Aggressive Pay to Play Algorithm
I’ve been playing for close to 8 years now, and it never ceases to amaze me how ridiculous they make some of these levels to force you to either pay to pass it, or play the same level 20-30 + times before it allows you to “win”. It’s annoying because it’s so obviously rigged. The instant you get 500 coins, all of a sudden levels become impassable, even normal levels. The second you get a booster, all of a sudden you have to use it to pass. The merge games are cool, but why is it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to complete them?? You get to the very end and no matter how much you play, it’s never enough to finish them. Where the hell is the new furniture??? Why does the token store have the SAME STUFF FOR MONTHS AND YEARS AT A TIME?? Why does it take MONTHS to earn enough friend stickers to upgrade?? Sooooo sick of this game!!!!!!!

This new update is beyond awful. I have been playing this for years, you have ruined the game.

You go through all the ridiculousness that makes this game not fun anymore and they took the newly earned badges in the recent update. Ridiculous. Half of my team quit already due to the collective idiocracy of this game and I’m headed out next.

I have played this game for many years. However, I’m quitting due to the increased difficulty of the puzzles, the increased time a player must devote to pass a level without purchasing additional power ups and the decreased coin rewards. Additionally, the fifth day gift is a piece of junk furniture…nothing nice about it. Also, the side games are ridiculous…especially the idiotic card game. So I have reached my breaking point and am giving up on this game that has become nothing but frustrating and expensive to play. Too much time and/or money for too little reward.

Too structured for a random play game, you know exactly when the games will be tough, same pattern, doesn’t matter if you are on an easy game or a “very hard “ red, you know how it’s going to play out, no matter what you do it doesn’t give you what you need to win, guess they want you to spend money for extra tries, …….so not happening!

I have reached out to these guys so many times and they just don’t get it that when you get stuck on one game for 23 and four days at a time it makes it absolutely no fun. The only way you can get past them is if you buy coins and spend money so be prepared to spend a lot of money.

I quit this game about 2 years ago because you guys purposely rig this game to drop non matching colors and then all of the developers responses are some generic mess about how you want it to be challenging. Challenging games still give you an opportunity to complete/win a stage. You intentionally program the system for failures/impossible to match anything to entice players to spend money to continue playing. If i have one green, one red, and one blue pillow…. How is that challenging!!??? There is NO POSSIBLE MATCH. Not to mention there is nothing we are working towards when you guys never update the game so we can continue decorating. That last statement was specifically for max level players.. there is literally nothing for us to do….

I used to love this game. At this point though I find it frustrating and no longer fun. The level of difficulty doesn’t match the available rewards or the number of chances to complete each level. More times than not purchases are necessary to complete each level. I’ll be looking for something new.

I was thoroughly enjoying this game and of course you know I buy coins when you run out, but I feel like the ratio of coins that you buy to what you pay them for are not right and it’s significantly less than what I paid them for for instance if I bought 3000 coins and go back and play my game all of a sudden the balance is 700. How does that work? I’m not understanding and let’s have a good reason. I’d like to know either way. I really don’t think I wanna play this game anymore if you’re gonna rip off people and charge a lot of money.

About those side games…
PLEASE give us the option to skip the tutorials of the side games like merge and brick breaker. At level 4000 and change, we do t need to sit through it every freaking time. I don’t think I’ve played a merger in years because of it.

The game has gotten frustrating. The smaller games are hard to win without spending a ton of money. I started this game for fun but now it’s just infuriating.

don’t get me wrong i love this game. however it’s such a money grab! can’t win any level without paying. they took away ads so you can watch ads to get more tries, and it seems as if every other level is either hard or “very hard.”

I don’t like to be forced to play a mini game. I’ve played it once and it comes up again & you force me to start a game like I’ve never played it before. I don’t like that!
Major improvements needed!
I am giving a 2 star rating as this game has gone downhill. It over charges what it says things should cost. It says the ticket costs 11.99 and then charges my card 13.99. Please end the card game. It’s annoying. It’s way too hard to earn coins and boosters. I’ve been playing for about 8 years and I’m about to quit if improvements are not made.
Great game but…
I have been playing his game for a long time. However, recently the updates after passing a level take several weeks and it is very disappointing. At times I feel like deleting this game and find a similar one that doesn’t leave you waiting for updates.
