This game cheats so hard!
No way to win unless you buy coins. No way to gift coins only lives. I played a side game and collected over 5 hours of free play and the game has me stuck on the same REGULAR level for over 3 hours. The graphics are so small that you’re tapping everything else but the item you want, next thing you know you’re out of space. They want you to collect 30 little knives that are buried underneath the pile and only give you 2 minutes. It’s not reasonable. But when you do actually start to win the game gets mad and makes it impossible to win. All of sudden I’m out of time or space all because I’m doing well. It’s so frustrating. This game is cheat so I deleted it. Ain’t getting money! CHEATERS!
Worst game in the world
The title says it all. After you pass level 500, you have to spend so much money to pass the super hard levels. The duck cards are extremely annoying and worthless. It’s nothing but a money grab.

Lose items if process gets ‘stuck’
Once AGAIN (I am guessing that a bad connection is the cause) I got circle of death spun for about 5 minutes> killed process & relaunched. Again my 10/10 Super all & Chief toolbox is empty (on level 1400+). I left a message, had to keep leaving messages until I received one super ball back-nothing else, was told ‘they’ would look a logs which I had hoped my items would be returned…Nope!

You can never delete the game and let someone else start over. It will always remember you. Don’t think you can let someone else play without another account.

It’s good game but they want you to keep spending money in order for them to let you pass to next game , it’s not good if you spend then miraculous you get through

Unauthorized Purchases
I had been playing this game for almost 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, there were several times when a purchase was supposedly made through the app that I did not remember making. Then, there were two purchases supposedly made within a couple of minutes of each other while my phone was sitting in a specific spot at work, and I was in a meeting. I am now disputing these charges with my bank and have deleted this app and would not recommend using it unless you keep a very close Watch on your bank account.
You have to constantly spend money to continue to play
Not enough coin rewards fast enough to keep you playing compared to other games of the same type. I struggle for weeks playing daily to get the magic ball only to immediately lose it to an ultra hard level. Then it's start over again weeks longer. It eventually takes all your coin. This game is the only game I have ever spent money to play. So I guess that's the plan.

You can’t get the power ups bc the levels are ridiculously hard and very small I thought it was supposed to be a relaxing it’s not most of my team members complain and r ready to quit I have spent too much money and still got nowhere the only fun was in the beginning I don’t mind a challenge but sorry this is to much
Too hard to pass levels
Don't bother downloading. They make the hard levels to complex to get past so you need to keep spending money on coins. Tried to get past an ultra hard level 70 times and not even close enough to be worth it.
Ultra levels are frustrating
I hate the new duck cards you collect. It’s a way for them to give you less helpful tools so you’ll buy them. I’d rather just get nice prizes of useful bonus tools instead of the useless cards. Recently I have had several times where I have 1 life and am gifted some prize of several lives like 3. It will just give me 3 not update to 4. Like others have said there are certain super hard levels. I’m sure it’s to get us to buy stuff.

As the rest of the one start reviewers said it is a fun game…until you progress. I don’t mind difficult. I don’t mind challenging but levels are set up where it is quite literally impossible to pass without coins. I’m level 8,000 so I’ve been around the game a while now way you can pass some of these without money.
Didn’t like this game
If it was a fair game i would accept it and just keep playing but even when the stuff drops the stuff from the upper side all goes behind the requested objects which is kinda cheating to making it harder by covering some of the objects or when you tap something and you find out it took different pieces its just bizarre
Zero customer support
Locked out of my game. No way to get back in. I contacted customer support a week ago and no response. I continue messaging, but just getting crickets. I’m so disappointed! I used to buy the factory pass every month - they’re always available to take my money, but now all I get is crickets. I will change my review when I hear back from customer support and the issue is resolved. Boo! Do better Match Factory!!!
Good at first
Just like 98% of the games out there this one is no different. It is good at first but as you advance it will become impossible to progress without spending money. Items move as you select them forcing you to pick the wrong item which forces you to either restart an ultra hard level or pay to continue playing.
Too difficult with the smaller graphics
After taking weeks to get past a very hard level another one pops up too quickly. These games are for enjoyment not frustration. Another game allowed watching an ad to get another life. Maybe consider doing that. I also wish games would allow an undo when the last tray is filled, which is usually by accident.
Money pit
The game is fun and has great graphics and I love that there are no ads. But it’s extremely hard to get coins and helps. You basically only get ahead by spending money so I quit playing.
Total scam
I downloaded this game through super.com and am earning rewards at certain levels. Gameplay is fun and often challenging.
When you get to level 459, they literally only give you 1 min. to find a ton of tiny items underneath a bunch of large items. How convenient that they won’t let you earn more than $2.50.

This game is really fun and addicting, but all it is is a money grabbing game. You can’t move on at the end of the levels without purchasing. If they would give you more helpful items instead of the stupid duck cards
Watch out for double charges!
I’ve been paying this game for a couple years now. As other reviewers mentioned, the higher levels become just about impossible to beat without purchasing coins. If you decide to spend money on this game, BEWARE. I have had MULTIPLE duplicate charges. It is very frustrating... Lots of other games out there that don’t take advantage of the players. I’m done with this one.
