve been playing this game nonstop for a week straight. The app closed out on me during a game when I was SO close to finishing and messed my streak up with the spaceship.
ALSO I started a challenge that lasted for 2 days. I opened the app back up and it made me start all the way over .. they need to get it together.

Freezing Issues
Game freezes at level end and gives no credits back for coins or helps used. We are getting scammed here. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Little to zero help from support. They just hep saying the same thing over and over. “We are working on it.”
Unhappy
Game is addictive when it works. For the last 4 weeks there has been a freezing problem when you complete a level, this loses you the level, the earned points, the earned rewards, coins you’ve used to complete the level as well as helps used. Support is non- responsive. You get a canned AI response without any action taken.

This game has been pretty stalwart for years but recently (app is updated) mid-game ads seem to come on at random and are super disruptive. They appear inconsistently per game (sometimes none in a game, sometimes constant throughout) and may appear once a minute for a few seconds, or one second of ads every few seconds of game. I get that it’s ad supported but these ads feel like glitches and keep making me quit.

What is up with the constant ads?
I’ve been playing this game on my iPad for a long time now and I’ve purchased the “no ad” version. Recently very annoying audio ads have been playing in the background while playing the game, sometimes 3-4 times during a single game! This is unacceptable since I paid for no ads. If this continues I may have to stop playing altogether.
Too time-expensive/Impossible timer
I don’t mind the timer, but the time expense watching ads is too much. Found another app without the timer and short ads.
Can’t play for more than a few minutes

I’ve been playing this game for a long time. The ads between each new game are understandable (but annoying, nonetheless). Since I’ve reached level 3000 (give or take) ads are popping up during the games. The last round I just played had eight ads interrupt the game in about three minutes. It’s not fun anymore but definitely annoying. I think I’m done with this game. This game can get expensive but those of us who do play have to put up with just too many. I think I’m done playing it.
Cheaters
They won’t do anything about the rampant cheating and the game has way too many glitches that do not get fixed.
