No enjoyment anymore
The update this am took away what fun there was in the game . I had two grey areas in the castle to open more land. 850 was the goal. I hit that goal but you decided to change it to a 1000. What’s next I hit a 1000 only to find you’ve lied again and it’s now 2000? And what’s with the new Extreme game? I play the game to relax, I expect a little challenge but this is over the top. I’ve wondered what it was going to take for me to move on and quit, I guess this is my answer. I’ll leave the game open for a week to see if these things are corrected, if not then I’m done.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and when I go to buy more stars, I’m being overcharged. My stars
cost $2.99 and I’m getting charged that plus $9.99. This has been going on for a year. This is a great game but I shouldn’t be overcharged. i’m out about $80. I need to know how this can get fixed.
I’m adding this updated post. I got a response from you telling me how to submit a ticket, but there is no place to submit a ticket you go to the gearbox you go to Help and then submit ticket which does not exist.

False advertisement
The ad said “tired of games promising to be one way and then you download it and it’s nothing like the ad” and then I downloaded it and it does exactly what it says it won’t do after you complete the 1st stage . So I deleted it immediately
Totally Deceptive
The game is nothing like what is being betrayed in your Ads. Your Ads call others ads deceptive, yet that is exactly what you’re being. If your game is so great, why not be upfront? All you do is play to unlock plots of land and different characters. These characters do absolutely nothing but stand wherever you place them. There’s no mother and daughter. You also rig the game, so in order to win on a first try, you have to keep spending and spending and spending. If you’re willing to waste time, you can play the same level 20-25 times to win without paying a dime. Your game sucks!
Home page (Islands) why the change?
I’m just about leave, out of nowhere, my original home of islands has completely disappeared, now starting from “0” (I’m on honor throne 5601 now) to build another, doesn’t the developers realize all the work, time, effort one has put in, can no longer create on what they’ve put forth, calling it a great new (whatever) making it sound like they’re doing you a favor, how dare you, “F” off

This game is nothing like the advertising. It’s boring and doesn’t involve helping families.
Game doesn’t save progress
If you need to close the app in the middle of a game and don’t open it again for a while, it will just automatically decide that you lost that game, and if you had the super light ball it is gone until you win another 10 games in a row. I’ve played Royal Match for years, which this is a copy of, and that never happened in that app. It’s frustrating.
Fake
I have deleted your game, only because of your fake adds. I had it for a long time, and when I began seeing your adds, stating that, all other games are fake, but only yours is exactly as it states. “The mother and the child, need help…” . It is disappointing to see liters, when one knows the truth. And truly I can’t understand why do you need these fake games. Your game was pretty good without lie about it
Morbid and Gross
The matching story theme where there is a mother and children who are freezing in the cold is both morbid and disturbing. The graphics are gross. I will never download this game or any other from this developer. There are better games out there with more uplifting storylines!

It is so sad that you have to use a child swearing to advertise your game.

Fake Advertising
This game is advertised to not be like all the other ones but it is. They say you can save the lady and the kid. In reality you have to play like 20 games in between each “save the lady” thing and then the way to save them is bogus. Don’t waste your time like I did with this game.

The game is good in all but still it is not what it said in the app all you are really doing is matching the apple and the other stuff and you don’t even see a child in the beginning you might not even see the child later even but still you still help the girl. But if you do get it you are going to get bored playing it.
No mother, daughter games
When I first started playing the quest to help save the mother and daughter were there, then they just disappeared. It was one of the reasons for downloading the game. Now it’s just candy crush with side quests. Still play the game but playing the side quests against AI can be frustrating
Mintegral Ads Are Filled with Silliness
Hey, at least they walk you through three separate puzzles that look exactly like the ad before dropping you into the main game…which looks nothing like the ad. So dumb.

Where’s the stories as advertised?
Ive been playing this game for months , completed all levels now to the point I wait for your new 100 levels every 2 weeks and while very enjoyable, the story aspect of this game that you advertise ended almost immediately. Whats the deal? Also I noticed every developer response to a question in the review section is the same exact cut and paste non-response BS

I love this game. However I sent a ticket for help with the fact that I still don’t have the icon to play Alice’s castle. I have not received a response.
They play it for you
They know you want the part where you help the people fix things. But the only “doing” is earning to get to that part just to see them do it for you. What a disappointment.
Good game
It’s a fun game but can be expensive to keep playing. Early in the game you get to help the mother and daughter but then that entire side of the game goes away and I can’t figure out how to get it back.
Pay to play
I really like this because it’s not boring. It just requires money to advance. 🥲
